Andrew was prompt and professional. He informed me ahead of time that we would be without power for about 7 hours. He and an assistant worked as quickly as possible to replace my outdated and possibly dangerous electrical panel with a new and updated one and brought my service up to snuff with new grounding and bonding.Just a few minor glitches happened and Andrew handled them with alacrity. We have a 60 year old house and the original panel could not be trusted.

Andy is my “go to guy” for my electrical needs. Last week there was no power to my dock. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He found that interior wire was used for supplying power to the dock, and it had deteriorated to the point it was dangerous and non functional. He provided a reasonable estimate and got the job done in two days. Great job Andy!

Andrew S of Skipjack Electrical Services is a rare gem - an honest, efficient and skilled electrician! He and his crew are marvellous! They diagnosed and repaired several electrical issues in our 100 year old house and did it swiftly and responsible in a pandemic. I cant speak highly enough of them. Not only were they thoughtful about how they approached the work but they also were such good communicators. I really felt kept abreast of all the work they did and thats really rare. We had a roof leak (old house) near a ceiling light and were concerned about electrical safety. We called Skipjack Electrical, who was recommend on ‘Moms on the Hill.’ Appreciating that there was a possible safety issue, particularly as we’re stuck at home waiting for a vaccine, Andrew prioritized our request and arrived 30 minutes later. We were very surprised that he made time for us during a busy day- other electricians we called couldn’t arrive for a week. Andrew was fast, efficient, polite, professional and knowledgeable. We’ve struggled to find a good electrician in the city and now we need to look no further. Highly, highly recommended. We’ll use Skipjack in the future for any electrical job.
