    We tried several plumbers, even our regular guy, hoping to figure out why we were having an egg odor coming from below the house. I’ve seen Palmers Plumbing truck around town and gave them a call. In no time, they had a guy out there to meet with my husband and found the issue in about 10 minutes.     I had a very small job that needed to be done replacing a frost free Spicket that was leaking. They came out the next day and fixed it. We are pretty far away from them northern Queens County, and they still came out fast. They have done many things for me And every time I feel like I have a trust relationship.     Andrew was sent to figure out why we kept having a septic tank odor inside our home. He figured it out and fixed it within an hour.. Andrew is one of the most respectful polite people I have experienced in quite some time. Customer service is hard to find, but this guy hit it home !! Hopefully he can come again if I have a problemIn the future!!
