I have been through a few different plumbing companies over the years and have never really been satisfied - either with the timing or the pricing - it was *always something but with Plumbing Pros - totally different experience. Sal and his team are all about customer service in addition to resolving the issue at hand in a reasonable time frame. Pricing was upfront / no surprises and they took the time to explain what was being done in detail - and what to look out for to prevent the issue from happening again. I called Plumbing Pros because I had a storm water drain leak that was causing water to drain on my foundation in my basement. They came out and immediately got to work. Me and my wife are very happy with there work. I no longer have worry about the water. They made sure all rain water drains away from my house and cleaned up nicely afterwards. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Sal and his team. Sal, Jake, and Joel are incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. Most importantly, their work is amazing. They installed a new sink for us and fixed all of the plumbing underneath. The work was done well and quickly, and the team took great care of our home as well, wearing booties and laying out multiple drop cloths to protect our floors. The entire team was a very good group of guys who are very good at their craft. The rate we paid was also very fair, and I wouldve paid more for how wonderfully we were treated.One thing that really stood out to us is how understanding Sal was. We have a 7 month old baby and couldnt last very long without a sink. Knowing this, Sal squeezed us in the night before our sink was delivered to disconnect the old one and came back the next day to install so that we wouldnt have to go too long without a sink. He was so willing to work with us and gave us a very positive experience. I highly recommend Sal for all plumbing needs, we will definitely be calling him in the future.

Was shocked to speak with the owner of the company when I phoned in. Got same day service and what I was hoping was a small repair. Unfortunately is was a much larger job because of the age of my toilet, but the guys had everything they needed to get a new unit installed within an hour. I had a leak in a 200 year old 2500 gallon rainwater cistern that I have hooked up to our 200 year old farmhouse for non-potable water usage (toilets, washing machine, showers) because our well could not always keep up with our usage.Plumbing Pros pumped out, cleaned out, acid cleaned, and power washed the cistern. They then ground out any visible cracks, filled them with hydraulic cement, and gave 3 coats of a masonry seal material.They were very thorough and diligent in their work. I am very pleased with the result!

Plumbing Pros are the Best !!Ive moved into Milford New jersey 4years ago. had many issues with my plumbing. for4 years and about 5 different plumbers, no one cared to figure it out. thousands of dollars later, still having issues.my pipes backed up and had massive amounts of sewage backing up into my house, this was on a Saturday. I called an emergency cleanup service to get some recommendations. Jason had suggested Plumbing Pros and he was right.i called Plumbing Pros and talked with the owner, Salvatore.Salvatore first apologized for the issues i was having. i told him my situation and my issues. I asked Salvatore if he could come out and check it out. He said yes and proceeded to tell me there would be a charge for the emergency service, thinking to my self, this is going to expensive. after hours means $$$$$.well, when Salvatore to me the cost, i was amazed on how little he was asking. He gave me a quote and said he would be there shortly; he was there less than an hour. he did a thorough walk through and began the work. He was here for a good 4 hours. he began to snake the pipes to no avail. He wouldnt give up. his patience was professional and amazing. He promised me he would not leave me high and dry. While he couldnt unclog the pipes,, He checked the septic system, middle tank, last tank and found nothing unusual. so he procced back to the house and snake again, nothing. He then decided to check the first tank and sure enough, the flap to the septic tank was clogged. He then procced to unclog the flap and got it cleared, sure enough the sewage began to flow. he found the issue and corrected it. this company is amazing. Salvatore was here for 4 hours. the funny thing is, he stood by his estimate and did not change me any extra fees. Salvatore and his partner were extremely, professional, persistent, understanding and just good all-around good people. I have found a Plumbing i respect and believe in. so if you need any kind of plumbing, Plumbing Pros out of Easton is definitely the way to go !Thanks, Salvatore for everything.Youre the best.Sincerely,Louis Bates

I needed an outside water heater pvc vent pipe repaired because the 90 degree and 45 degree bends broke off. These guys were awesome when my water heater broke and I came home to several inches of water covering the whole basement. Their emergency services were great and they were at the site in 30 min. They do flat rate pricing (which was greatly appreciated since removing all the water, getting the new water heater and installing took a while). They stayed late into the night to finish everything (it was evening when the problem was discovered) and I appreciate that they didnt leave it half done until morning so I use the water that evening. Also as a female who was home alone for the process they were super respectful, nice, and not sketchy (a great bonus). They were even more aware of protecting my hardwood floors than I was (super appreciated since I hadnt thought of possibly damaging them).Ill definitely be calling them again to get assistance on a bathroom renovation we are doing. Plumbers that do the quality work, do it right and for me they did it really quickly. 2 hours for the job. Ordered the parts themselves and even cleaned up afterwards with bleach which is A++ gold stars fantastic. If youre in the area, these guys are great
