    Darryl and his crew were the best. Our job was not easy and they went over and beyond my expectations. Came early stayed late. They did professional work at every stage. We had a couple top bane plumbers over the last two years that didn’t do the job right. Jack came in brought and diagnosed the problem. Darryl and his crew came and fixed it.     Our main drain line was backing up last Tuesday. Called Reeves, they were out in about an hour. Diagnosed with the camera snake, went over options, helped with financing, and were out Monday morning to dig up the broken pipe and replace. Jack handled our repair, and he was great.     I dont want to sound cliche, but I would give you guys HUNDRED STARS if I could.Reeves have replaced sewer lines, solved plumbing problems, installed an air conditioning unit and other projects in our home. I always get a minium of 3 quotes and they are always the best for my money.The technicians are always easy to talk to and professional. Im sure Ill have other projects for them, in the future.Include them when youre getting estimates, youll be glad you did!I rarely do reviews, but this company is worth checking out!

    I have used the services on 2 separate occassion and both times have been left with nothing but flawless work ethic and great customer service.1st visit was about 6months ago to upgrade the sump pump and just this week in the middle of a heatwave, Adam and his trusty apprentice came out and did a survey and later installation of a brand new AC unit. They did a great job and so thankful that it was done on time while they battled the heat both inside and out.10/10 highly recommend their service. There is very little i want to be worried about and i am sure that those two items are not on my worry list at least for the next 5-10years.

    These guys are the best!! Had a tankless water heater installed, garbage disposal, prices are reasonable! Then has them come out 2 days later for suspected gas leak which they found!!Jack and Elliot were very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family!!!

I called Reeves Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised they were able to send someone the following day for a few minor but stressful issues.     Over the weekend we found ourselves looking for a plumber to fix a leak we discovered that had been leaking for sometime underneath our house in our crawl space. I must have called 7 different plumbers with no response. I went looking for 24 hour plumber and came across Reeves Plumbing and Heating. Let me just say how happy I was to have called them. Thier response was quick and expeditious. The 2 plumbers that responded were Jack and G. Two very courteous and knowledgeable plumbers. G was smaller than Jack so he had the pleasure of crawling under our house and getting the brunt of the dirty/wet work that was needed to fix our leak. They had our leak diagnosed and fixed in about an hour. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to hire a plumber for any type of work you might need done on your home.     Adam and his crew did a nasty, difficult, and very large job for us faster than they said they would, and gave us as much access to our plumbing during the work as they could. They were respectful, mindful of the neighbors, neat, and disturbed as little of the landscaping as possible. Adam is a top-notch crew leader. Im not happy we had to have the repair, but Im glad Adam did it.Update: we had a minor problem after the repair above - Reeves showed up and fixed it next day without charge. Reeves stands by their work. Again, the service person they sent was professional, competent, expedient, and courteous, and Heidi worked around my schedule late on a Friday like the master scheduler she it. Reeves is a good value.

    I was extremely satisfied with and grateful for the service I received from Reeves Plumbing. I called before business hours to report sewage backflow in my basement. Within 20 minutes of opening, I had a phone call from a technician with a crew ready to come to the rescue. The crew was polite, thorough, and fast! My problem was fixed within an hour and the crew was kind enough to clean and sanitize the small area. I was pleased with the price of service as well. They also inspected all of the plumbing, heating, and cooling equipment in my basement and gave me quotes for future services if needed. I was immediately emailed a receipt and the quotes before the crew left. I cannot recommend their services highly enough! Thank you Reeves!!

    A basement showerhead leaked non-stop, so much water that it almost poured. Jack K came out & gave me a very good estimate of $825 for a very difficult repair. He was very knowledgeable and inspired trust so I hired Reeves Plumbing to do the repair. Jack K as the plumber & assistant, Dorian, did an excellent job finding the best way to repair my shower while protecting the 1971 wall tiles. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Jack went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Dorian was very courteous & kept me updated on the repair, while making many trips up & down the stairs. Claire, in the office was very helpful in scheduling re-scheduling when I caught Covid & had to quarantine. A great company, a great plumber that I highly recommend!

    My initial call was for clogged sinks. Adam came out and not only cleared the sinks but also investigated further to find my core issue was that I was missing air valves in my kitchen and utility room sink pipes.     I have been working with Reeves for several weeks on minor and major issues. In all cases I have been thrilled with the technicians that have been in my home. Both crews were knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. They took the time to explain things to me and did not leave until the issue was taken care of. I have purchased a tankless hot water heater from them, had them reroute gas lines, and they are going to remove an old shower and install a new one. Making the appointments was easy and took only a week to get the tankless and shower installed from the time I made the appointment until the work got done. Additionally I had a flood in my house today and they came out within 30 minutes to assess the issue. They were careful, patient and thorough. I really appreciated the care that both teams have taken with my plumbing issues in my 100 year old home. I have been recommending them to all of my friends. I have been very satisfied with the professionalism, attention to detail and value for my money that I have gotten with Reeves.

    Was able to get an appointment 2 days out for an AC maintenance. Service tech was friendly and honest about what I needed and explained clearly what he thought would be the best options for me. Would recommend them to anyone in the area.Revised (still 5-stars): after working with them for the past couple of years it was time to replace our AC. They gave us a good price and installed the next week. There was a minor hiccup that they couldn’t figure out and the techs stayed all day and could not figure it out. They were very apologetic and said they would be back Monday (this was on Friday). They came back first thing Monday and worked with the AC manufacturer to make sure it was installed correctly and they got it working. Their techs are always friendly and they make sure the job is done right even if it’s more work for them which I really appreciate.

    What is there not to love. The professionals at Reeves are top notch and have reasonable pricing. I had called them for what I thought was a clogged drain, but ended up being much more in the old house of mine.     Reeves Plumbing was very responsive to our emergency plumbing needs. Their staff was helpful and friendly and were able to start on a fix right away in order to meet a tight deadline. We did find that their pricing seemed a little higher than their competitors, the work took longer than quoted, and we had to do more clean-up than expected, but as unexpected issues came up they stuck to the initial cost quote and did not charge extra fees. Altogether, we were happy with their service and would recommend them.

    They were by far the best plumbing company that I have ever had to deal with. I got four different quotes from local companies all varying in what they said I needed, and the pricing was all over the place. All of them put a camera through my sewer lines, so they all knew what they were dealing with. Reeves pricing was $1000s less than the other three. Two of the other companies quoted the same solution as Reeves. Reeves explained everything they were doing each morning. At lunch they updated me on how it was going, they were all polite and very helpful. They cleaned up and raked out my yard. I will never go to anyone else again.

    I needed a plumber for an issue in my crawl space and found these guys on Google with a decent rating. Made the call and got a well-mannered person on the phone who scheduled an appointment for the next morning.Jim arrived the next morning. He was very knowledgable and easy to talk to, which was reassuring. He gave me an estimate and we scheduled the work. He also helped greatly in coordination with another contractor. Without Jim, I would have had a lot more phone call work on my hands. A big thank you goes to him for his extra effort.Matt did the plumbing work with assistance from Cass. Again, they were helpful and easy to talk to. I wasnt always in the most patient state of mind, and they continued to be patient with me while working through some very challenging issues.     So glad I found these guys especially George Proffitt and Adam! They are great at their job, on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I had George come over to replace a capacitor on my condenser for my air conditioning. He arrived on time and did the job very efficiently. While he was there I had him quote fixing a shower(turning an old 3 handle to a single handle) and running new pipes so my downstairs bathroom can run properly(it was a mess before I had hot water running into my toilet and couldn’t fill my toilet unless I turned on the sink). He quoted me far less than another plumber I had out previously. He also replaced a toilet and put in a new condenser pump and it was still a far better deal than any other plumber I’ve had. He did ALL of those jobs so well, I would gladly recommend him to anyone I know. So please consider Reeves Plumbing & Heating for your next job. Also ask for GEORGE AND ADAM!

    Friendly cost-effective service. Most recent visit was just a review and update of my furnace and heater. Jack K was the individual who came out.     Reeves, and technician Jim, are fantastic! Finally a company that isnt just out to take your money.Just purchased a home and of course our AC unit didnt want to work properly. Called Reeves after reading some reviews and I was initially impressed by the same-day service even though I didnt have an emergency issue. Jim came out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem quickly and effectively, and was super helpful along the way.Jim even explained what type of refrigerant our unit takes, how the unit works and why it might be low, and other information. I also have a gas dryer hookup now, which is new to me, so he took five extra minutes to come downstairs and make sure the gas connection was not leaking to give me a little more peace of mind. I hope we dont have major issues in the future, but if we need anything I know for sure who were calling!

    Carlos Gonzales quickly and efficiently took care of a kitchen sink problem today (1/16/2019) that I could not complete due to a seized nut and gasket assembly. He had no issue using the replacement parts I had already purchased. He showed up in record time, much ahead of the expected time window of contact.My initial impression of your quality and service will keep me coming back if there are future plumbng problems in my home, and I greatly appreciate this repair!NOTE: ADDENDUM!!!An existing plumbing problem hinted at above was addressed 6 days later, on January 22nd.A home warranty claim already submitted prior to the above job was being handled poorly, and I decided that in order to correct a potential ongoing problem with a less-than-responsive (or responsible) contractor, I would try Reeves.This experience was incredible, better than any expectation. Although Ron and Matt had to delay their job from Friday to Tuesday, the reason for the delay was to find the best product available, and they delivered! Instead of choosing just Moen shower faucets, they obtained American Standard models. Superior in quality, these added no cost to the original quote. In addition, the guys went out of their way to install new valve and shower valve piping, with new supply shutoff valves where there were none, and the resulting rework replaced original smaller showerhead piping. This eliminated showerhead dripping at higher pressures from the faucets; the previous contractor claimed this problem could not be corrected without ripping through the shower wall.They accomplished the job in 2 hours to their satisfaction and delight, and the cost was worth 3 times what the previous contractor could have delivered at their same price.In short, regardless of a home warranty, I will gladly forego another plumbing claim for Reeves expertise. Many Kudos to Ron and Matt! You cannot go wrong!

    My garage floor is sinking. One side more than the other. Before spending the money to level it, I wanted to make sure there wasnt an issue (broken pipe beneath concrete). They were able to put a camera down the drain. Initially it looked like a crack. When they came back to jetter, the tech discovered it was pvc pipe, and that they wouldnt be able to use the jetter due to pipe configuration. After flushing water down drain, they were honest and forthright, and didnt think what they initially saw on the camera was a break. What a relief. They were so honest, professional, knowledgeable. The Pofecinal experienced techs explained everything needed to be done, to bring our 1976 constructed home systems up to modern times. The recommend a more economical gas system.
