Absolutely love this company. We have now used them twice for a heating issue and now a clogged drain in the bathroom sink. Both times the technicians were skilled, friendly and respectful of our home. Photos of the techs are sent prior to their arrival. Prices are very fair and better than many competitors. I highly recommend Edwin Stipe for any service they offer!

James came out and he was just lovely. He did A plumbing inspection of my home since I had recently purchased it. He pointed out lots of things to me that was very beneficial in owning this home. He gave me knowledge about my plumbing that I would never have if it werent for him. I have never had so much knowledge about my plumbing and all the houses that I have owned. I think that is some of the best money that I have spent ever. If he is any indication of the professionalism of this company, I will be using them for a long time. I had not used them before because I just moved here from out of town.

Ive been a customer for many years. Today was just a simple inspection of our newer heating system just to make sure everything is still good moving forward into the colder months. The technician, Dan, was a new apprentice who was extremely polite and friendly who really seems to like the path hes chosen and cared about what he was doing. He said it makes him feel good when he helps others and that is a fantastic quality and character trait that is very much needed and appreciated in todays world. Good job, Dan, and good luck!

I love the equipment (Amana) that they use. The ac is super quiet and gets the house cold in half the amount of time. These guys were freaking AWESOME.My first call to my FORMER HVAC contractor, they wont show up for 3 weeks. So I call Stipe: they said theyll arrive in 3 hours.Then they had a truck break down. I cant blame them if that means theyll show up tomorrow.You know what they did? Sent a tech in a plumbers truck, who didnt have the parts but was able to diagnose my heat pump. He called his partner, got the part, and I was back up and running THE SAME DAY.These guys are WELL worth a call.100% satisfied.

And they did a good job with installation. It was completed quicker than we expected. The only issue we had was oil that was left on our driveway.

Update for 2024. Still the only company I use. Since 2020 they also replaced my water heater. Just recently had a kitchen sink leak the day before Thanksgiving. They came to fix that and replace a leaky kitchen faucet (Brian) and today (Dan)came to do the heat inspection. Use them for HVAC and plumbing and can’t complain!Moved into a house in April of 2019. July of 2019 my A/C went out. I called Edwin Stipe and they were able to come out the same day. Told me that my A/C would need replacing and showed me why. As a new homeowner that was the last thing I expected during the blazing heat. They worked with me and were able to install a new unit the same day. Fast forward to January of 2020 and my heat went out...another hige blow scheduled an install of a new unit and at the same time I replaced the water heater thinking that would probably go out as well. Everyone Ive worked with has been great down to the people in the office. Highly recommend them!

My Mom actually recommended Edwin Stipe and they came right out first thing yesterday when I told them about my husband’s illness (he has a lung disease). Sabistian was careful and meticulous diagnosing. The first thing was that he said his tester said the machine has a coil leak but then he kept assessing and found the condenser needed to be replaced. He said the pressure and Freon in the system was fine so he only replaced the condenser and said the coil leak might be very very small. So it was $550 instead of $3500. The AC is 13 years old. I’m having them come Monday to give a price for a new heater. He also thinks the system froze up because the motor can’t push enough air. It’s the original heater (40 years old). The air is working so I may not do anything this year but I was really happy with them. When the AC needs to be replaced I will use them. The repairman was very polite and kind and answered all of my questions. I just heard from my neighbor that a friend of his also recommended Edwin Stipe and said they gave a fair price and did good work. I’m very happy with them!

Doug and Kurt suggested a Mini-Split unit. And they only charge the fee that was given over the phone ($99 or sometimes they offer specials).However, the plumbing part of the business is another story.My last job I had scheduled for 10-2. They called at 8:45 and said they were on their way! Another job also scheduled for 10-2 and they called and said they could come earlier, but I wasnt at home, so then they didnt get there until 2:30. Unacceptable.They do charge $99 for just showing up and I completely understand. However, I think that the $99 should be included in the price, and not added on. We had two jobs that each took about 10 minutes, but we were charged $287: their standard pricing for a job PLUS the $99 fee.I would absolutely call them again for the heating and AC. I do need to have them do one more plumbing job, but I wanted to submit this review because I dont want to complain to the employee who answers the phone!

Called Edwin Stipe about my heat turning off on Saturday and had a tech out in under 30 mins. The tech wasnt able to fix the issue, so they left me with space heaters so my son and I would be warm and safe with the dropping temps. They sent a tech out today to take a second look at the issue and the tech was able to get my heat back up and running. Ive had Edwin Stipe come out and service my heater a few times for annual repairs and will continue using their services. Theyre extremely professional, courteous, and helpful.

An amazing experience from start to finish! I called in with an emergency clog in our main sewer drain, Lisa was extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone. She was able to move things around to fit me in and made sure to keep me in the loop on what was going on. My tech was Julio, and he was just as great at communicating everything he was doing, and got the job done fast and efficiently. It was a pleasure working with him and Lisa! Had an issue with out boiler making a loud banging noise. Our technician Nader was great, he made sure to thoroughly check the system and was very informative about what he was doing and why. I couldnt have been happier with him. He fixed the issue and had us up an running again.
