I own J & Ms Family Restaurant in Escondido. I was having an issue with my toilet and urinal. I had called few other companies. They did not pick up my phone. Irvin picked up my phone immediately. We scheduled for service for next day due his schedule be filled yesterday. He showed and gave me a bid, did his job, and went above and rebuilt all the handles. Very reasonable! More importantly, he was prompted and professional. He will be my guy in future. I highly recommend Irvin at Royalty Plumbing!!! -

If youre looking for company that provides excellent quality, honesty, and customer service give Irvin over at Royalty plumbing a call! He saved me from a plumbing nightmare over at my house. I needed extensive repairs (a complete replacement of my hot and cold water) and Royalty plumbing handled everything quickly and professionally. Unlike other companies ive used, he was completely transparent with everything. Showed me pictures and made sure to explain everything every step of the way so there was no mystery. Ive already told my friends and family up in north county about him and I certainly will be calling him with any further work that needs to be done. -

I called Royalty randomly online. Had a Crack in my toilet tank. Came over and checked it out, ordered a new tank and installed it right after getting it. All for what I felt was an incredibly inexpensive price! Kept in touch the whole time. Amazing. I will never call anyone else for plumbing ever again. -

Irvin is absolutely wonderful to work with. We’re renovating our whole home so I’ve worked with a ton of contractors, including other plumbers. Irvin is my favorite. He can quote through text without coming out, shows up on time, does a fantastic job, and doesn’t tack on “hidden costs” even though our job ended up throwing in quite a few challenges.
