    LOL please ignore the icon and name XDRobert Baxter did a residential panel replacement for me. I did a lot of shopping around for quotes, and theirs felt right. It wasnt the cheapest, but it wasnt absurd like some competitors. They kept me updated throughout the process, arrived on time, and managed to stick to the schedule despite some setbacks. Michael, who did the actual work, was focused and delivered top-notch work. I am happy with the entire process and feel the invoice was fair for the quality and timeliness. If I have any other needs in the future, Robert Baxter is on my short list to call.

    Dakota was very friendly and knowledgeable! No one wants to pay for home repairs….but it was refreshing to have a serviceman who was clearly passionate about his job and knew exactly what he was doing.Baxter’s office gave me a 30 min window for the service call. Got a text message before and everything happened on time! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing electrical work. They are a dying breed of family owned business.

    We needed to have an electric panel replaced in our home and these guys (Todd and crew) went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. During the process, they found additional unrelated issues with the wiring and were able to quickly diagnose and repair what was needed. They even responded after hours/worked us into their schedule to come look at a potential short in the circuit that was causing a breaker to trip. From the owner to the front desk, they were all professional, timely, and thoroughly explained the details of every step of their work. Highly recommend them for any electrical repairs!

    Friendly and professional and prompt and reasonable. They placed an outside light in the wrong place, but it was also my poor communication., so not really a mistake of theirs. They came back to fix it promptly at no charge, when they prob could have just left it as I had paid and agreed before they left. But they instead were super ethical. Lots of companies talk like theyre honest mom and pop shops, but arent really. These people were genuinely ethical, on top of doing a good job, and having reasonable pricing (I shopped around for quotes for the tesla charger). From the person who first came and did the quote, to the guys who came and installed (and corrected), and the owner who called to fix the miscommunication issue (after they had been paid).

    Mike and Gordon were excellent workers and very professional. I had a long list of things for them to do and didn’t expect them to finish in one day but they stayed late and got it all done, cleaned up after themselves very well, and acted in very professional manner. Working in the construction industry myself. I know how hard it is to find good employees you’re very fortunate to have them.     I needed to have a Ring wired doorbell and 2 Ring floodlights installed at my house. I called Robert Baxter Electric and they sent Mike out the same day. Mike was super nice, professional and got started right away. He even made sure everything was cleaned up around the work areas before leaving.     We recently had a whole home Generac generator installed by Robert Baxter Electric. They did an outstanding job. Communication and timelines were very clear. Pricing was very competitive for the market and better than the initial quote I received from a large generator supplier. Recently our under cabinets lights went out so we called. Dakota came out and had the problem fixed within an hour. We also had him install an extra outlet in our kitchen island, which works great. Service was prompt and excellent and price was fair. I’ve used RBE for some electrical upgrades previously and received similar, excellent service. I highly recommend.

    Highly Recommend - They quoted us 4 hours and replaced 4 ceiling fans, 2 chandeliers, 5 ceiling lights and 6 light switches in 3 hours 30 mins. Excellent job and excellent service! We are returning customers for a reason. They don’t upsell either. Don’t get quotes from anyone else!

    I had an appointment with one of their competitors recently. It went horribly. I canceled and called Baxter. Robert was easy to deal with and his guys made it to my place the next day. They did the job in an hour and for $690 rather than the $1200 the other guys quoted me. I offered to tip them but they declined and said they were just doing their jobs, no need to tip. Awesome company, I highly recommend them.

    I would 100% recommend this business! The office ladies were nice and helpful. Only had to wait 1 day for service. Previously, I had a different electrician company say that they couldnt fix our ceiling fan. Todd was our technician had he was polite, listened, and didnt dismiss the broken fan. He actually took the time to check it out and fixed it!! Todd and his helper exceeded my expectations. Plus the service fee for fixing my fan was cheaper than buying a new one. Thank you Todd for listening and not dismissing me because I am a woman. Robert Baxter Electric is now in my phone as my go-to electrician!

    Good experience from start to finish. I initially called because I was blowing fuses when plugging a refrigerator into an outlet in the garage. Person who answered the phone was pleasant and professional. I set the appointment.Lido and his crew were on time for the appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem. They recommended a dedicated outlet/breaker for the refrigerator and another for the battery bank where we charge power tool batteries. I also needed a power outlet for a washing machine in my she-shed.All work was completed same day, quickly, and for a reasonable price. Bonus was that they actually moved and plugged in the refrigerator and did the same for the washing machine.Highly recommend Baxter Electric and will be calling them for future electrical needs.

    This company is very honest and seems to genuinely care about treating their customers right. Their pricing is honest and straightforward. My project turned out to be slightly more complicated than initially thought but they were honest and transparent about the entire process.They took the time to understand my needs and find solutions that were considerably more economical and practical than what I received from other electricians.When a minor issue came up, they were extremely prompt and responsive at handling it. They took ownership of the problem and resolved it promptly. It is refreshing to see this level of customer service and care still exists in 2021.     Great company, great experience. I called to get some electric work done in my kitchen. They were able to get someone out by the afternoon. Todd and the other electrician worked quickly and did a great job (despite the challenge a previous electrician created). They honored the initial price they quoted me, even though it should’ve been about 1/4 more due to some unforeseen challenges. I was very happy with my experience and will keep their info saved for future electrical needs.

    I had them come out and hook up a NEMA 14-50 plug so that I could use my EV level 2 home charger. Company was very professional in all interactions I had with them (on initial in-person quote, on the phone with the office, and on actual installation). They installed 4 recessed lights and 2 dimmers in a competent, professional manner, were courteous in making some suggestions that improved upon the original design configuration.     I must be paying for my sins: Last Friday at about 5 p.m., just as all electrical service providers closed for the weekend, the main breaker on my electrical panel failed. Two electricians who claimed to provide 24-hour service apparently dont. But Todd at Robert Baxter Electric came to the rescue. The main breaker on my 40-year-old electrical panel is no longer manufactured, but the new electrical panel and breakers work great. I thought I heard angels singing when the power went back on, but I suspect it was the effects of heat exhaustion. Im still a sinner, but I am cooler now. Thanks, Todd.

He called me back and walked me through some tests to see if it were just my house or if it were a power outage to make sure that I didnt have to pay them to come out unnecessarily.
