    My experience with Pierce fence was good from start to finish. Mr. Bob Sr was very professional and kind when coming to view my yard to give an estimate. He proactively reached out afterwards to ask if I had any questions and responded very quickly to the many questions I had. I must say that everyone I spoke with was very professional. From Kaitlyn who is in the office, Joey who did the layout, the driver who delivered the materials, and Donnie who installed the fence. This company was very helpful and made the process very easy. I was kept up to date in regards to the wait time, and advised when the project was pushed out a Few weeks due to rain. I was very appreciative of the emails providing necessary information from start to finish. The fence looks great! 👍🏾👍🏾

    Pierce fence is amazing. So easy to work with and they keep you informed during the entire project. With the current inflation on everything I wasnt sure I could afford a new fence. I was shocked when I received the quote, it was extremely lower than I expected. There is no way any other company would be able to beat their cost. I highly recommend Pierce fence base on quality and price. From falling apart wooden fence to beautiful vinyl, Pierce fence is the best.

    Pierce Fencing company put up a 4 foot aluminum puppy fence for us.The job was completed in one day by Drew & Blake. They did an excellent job with their expertise. The girls in the office keep you updated on the whole process in a professional manner.And Bob the owner greeted us on the first day to do an estimate. A very friendly and informative person.     Chris and Bill came out today and put up a portion of our 7 foot fence (the remainder will be 6 feet and installed at a later date). They were professional, detailed oriented and friendly. We could not be happier with the fence and their work. Well worth the money. We will be requesting they both come back to complete the other portion when the time comes. Highly recommended.

    I am so happy I chose Pierce Fence. They care about their customers and made sure I was informed and understood what was happening every step of the way. They are a family-owned business and I was very impressed when the owner, Bob, came out on the first day to discuss exactly what I wanted. Everything after that fell into place. Detailed paperwork, approvals and phone calls were handled quickly and efficiently. They answered all my questions,  returned phone calls promptly and always arrived on time. When I called or visited the office I mostly dealt with Emily and Kaitlyn but anyone I spoke to in the office was knowledgeable and caring and I knew I was in good hands. Joey came for measurements and markings and knew specifically what I wanted and was happy to explain everything to me. They made sure I was informed when the materials were arriving and I was notified when the driver was on the way. And when the install day came Chris and Bill went over the plan with me and made sure that everything was lined up and perfect. When the job was completed there was a final walk around to make sure it was to my satisfaction and that any questions I had were answered. I was so happy with the way it turned out that if I could have done a cartwheel I would have! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and a beautiful enhancement to my home. I highly recommend Pierce Fence.

    Pierce fence installed our aluminum fence last week. Every aspect of this purchase has been professional and and well communicated. The initial evaluation and proposal were well done and timely. Pierce handled all the details. Once the materials were available, a crew came out to map the exact location and work out any details. Once weather permitted, Josh and his installation team did a great job. They take real pride their work. They also did well communicating the expected time line. I would highly recommend Pierce Fence.

They were all very knowledgeable and especially patient with our myriad of questions.Pierce custom fit the fence to the specifications dictated by the utilities and septic field while still providing the best protection.We chose Pierce from among the other companies we interviewed because we trusted they would do the best work. We are not disappointed at all!     Pierce Fence installed a beautiful fence in our backyard. The team was very professional from start to finish. They always kept us in the loop with regards to scheduling and completed our fence in about 4 and a half to 5 hours.     Pierce just installed a 6 foot high privacy fence around our entire back yard.     Bought my fence in 2021 guys came out and got it done within an afternoon and the morning the next day I’ve had no issues other than when it got super windy and a part of my fence came loose , I reached out to Pierce Fence and it’s been about 3 years since install and I was still treated like a new customer .Trey and the other foreman Andrew came out tightened everything thing up replaced some damaged fencing and also pointed out something I wasn’t aware of and fixed that issue as well , they were great ! I’m glad I decided to go with Pierce because after all this time it’s good to still be appreciated as a customer after a time span that most company’s kinda forget about you . I’d recommended Pierce to anyone looking for a good fencing company !

    I had Pierce install a wood style split rail at my home and they did an awesome job, I’m very excited with the final result. The whole process was seamless and the girls in the office did a great job keeping me up to date with everything as the process went along. Bob came out within a week of my first phone call to get the estimate put together, and after I gave the go ahead, the layout tech had everything marked and the material was delivered and ready to go over the following few weeks. The day of install, the crew came in and knocked the job out (275’ roughly) in a day. The price was very reasonable, the end result turned out great, and my dog can enjoy the yard without being tethered now! I’d highly recommend Pierce to anyone looking to get a fence installed.

    From the first call to the last this company provided the best customer service! I had a project that had to be complete before the fence could go up that was having weather delays. Not only did they work with me on scheduling, they came out and took down the old fence to allow the other project to be done.All the gentlemen that came out to work on this project were professional, knowledgeable and just good people.     I highly recommend Pierce fence company. They were reasonably priced, the quality is great, our fence looks fantastic. They present themselves professionally from the people you speak with on the phone to the people that come to your home. Nice, courteous, and friendly. And if you are in an HOA, they do their best to assist you with that. After long delays by our board, once the board approved the fence, Pierce did their best to complete the job and we really appreciated it.

    I would highly recommend Pierce Fencing Company. The staff was extremely professional through the entire process. The Sales Person was very knowledgeable and thorough and provided a quote within 24hrs. After setting up the appointment to installing the fence each step was scheduled and very responsive and punctual. After the installation the Foreman Josh did a total walk through on the property to make sure that I was completely satisfied before leaving. He and his crew worked fast and precise to make sure that our fence was completely straight and leveled.     I have been so pleased with Pierce Fencing from Day 1. Our neighbors used Pierce and referred us to them. When I first met Bob, he was very kind and honest about everything.     Pierce Fence Company did an excellent job from start to finish installing our 6’ vinyl privacy fence! From the start of the process when we first contacted Pierce, both Hunter and Elaina at the office were very helpful in getting everything scheduled for us. Bob came out to do the estimate and took the time to go through all of the details in person pertaining to the process and how our fence was going to look. Once we decided to go with Pierce, Bob continued to answer any questions that we had very quickly and very detailed setting a great expectation for how everything would go during the install.Josh, the foreman on our job, along with his crew Jeorgie, and Gary did an incredible job from start to finish with the install and made the idea that we had for our fence come together. Josh was extremely easy to talk to and work with and more importantly he took the time before, during, and after the install to ensure that we were 100% happy with everything.     Joel and his team were excellent! They came out on probably the hottest week of the summer so far. Joel went over everything before and after the job was completed. They had some tough spots to dig holes because of trees and worked right through it. They even stayed late the last day to complete the job so Id have my fence done for the holiday! We love it and so does our dog! Pierce Fence Company highly recommended!

    The team at Pierce provided excellent customer service with several design changes on our part. The installers were punctual, courteous, and took great pride in their work! We were concerned that our beagle might be able to get under our fence and get loose, and the installers went the extra mile making sure that there was no way our dogs could find a way out.     The owner himself came out to walk us through the initial estimate and fencing layout, which I appreciated. The project manager that finalized the layout was very knowledgeable and thorough. The construction team lead by foreman, Josh, did an awesome job with the fence. It looks amazing, the fence is super level even though our yard is quite bumpy, and they took a lot of care to keep dirt and mess to a minimum.     Outstanding customer service! We requested a quote from them and several other companies. The companies through Home Depot & Lowes were ridiculously overpriced, even when we went through the companies directly. A horrible interaction with “The fence Authority”, I DO NOT recommend them. It’s like he didn’t want to be at our home and want our business.The owner of Pierce came out and surveyed our property the next day. I normally do not go with the cheapest, but this man was able to answer every one of my questions without hesitation. I felt he really knew his business and could get the job done right without rework.They had the best price for a 6ft vinyl privacy fence. It also had detailed character, which the other companies did not. The others were just basic white and flat. They have numerous options to choose from and we knew we had made the right choice.Hands down, this family owned and operated company is the best choice in Dover and the surrounding areas. I recommend them to everyone I know.

    I am writing to give 5 stars to Pierce Fence Company for such a prompt response to my critical review. I understand that their was an oversight on their part and the very fact they admitted it tells me about their professionalism. I look forward to working with them and experience all the good things said about them in other reviews.Below is my earlier critical review to which I got a response within an hour.I generally dont write poor reviews but this time I was really upset by the unprofessional attitude of the Pierce Fence Company.I had called the company in March to set up an appointment for fencing my yard at one of my properties.I specifically informed them to call me ahead of the visit for me to be present there to discuss the fencing options. Bob Came to visit the place however forgot to call me and inform me. Rather he came 35 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. I am a physician and was obviously busy seeing my patients in my office 5 minutes away. I did not know that he would come earlier than scheduled time and without informing me.Later he sent me an estimate by e mail. Obviously I had a lot of questions and wanted to discuss the fencing options at the site.I asked to see him again. He asked me to set up an appointment again and I was told that he was booked for next 3-4 weeks. I called their office again to set up an appointment but the office manager now askes for $35 charge for a second visit.I explained to her that in the first visit, Bob was supposed to call me ahead of the visit for me to meet him and he had forgotten to call me and rather came about 35 minutes before the scheduled time for the visit. So, it was not my fault that I could not meet him. Unfortunately she did not budge.I asked to talk to the owner but she neither gave me the owners contact information nor promised me to get me in touch with the owner.I am really appalled at their office policies that penalize a customer for no fault of his.Its not a question of just $35, its a question of Principles.

    I highly recommend!! I recently had a PVC fence installed (Almond color) with Pierce Fence Company and would like to just let everyone know that from start to finish the communication, professionalism, and responsiveness was beyond my expectation. Please keep the office staff. They took the time to listen to my needs and filtered what could have been complaints by ensuring that each of my issues had a follow up. My fence went up in no time. The guys worked very efficiently but we were off schedule due to weather changes. Upon install my fence was not leveled. I was less than pleased with this and when the problem arose Bob Sr. took the time to personally correct it. I am relieved that he took the time to personally handle the situation. Now my German Shepherd has a beautiful fenced area of almost 200ft to run around without a worry in the world. Thank you for making my fence dream a reality.

    I recently hired Pierce Fence to install a new fence after a recent storm knocked my old one down. Had a slight problem where my building permit was delayed due to some issues between their firm and the town I live in. Their crew did an outstanding job in building my fence and it looks great. I am very surprised that no one followed up on the install, as most owners check to make sure the customer was satisfied with the work.( to add to this, I did get an email follow up shortly after my review which speaks volumes to the type of business they really are!!).

    I like everything about Pierce Fence. A man from Pierce came to my house upon request and really listened to what I wanted. You know there are lots of options and lots of companies who do this. I had cheaper and more expensive offers than Pierces, but Pierce know their stuff, and, like I said, they listen to what you want. Some of the other companies sent out hot-shot salesmen to give me the estimate, but I really felt that the Pierce guy was laid-back, knowledgeable and honest. When they came out to do the work, the two guys were hard workers and very precise about everything. They sank the posts in at least three feet of cement! No cutting corners for them, and one of the guys checked and double checked the straightness of the fence in every way. They almost got it done in one day, but had to come back for a short time the next day to finish the job.I almost forgot to mention the girls in the office who promptly answered all my questions via email. We received other estimates that were a little cheaper, but what sold us is their 50 years in the business, seeing their work in the community and their five year warranty on our vinyl privacy fence when other companies were only giving a one year warranty on their work.

    Joel and his crew did a super job replacing our old decrepit wood fence with a new white vinyl one. Despite dealing with numerous trees and roots everywhere, they quickly removed the old fence and installed the new one in a thoroughly professional manner. The end result is a beautiful new vinyl picket fence which were thrilled with. Our black lab highly approves as well, and loves the extra new room to explore.     Highly recommend this company they did an awesome job, over 200 ft of vinyl privacy fencing done in just two days. It looks great and the gates work perfectly. Now my dogs have a fenced in yard to free roam which is a huge relief. An innovative idea that may be a good resource for the customers is if you guys had an app that showed a tracker on where your customers project falls that way customers can have a better idea on when to expect their fence. I know weather and holidays can be a major set back so to help customers see the bigger picture I think an app or website with a tracker showing their project and the projects in front of theirs would be neat. In my head, I imagined it would be lovely, and really complement the vinyl railing our builder put around our deck and stairs, but in actuality, its stunning. Weve already had several neighbors stop us in the yard to find out who to call about getting an estimate. Karen, Bob Sr and Bob Jr were great about working around our construction schedule and closing date, so that the fence could be started on the day we closed on the house. The crew was courteous, professional, and exacting in the lengths they went to, to make sure the fence was exactly as it should be. They worked with the slope of the property, including suggesting, and building, a racked gate, to create this beautiful line that compliments the house perfectly. We could not be happier or more impressed with the finished product, and highly recommend doing business with Pierce.

    My experience working with the crew and team of Pierce fence was phenomenal. It was amazing. Everyone was courteous.     I have not been dealing with them my wife has. Only issue is that they told us a time frame and we have gone past expected or said turn around time. They said six weeks it may end up being 8 or 9. Work has not been completed yet so I can not speak on the job yet. I have seen other jobs they have done and they seem to do a very good job. I will update once job is finished. It has been a pretty smooth process from what I seen. You can choose to have them do the permits or you can attain them your self. Once permits are complete Miss Utility comes out then the guy comes to mark everything out and then they install the fence.. So again it been pretty good so far

    My man Josh and Will aka the puppy crew put together a beautiful fence and the professionalism and the craftsmanship that went into the fence cant go unnoticed. High speed and a great eye for perfection. Lets face it we all have that one neighbor that can be extra if you own dogs, we have 3 big dogs and our neighbor hates dogs. We had a chain link fence dividing our property and they had rose bushes along the fence line, I was told that I needed to train my dogs not to pee on the rose bushes I laughed and said Ill just put up a big fence and not have to worry about you. They completed my fence and while they were working a little dirt got in her yard and she was not a happy camper but, they picked it up and continued to work. They finished on Halloween and when people were coming to get candy everyone said that it was a great looking fence and one person said great fences make great neighbors couldnt be more true. 100% satisfied customer and 20 out of 10 would recommend this company to fix your neighbor bothering you or if you just want gates that work

    Very happy with how the fence turned out. Wish it had not taken as long for the install to occur, but there is not much to be done about high demand and uncooperative weather.     We are very pleased with our new privacy fence installed by Pierce Fence and have been thankful since our first interaction when meeting with Bob for a quote. We quoted from several vendors but decided to work with Bob and Pierce Fencing for several reasons.
