Ricardo was an excellent technician and what I appreciated most was his honesty. Based on his experience, he was able to provide me with a future estimate with a wide enough range to give me an idea of what the extent of the work could be for step #2 of our needed repair. When it comes to home remediation projects, this is extremely important, as homeowners have budgets and the less financial surprises we can have, the better. David was very professional, efficient and friendly. I was kept updated on my estimated time for service. David arrived on time as promised and I love the tracking app to see where the truck was as he was on his way.

In the middle of the afternoon on New Years Day, water overflowed the upstairs bathroom, causing the ceiling of the floor below to collapse and a torrent of water to gush out and flood the lower room. I called Roto-Rooter in an absolute panic, and Roto-Rotor had someone to my house within 30 minutes. They did a great job, staying late into the evening on New Years Day until the mess was cleared up.

Saul Razo from RR was fantastic. Had an emergency septic spill in the house. He came right out, explained everything he was doing and was able to repair the septic pipe that was full of Palm Tree Roots (growing down into it). Very personable and knowledgeable. Worked hard until the septic was clear. Would recommend and use this service again.
