I was able to get a same day appointment. The scheduler was friendly and helpful. Caleb was my technician. I received a call saying he would arrive in 30 minutes, and he was right on time. Caleb explained the entire diagnostic process and got right to work. Once he found the problem and corrected it, he thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. I always appreciate knowledgeable help, but Caleb was also very personable. I would recommend this company, and Caleb specifically, to my friends.

Showed me and thoroughly explained (several times at my request) what he was thinking in terms of what replacement and/or repair needed to be done and why.Only issue was he was sent to my former address (twice!) despite me verifying me new address with the office staff three times . . .

I was very pleased with the attention I got, and even better with the response of the Tech who showed up that day, Travis. Although Travis was not an expert on my particular Generator... he dug into our product manual and troubleshot the generator. It runs great now and I feel much better about it starting when we need it to as it is a back-up to our Control Center.

Carolyn, Cass and Butters were amazing! Carolyn kept me updated from the moment the technicians left their previous job. Cass and Butters came over and were complete professionals. They introduced themselves, wore booties on their feet and walked me through the entire process. After the job was completed, they left my kitchen looking better than it did when they arrived. Normally, I am frightened by red heads but Cass was an alright guy! Thanks Lighten Up!
