The whole experience was just terrific. I got a call letting me know that the plumber was going to be a bit behind which I appreciated. Then Dennis got here he was able to determine right away what the problem was. He had the part with him and he installed it in minutes. He also helped me because I had no idea that the tank was filling too high costing me $. He adjusted it so it wouldn’t continue. He was fantastic. I would recommend to anyone.

Had them install a tankless hot water heater and everything went great! The communication from text on arrival is a nice feature. They cleaned up after the work and made sure I was satisfied. I felt bad they had to return a different day to remove my old big tank due to the size and weight but it was finally done. Great company and highly recommended for your plumbing needs. I had Jessie from Parsons Plumbing out to my home to quote a job for sewer line replacement. I found Parsons on line and one of the reason I had them come out was the previous excellent reviews. And the reviews about Jessie in particular. Everyone in the reviews pointed him out, how he was very helpful in answering their questions. I must agree. He answered all my questions and returned the quote in a timely manner. Jessie and Allen were there to preform the job on the 9th of October and finished on the 10th of October, as they said. They were very professional . And I was impressed with how well the yard looked after completing the job better than I expected I would highly recommend Parsons Plumbing .

We had water backing up from the base of our toilet and the kitchen sink while getting ready for work. I called Parsons Plumbing based on a friends recommendation. They were very responsive and less than 2 hours later Lee and Dennis showed up. They took time to explain things to me. They were extremely patient, professional, and honest. After assessing the situation, they told me they were going to snake through my kitchen sink first to see if that would be sufficient. This option was $300 less than plan B, which was snaking through the toilet with a larger tool to cut through large tree roots. They explained that if they had to do that, I would only be charged for the toilet snake. Thankfully, the problem was fixed for much less money than what I anticipated. They were in and out in about an hour, and no mess was left behind. Would definitely recommend!!

These guys are great! I called 5 different plumbers. They were the only ones who had someone efficient, professional and kind answering their phone. They were the only ones who showed up to quote it when they said they would. They scheduled the work as soon as they could, arrived on time, and fixed our issues in one day. This was a pretty significant repair. They did more work than they quoted to make sure the job was done properly, and they didn’t increase their price. I highly recommend Parson’s Plumbing!

I needed to have my hot water heater replaced, after my basement flooded from an unusually heavy rain storm at the end of August. As well as a repair for a leaking sanitary line from my second floor bathroom. Allen was able to complete both the replacement and repair in a matter of a few hours, for a very fair price. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a plumber. I will definitely be using parsons plumbing for all of my future needs. Highly satisfied with both the level of service and the work that was completed.

On February 14th, I was waiting for the plumbers to arrive at my son and daughter in laws home. At 9:15, Dennis and Lee arrived from Parsons Plumbing. They introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do during the service call. I had a few things to tell them and they listened to what I was to relay. They immediately got to work and completed the job, explained what was done to me, took the time to talk to my son on the phone and completed another job for him after the phone conversation. Again, they explained what was to be done and the outcome when finished. They were professional, excellent workers, left no mess, were personable and left business cards before leaving.
