Amazing service! Daryl arrived a few hours earlier than expected and quickly assessed the situation with our outdated shower. He worked efficiently to replace the entire shower kit, ensuring every detail was perfect. Not only did he replace the entire shower kit with precision, but he also created an access panel that wasn’t there before, making future maintenance much easier. The finished product looks amazing, and everything works flawlessly. He was professional, courteous, and left the space spotless. Highly recommend 1-Tom-Plumbing services for any plumbing needs.

From the start when I made the phone call to get help, to the time when Kevin showed up at my doorstep. What a great experience!!! Kevin was professional and made me feel at ease from the beginning throughout the whole experience. Professional, knowledgeable, and experienced is how I would describe Kevin. It’s nice to know my family can sleep safely now. Kevin quickly identified the exhaust stack of the hot water tank was not at the correct angle and could have let carbon monoxide into the house. He fix the exhaust problem and put in a new tank. I am very happy to have hot water again. Job nicely done Kevin!!! I would highly recommend Kevin and 1Tom Plumber to anyone.

Highly recommend. We had a dripping shower faucet and the repair was difficult. Zach did a great job. He explained the repairs before doing any work. The repairs took longer but Zach continued to update me and got everything correctly fixed. He was polite and had a positive attitude the entire time. Good prices and outstanding service. Daryl and Mike handled some really huge issues in the house I just purchased in Shaker Heights. Pipes had to be replaced, a toilet was incorrectly installed and leaking, and nothing drained well. They worked with a lot of determination to get it all in working order and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

Zach came through and helped us clear our main line septic today and was a fantastic and massively informative professional. Not only did he make easy work of our clog, he also educated and taught me a lot. Any questions I had were answered in a clear and easy to grasp fashion with no hesitation. It was nice to have a plumber who seemed to genuinely enjoy educating their clients on the topic of their field rather than begrudgingly showing up just to get the job done as quickly as possible, with little care and move on.Long story short, exceptional service!I have quite a few plumbing projects that need to be taken care of in the future and Ill be giving 1-Tom-Plumber and Zach a call when the time comes for those.

A clogged drain is never fun but throw in it happening during the holidays makes it beyond stressful. I called 1 Tom Plumbing and they were great. They sent someone the same day we called. Daryl was very professional and worked at it until he got it fixed. He explained everything that he was going to do when he got here. When he figured out what caused the clog (roots!) he gave us a suggestion on how to make it easier to take care of the problem if it would happened again. The process it takes to fix the clog does make a mess, but after he was done he cleaned the bathroom!! Trust me it was wonderful not to have to deal with that.We definitely would recommend 1 Tom plumbing and would ask for Daryl again!!

Came immediately in an hour after another company wyattworks tried to cancel on me on a Saturday. So I won’t blame 1-Tom for having to charge me emergency prices. It was pretty pricey charged me almost $400 to cut a small piece of drywall and to snake my toilet it was $1500. I was desperate because my tenants only had 1 toilet. However they did snake my shower as well when it was seen that it was still draining slow. Overall the work was great technician explained everything and completed in a timely manner no headaches.Update: I was pleasantly surprised that the owner reached out to speak with me directly and explained the pricing and I feel like that’s the best way to do business! Very impressed.

I even scheduled the job to start the same week! I spoke with Jay on 13NOV2023 and scheduled a large job to start and possibly be completed 16NOV2023!! Being so close to Thanksgiving, I was surprised at such a quick turnaround! Kevin arrived and was able to locate the device because I had no idea where it was (I am a replacement for the initial general manager) Kevin explained things I such a simple way that I felt I could become a plumber. Customer service was amazing. And 1 Tom plumber was the 8th place I called for the service, no one else has a certified backflow inspector on staff. I typed in backflow inspector and just went down the list. If you need service please use this company, Im having my company enlist them for all of our plumbing needs going forward

I called 1-Tom-Plumber on a Saturday afternoon because of a plumbing issue. Jay who answered my call and Missy in dispatch were both great. They understood my issue and were quick to get help! Missy said she would get someone out to me quickly. I received a call back a little later from Daryl L. and he said he would be there within 20 mins. He was prompt, very professional & personable, he was great to work with along with highly knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, knew exactly what was needed to fix the issue, went over plan, then got started right away. He was very kind and pleasant which made this stressful plumbing situation for me more relaxed and gave me a sense of reassuring! He was able to snake the main drain to the road and get the drains open again. There definitely were roots. :-/ He made sure everything was good to go before leaving! He even had me run water from all faucets etc to make sure no other issues present while he was still present on-site. He also told me what to look out for and advice/suggestions on how to be proactive!! Daryl definitely made this stressful of a situation much more calm for me and I plan to have him do any other repairs as well as recommend 1-Tom-Plumber to family and friends! On Saturday evening we had an issue with our kitchen sink clogging causing water to back up, and also water leaking through the pipes under the sink. I called several 24/7 plumbers in LC, but after speaking with Chrissy on Sunday morning I was confident in scheduling with 1-Tom-Plumber. I had chosen a 12-2pm time slot for Monday, and David called prior to his arrival around 1:40. He was friendly and professional, and after assessing the situation he gave me my options and pricing in proceeding. I have to note that we have a much older home and we were faced with two issues- one…the clog, and two…the older piping had corroded causing deterioration. If we chose to snake the drain we were at risk of possibly breaking the S-Trap pipe, and there isn’t any easy access to it other than tearing up the flooring. So, I chose to skip snaking at the risk of creating another issue and just replace the piping (which clearly had to be done anyway). He also noticed a baby leak in the water line, so those were replaced along with installing the PVC pipes. Next, he suggested we use a commercial liquid in attempt to unclog the sink since it was the only option we had prior to snaking indefinitely. I poured 2 cups in and it sat about 40 min, and it shockingly cleared whatever was causing it to be clogged. On a side note- we also mentioned our toilet trickling after it stops running (I thought we needed a new flapper valve), and he checked it out and adjusted our water tank level… Voilà! Runs like a charm.Bottom line I was super impressed with David, and even though we ran into a couple obstacles I felt he was professional, resolute, honest, and very reasonable. I 100% recommend this company, and I’ll request David for any other plumbing issues that may arise in the future. Thank you again!!

The interior copper lines in our home were making a knocking noise when any faucet was turn on or toilet was flushed.Daryl Looney plumber for 1-Tomplumber checked the pressure on the interior waterlines and discovered our pressure was at 110psi which the standard needs to be around 55psi.Daryl Looney suggested installing (prv) a pressure relief valve and thermal expansion tank. Daryl was before time but called to ask permission and despite the job being difficult to reach to up in the attic he somehow made it work and provided me with all the information I needed to fix my issue which didn’t need a plumber but the roofers issue .I am very pleased with this company and him in particular.
