I am beyond impressed with the service I received. First, the company sends you the name of the technician with a picture to identify them! Stephen found the problem and provided an explanation that was understandable. He then returned to replace our tankless hot water system, on Christmas Eve! He was wonderful and left everything clean and ready to go. I highly recommend this company and Stephen, in fact, I was so pleased that I signed up for the Comfort program.

Purchased the TOP of the Line HVAC unit lastAugust with Advanced Air. I noticed some mold in my ceilings a couple days ago. As soon as I called the company, they scheduled a technician to come immediately. The technicians were very professional, competent, and compassionate to my concerns. The matter couldn’t be solved, so I was not charged for the service call. In less than 20 minutes of the technician’s leaving, I received a call them to let me know a senior service technician would be coming within a couple days to make another assessment. I was reassured they would take of me. I have no reason to doubt them. Nice Job Advanced Air!

This was outstanding service. A major hurricane was coming and I had neglected to have my yearly generator serviced. Advanced Air showed up the next day and gave me piece of mind. Stephen Brown, your technician, checked the generator. He clearly explained the cause of the problem, and quoted the part and installation costs for today. When we agreed, he cleaned the oil reservoir, installed the part and turned on the generator. He answered all our questions regarding what we should do, if anything, in addition to our annual maintenance. He suggested the maintenance plan, which we accepted. Very satisfied with todays service call.

We are selling Moms house after she passed away last month. She and my late step-dad re-located to this residence back in 93 and had used Advanced for many of those years, including having an entire new system installed in 2020. It has run flawlessly in those last 4 years, but since we are going to put it on the market now, I wanted to have it checked out, so called and Advanced was able to send someone out the very next day. Their tech, Fernando, was the nicest person youd even meet. And very good at what we needed. The system checked out perfectly, so I will be able to pass along that info now to any prospective buyers. Ben was very helpful in explaining exactly what equipment I needed and how much it would cost.Preston and Joseph did a great job installing equipment. Tomorrow we get new ducts!The duct installation didn’t go so well for 4 days. The installation crew we had did a very poor job. I spoke with Ben and he and Pete came out to calm me down. When they saw what I saw, they apologized for the incomplete and poorly installed ducts. I asked that Pete come back and correct any errors.Pete came back and did an outstanding job of reworking our duct system. We now have great airflow through all of our diffusers. Pete also walked me through the operation of the unit, warranty and suggested service times. If I can get Pete, I will use Advanced Air all the time.Pete and Ben were awesome!

Greg, the plumber, was that our home within forty five minutes. I was not at home, so he called me to let me know that he was there and what he was going to do. He provided me updates throughout his time there until he completed the job. Even though it started out as a stressful situation, everything turned out fine.

Had Garrett come to give me a quote on a UV air cleaner and in the process he found we had a coolant leak. Luckily thats covered under the extended warrantee! Very professional!I used Advanced for all my AC and plumbing needs. I called just before 5 PM and they sent Stephen who replaced my hot water tank that night. Stephen explained everything as he went and was a pleasure to talk to.

After a very, very rocky start and a few techs, Richard Simpson, an excellent tech, got our Goodman communication unit running... and he did it without tech support. I cant lie, you guys were suspect after three trips out and a near mutiny from my family. But after meeting Richard, who, by the way, came out at 8:30 at night, I knew he was the man for the job... so I requested he be sent back out the next morning. Good thing I did, too, because we are now up and running like Hussein Bolt. He would have fixed it the night before. I just know it, if time permitted. This is one employee with empathy, dedication, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you for sending him back out per our request. This shows you are listening to your customers. The pretty boy, and yall know who Im talking about... SMH. Four stars for listening and not giving up.

I would definitely recommend this company. I had power issues with my AC and Water Heater after the storm. They quickly sent out a technician for each unit. Both technicians were very knowledgeable. Ended up being a FPL issue, but a special shout-out to Shawn the water heater tech, for coming back a few days later to make sure everything was still good with the water heater after FPL resolved the power issue. Thats customer service at its best!

We experienced a leak in our home and subsequently filed a claim with Allstate. They dispatched a mitigation company, ATI, to evaluate the moisture and mildew issue. ATI repeatedly suggested that the leak was emanating from within the walls or floors. In response, we contacted Advanced Air, who sent Stephan Brown to conduct an assessment. Remarkably, he found no leaks in the walls or floors, which was a relief! Stephans expertise was invaluable, and we eagerly await sharing his report with Allstate to facilitate the removal of the disruptive fans from our residence. Several things had been missed by previous technicians, including lint and animal hair on my air handler coil that had been there from the previous owner. As always, Advanced Air techs are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. We had an unusual dose of cold weather here in Daytona, and were surprised that our brand new (2-month old) Lennox system only knew how to pump out cold air! The tech immediately zeroed in on the issue, and in just minutes he found that the installer left a jumper wire connected that prevented the system from heating. 2 quick snips later, plus a trip to the thermostat and we had heat! Great guy, and could not have been more friendly, helpful, and yes, apologetic for the oversight of the installer. Advanced Air stepped up to the plate again. They were Here within a few hours of my call, and on a weekend too.

Both were fantastic and I’m probably going to be getting a new unit for another property as well as an upgrade for my existing unit. Thank you for coming in clutch Advanced! Great job again!!!I’ve done a decent amount of business with Advanced Air. When the installers are onsite they are top knotch. I’ve so far bought a Lennox AC that they installed that has so far been outstanding. I’ve also bought a water heater through them that was great as well.Today was a little bit disappointing though. I need to install a new dishwasher and I would like to get a water softener system installed and I have a preferred brand and model. What was frustrating was I could tell that the person taking my call was not listening to me and was instead “waiting for her turn to speak.” I had asked additional questions and instead of relaying those questions to the install manager, she would cut me off and answer and because she wasn’t listening, she was providing answers to questions I did not have. In the past it’s been problematic to get a call back and I’ve had to follow up. Again I think this company is outstanding, their work is fantastic. My question that id like answered is one that can be answered over the phone instead of sending out a technician with a sales person. I have a background in sales and the last time a sales person came out, they messed up the install and it delayed my AC being installed correctly and in a timely manner.What makes them stand above other companies is they made it right. The sales person misquoted me by selling us a one stage system when our house is built for a two stage and they were replacing a two stage system. To make it right, they ate the cost of the additional board and they sent out their service manager with the installer to complete the install.To prevent this from happening again, I’d like someone to call me back regarding questions I have about the install of a water softener system. I understand AA prefers to sell the equipment they are installing. I also understand that with water softener systems that they do not have a preferred brand. I’d like a quote on the install without someone driving 75 miles and having to deal with a sales person. I’d prefer to save both me my time and AA having to pay a commission for something I already know I want. If I don’t want it or there is a reason why I wouldn’t want it, I trust a service person over a salesperson. Please at your earliest convenience return my call, let me provide the item I want installed and provide me a quote if I buy it from AA. If the cost is higher, that’s fine as I’ve proven to be a loyal AA customer in the past. I also have multiple properties which is why I’m adamant about staying with AA because their service in the past has been unparalleled.Most importantly In regard to the people who have helped me in the past there is a lady who has taken a number of my calls and she has been fantastic on two separate purchases, both the water heater and the AC. The younger of the two Jim’s performed my water heater and I meant to provide this review earlier, but I kept putting it off so I hope that he is recognized or if at the very least like to recognize him myself. CJ and his helper at the first attempt on my AC install was also fantastic. There have also been two electricians and both of them have been great as well. I believe they both have the same first name and the most recent one came from down south. We also still have electrical work that needs to be done, but I don’t have that budgeted yet. Please at your earliest convenience follow up with me because I’d like to continue to be a customer with AA.

November 2024 - Stephen Flook, generator repairman of Advanced Air did a great job diagnosing a difficult generator issue. I observed him methodologically perform each test. After he completed all required Generac tests which didnt identify the cause of the issue he consulted with other experienced Generac professionals who helped him determine it is a defective starter which Generac has been aware of for awhile. He ordered the part and will replace it when it arrives. Stephen represents Advanced Air well.April 2024 - Matt Martens of Advanced Air and Heat performed my basic generator maintenance today. He was courtesy, professional and thorough. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained what I need to do to for future maintenance. Work was done to replace valves under sink. We were told that it would cost $472 but could get a year service plan for about $565. we agreed on the $472 but the next day we were charged $561. After calling the office I was told that there is an $89 travel charge on top of the $472. I was never told about the additional charge by the tech. but would have paid it since we needed the work done. Just wish in the future if there are other charges on the bill that that info would be conveyed at that time. The tech did a great job but the total bill should have been conveyed up front.

We did not know our HVAC system needed replacing. We just had a home inspection 2 months ago. We had called Advanced air to service our unit as part of routine maintenance. Turns out our unit was much older than we thought based on serial numbers from the manufacturer. There was a rusted part that needed replaced that we also didn’t know about because it was located on the roof of the building.We were given our options with no pressure to purchase anything. We decided to avoid the inevitable and replace our unit entirely. We were given a best recommendation based on the expertise from the professionals at Advanced Air. This actually saved us 50% cost long term vs. just repairing the unit now and eventually replacing it later.The process went much smoother than expected. They had the Lennox HVAC system we needed in stock. We applied for financing and was approved in minutes. The very professional team from Advanced Air was able to install the unit the very next day! A few signatures later, and not a drop of sweat lost (heat index that day was over 100*) we are enjoying our air conditioning!Definitely a surprise expense, but a cool investment nonetheless!
