I wanted to share my experience last night, which far exceeded my expectations for service. Anthony and his partner were incredibly communicative, arriving at the job site in a professional manner. I was particularly impressed with their hustle and positive attitude, especially at such a late hour. Their confidence and strong work ethic provided me with great relief as I struggled with a nasty blockage for two days. They truly delivered on the promising impression they made and completed the job efficiently. Once finished, they swiftly cleaned up and were on their way. I called early Saturday for a plumbing emergency since our normal plumber doesn’t have weekend hours. Rooter Hero was at my house in about an hour. Enrique fixed the problem and used the camera to identify why we had a reoccurring issue (faulty work by another plumber). I was very impressed by the response time and the professionalism. The price was also much less than our regular plumber. They will definitely be my first call for any future plumbing issues.

Quite possibly the single greatest phone call of my entire life. I will not be including pictures in this review and for good reason. Just imagine, the worst possible thing happening in your bathroom and youll be pretty close.First off Rooter Hero Plumbing is 24 hours. Cant stress that enough. Their dispatch was super professional, and their service tech was quick, professional, and went way above and beyond.It was a take my money kind of moment. When any solution was better than what you had done so far. And I have to say, the job was relatively inexpensive, even tho it required that our toilet was removed. Which must have been gross, and I am just so sorry.I could not possibly rate this company high enough. Thank you for fixing that nightmare.

Rooter Hero was great to work with, they have a well organized system that sends text messages updating you about your service. They even sent a photo of the technician who preformed our service prior to their arrival. Our Technician was Aaron who was very personable and knowledgeable. He walked me through possible outcomes prior to snaking our clean out, and gave me a written quote for the service before he began. On a side note my kids were really curious about the whole process and Aaron was really welcoming to their interest, which I greatly appreciate. I contacted Rooter Hero for a water heater replacement. Brandon came to my house and quickly gave me estimates for that but also a couple of other jobs I am planning to take on soon. When Brandon came to my kitchen to diagnose a problem with the dishwasher, he found an issue with the connection to the drain and just fixed it right there and drain. So far it looks like the problem has gone away. I am very happy with the work.

One of my new toilets clogged at around 9:30 p.m. the night before Thanksgiving. I couldnt reach my various regular plumbers. I called Rooter Hero and they were going to try to dispatch one of two plumbers fairly soon. Unfortunately, one wasnt available and Victor had just left for another call. But I gave permission for Victor to call me even very late - up to midnight - rather than try to deal with this over Thanksgiving.Victor called me close to midnight, and apologized that the job he had been on had run long. He asked if he could still come over and I said yes. He was so respectful and pleasant, I appreciated his attitude especially at the late hour. I explained that I had recently had new toilets installed, had other plumbers dealing with issues on one other toilet, but the one that clogged hadnt had issues. Before just jumping to auger out the toilet, Victor analyzed the relationship between the other toilets and even the shower to see if any of them might be affecting the clogged toilet. I appreciate that he was so thorough. When the other toilets and shower didnt seem to be interacting with the clogged toilet, he did give me an estimate to auger out the clog which I agreed to. In a matter of a few minutes, he got the clog resolved.I had mentioned to Victor that both of my parents had recently passed away, in order to explain all the boxes and thing around my house that I was sorting through. He was very kind, and again, the word that best describes him is respectful. Even though it was in the wee hours, Victor had a great attitude, was appreciative and professional, and got the job done quickly.

After years of issues with our kitchen sink, it was time to do some research on what was causing it to back up regularly. Aaron has helped out before and recommended scoping the pipes to find the issue. After de-scaling, they filling roots under the garage, and Aaron immediately began the work to remove the concrete and dig to the pipe. It was fixed within two days and patched up perfectly. The next issue was a belly in another part of the pipe, and Aaron got creative with putting down a new line instead of digging inside the house. Despite being faced with massive roots and hot weather, Aaron took care of the job as quickly as he could. I totally trusted Aaron with my house, enough to even leave the door unlocked when I was away for the day. He’s a great plumber and an even nicer guy, and he’ll be the first person I call when I have another plumbing issue.

First time was Daniel WoodsYou know how plumbing seems to break at 10pm? Well, that happened and they were out right away. The tech unplugged the drain and got it done quick. I would recommend Rooter Hero all the way.=======================The second call was a tech named Kwesi. We had a bigger clog for some reason. It was bad, like all the way bad all the way around. Kwesi worked on my house for a few days to get our home back in shape. I wont go into the scope of work, lets just say it was not a simple drain pop.Kwesi is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. He worked through his days off. He helped me calm my anxiety. It was enough work to warrant financing and He with Rooter Heroes helped me get the financing needed for the repairs. He arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem with our slow-running drain. He fixed the problem quickly and was knowledgeable about how to help prevent drain problems in the future.
