We experienced a pinhole leak in the main supply pipe in our basement and discovered that the old main shutoff gate valve under the leak couldnt fully close due to age and lack of use. We reached out for help during the weekend and received a call from Elias first thing the following workday to discuss our issue. Elias took the initiative to liaise with Easton city officials to have our water turned off at the street the following morning, and promptly sent Raymond, a plumber, to our home an hour later. Elias was exceptionally courteous and patient when I called him several times to ask various questions about the job. We had contacted a few other companies for estimates and scheduling, but none were as efficient and confident in coordinating our repairs and answering our queries as Elias was. Unfortunately, I cant recall the name of the plumber who performed the work, but Raymond was friendly and professional. He clearly explained our options and carried out the repair impeccably. We initially had a supposedly trustworthy sewer service come for a clean-up and sewer line video inspection. They were affordable, but their work was a sham. They didnt even completely clear the sewer line. They showed us some pictures of the dirtiest parts of the line, and then insisted we needed to replace a 10-foot section of the line at the street. They quoted us $8500 for this work. Thats when we decided to seek a second opinion and were pointed towards pennsylvania best plumbing co. On the very same day, raymond arrived, cleaned our sewer line properly, and found no such problems. He even provided us with a quality video that we could show to prospective buyers. Raymond from pennsylvania best plumbing co. was our knight in shining armor. our basement started to fill with water late one sunday night. in a panic, we reached out to an emergency plumber. he suggested we disconnect our packed basement freezer and find some sandbags (no idea where to get those at that hour?). he promised to return in the morning to identify the issue. not satisfied, i went back online and reached out to pennsylvania best plumbing co. and to our surprise, raymond arrived at our place that same sunday night, between 9-10pm. within a quarter of an hour, he discovered that one of our sump pumps was not working and the other was barely functioning. he managed to fix one and stopped the immediate cause of the flooding. a week later, we had him back to replace both sump pumps. this is the man to call when youre in a plumbing crisis!

Even better, he gathered all his essentials in a backpack, thus eliminating the need for continuous trips back to the truck. This review should have been written ages ago. earlier this year, i found myself in a bit of a tight spot when my sump pump stopped draining. i called pennsylvania best plumbing co. and they sent over elias and raymond to check it out. at the time, raymond was still learning the ropes and elias would quiz him regularly. despite being a trainee, raymond demonstrated impressive knowledge and professionalism. elias was equally professional, always ready to step in and offer guidance whenever raymond was unsure about the next steps. they were both punctual and extremely professional. there was a part that needed replacement and they liaised with my home warranty company seamlessly, ensuring that I only had to cover the deductible. hats off to elias and raymond for their excellent service.

I contacted a number of services, but many were vague about what their hydrojetting treatment entailed. I needed assurance that the roots would be thoroughly removed and that I would be able to see the results through video footage. Luckily, I was able to get clear responses from a certain service, and Raymond came out as planned. He managed to run the hydrojet and camera simultaneously, allowing me to see each root section being cleared away. I would certainly recommend this service to anyone in Easton in need of reliable plumbing solutions.

Great experience! After coming back to Easton from an out of town job, I realized there was no hot water in my home. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to light the pilot light on my water heater. So, I reached out to Pennsylvania Best Plumbing Co. for a repair.
