We are new homeowners who had to have a system installed before a difficult closing time (basically Christmas!) and Joseph made the whole process so easy. He was responsive, provided all of the information we needed and confirmed our appointment right away. Joe responded quickly to our request for radon air remediation. Joe sealed off our sump pump and created a window for us to see the water level. After he installed our system our 72 hr radon reading was down to 1.0pCi/L.

Joe and Shylah were great to work with. Radon Clear was the only company out of the 3 or 4 that I contacted to respond and provide a quote. They did so promptly and the quote was clear. Scheduling the work was also easy, and Shylahs communication was greatly appreciated. Joe arrived on time, performed the install quickly and efficiently, and took time to ensure that any questions I had were answered. The installation reduced the radon level in my basement to below the EPAs limit (4 pCi/L), but not quite as low as I wanted (less than 2 pCi/L), so I opted for a simple fan upgrade. Again, Shylah and Joe were great to work with. Joe swapped out the fan and made an associated adjustment to the piping in the basement, and with this the radon level tested below 1 pCi/L. Overall Im definitely pleased to have chosen Radon Clear and I would happily recommend them to other homeowners.

Radon Clear was the first service person we had to our home after buying it a couple of years ago. He answered a bunch of my new homeowner questions (even the ones not about radon!), showed up on time, and handled the installation quickly and professionally. A few years later, when the system wasnt working, I reached out via email. I received a fast response from the office, along with a couple of troubleshooting ideas. When those didnt work, I got an appointment within the week. Joe showed up again, found the issue lickety split, and then didnt even charge for a full visit. Ive had two wonderful experiences with Radon Clear, and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Five star communication and service! We had a 24 year-old radon mitigation system installed by another company before we bought the house and decided it was time to replace it, as the suction had decreased since installation. Joe from Radon Clear answered all of our questions with patience, and he outlined all of the options for a new radon fan and helped us decide what would be the most appropriate for our house. We went with a stronger/upgraded fan. Installation went smoothly and quickly, and we are very pleased with the whole process. The price was very competitive too. Definitely recommend.
