I LOVE my new kitchen and bath!!! The team at Pink Hammer did a phenomenal job. Jen, the owner, listened to my ideas and concerns. She helped me save money by helping me select the right products and materials for my project (e.g., which material to use to minimize finger prints if you have children or water spots when you have hard water). Its her attention to even the smallest details that sets her apart.Her team took care to protect my property thoughout the process and continuously cleaned the area to minimize tracking dust and debris thoughout the house. I dont know which worker did the best job... the tile work was flawless, the paint job was clearly professional, the walls, cabinets, windows, floating shelves, installation seemed effortless (though I know it wasnt), the electrician made everything light up beautifully, the kitchen designer (with significant input from Jen) took my inspiration and made it a reality. A wonderful team that worked together to finish my renovation quickly.What more can I say, GREAT JOB! and THANK YOU!

We LOVE Pink Hammer! Weve hired them for smaller jobs in the past, but recently hired them to renovate our entire kitchen (gutting to the studs, taking down a wall, all new cabinets, floors, drywall etc.). Everyone at Pink Hammer is great to work with! Jen came with us to pick out cabinets since it was our first huge home project, and was there every step of the way to help us understand the timeline, process and expectations. I used Pink Hammer Home Services to repair my front porch roof which was coming unattached from the house. They responded quickly when I asked for an estimate and were able to schedule the work within a reasonable amount of time. I was told specifically when the estimate and work would take place, and given the name and photo of the person who would be arriving. A written estimate was received quickly, and Judy in the office answered any questions I had. Bill, the carpenter, did a wonderful job. He re-used original materials where possible to cut down on materials costs. The work was completed in one day as promised, and the stability of the post holding up the corner of the porch roof was improved over what existed previously. Pink Hammer was professional throughout the entire process, and would definitely recommend them and make use of their services in the future if needed.

Pink Hammer completely gutted and remodeled our master bathroom this fall. From the initial quote, to scheduling and construction, they were great to work with. Communicative and transparent, as well as courteous with respect to being in our home for months :) Jen struck the balance of allowing us to have a ton of input into the design and selections, while helping with advice and standards where requested and needed. Mike, Tommy and Paige were diligent and polite, and did excellent work. My standards are high and I like to exercise a decent degree of control over many aspects of projects, and they always accommodated our needs and requests. They also were kind enough to take on additional work / small projects around the house while they managed the main bathroom work. Honestly, i could not ask for more. No hassle job scheduling - told truth about when they could come and showed up when they said they would.2. Our craftsman was awesome. He was always early. He was very knowledgeable, did a fantastic job with a railing system hed never worked with before and when we hit some supplier snags in the project- he had logical workarounds that made it all work and look beautiful. I found out when I was confirming the two jobs I needed doing. By now I was very leary about having this work done, but Pimk Hammer made my life easy.Everyone I worked with in this organization was absolutely professional, personable and dependable. The person who came to evaluate my situation gave me a great deal of information that I needed. They gave me upfront estimates with explanations for costs. When it came to getting the supplies there was an issue which was efficiently and competently handled by another member of the staff. Whenever there was an issue they communicated in a timely manner. They were very patient with all my questions.I had ceiling molding put in place and its just perfect. It came in under the estimate that I was given.My only extremely minor negative and I admit that I am a dinosaur, is there is not a hard copy brochure available from this company. I just happen to like holding a brochure. There is a website brochure listing their extensive available services. Brent came to remove crumbling grout in my vintage bathroom. He was able to then coat all the gaps and recaulk in less than four hours. I had limited expectations as this is somewhat of a stopgap fix to prevent leaking from the shower through gaps in grout to my basement, but it actually looks great and functions well. Jens excellent planning meant that we were only without a kitchen for 24 days and her design help and assistance as the inevitable issues came up kept the remodel on schedule. I told Jen from the beginning that Id know when it was done if I liked it. I LOVE IT. All of the guys were great--master craftsmen, professional, and treated our house like their own. We asked Pink Hammer to help us with a few punch-list items for our new home - installing a mantle over the fireplace and hanging a new (not pre-hung) door. The process was quick and easy - they asked me to send some pictures and thats all they needed to scope out the job. They got us on the schedule quickly. The tradesman showed up on time and worked steady. The work was good quality and the office was easy to work with. They dont give the work away, but youre paying for a skilled tradesman and a very competent back office. The price fairly reflects that value. Well definitely use them again.

The work on the porch is absolutely amazing. The workers they sent over were very knowledgeable and thorough with their work. The only issue I had was with communication. I didn’t know when deliveries of materials were coming so I was awoken suddenly at 7:30 or 8AM by men dropping off materials. The delivery guys were shocked that I wasn’t made aware of when they were delivering. There must have been some kind of communication breakdown somewhere. I think there should be some kind of alert and estimation of when the job will be started. (Give or take a few days in the estimation in anticipation of extra work or issues). Overall I love the actual quality of the work and knowledge of the company however there are some kinks in the communication.

Originally hired Pink Hammer to clean our gutters, since although we felt the prior company we used did a good job, we didnt like that we were billed for the quarter prior to the work being done. Upon completion of cleaning, the final bill was less than quoted as we were told we had gutter guards or certain things in place where some areas of gutters were already clean. Not long after, Pink Hammer power washed and stained our deck. The contractors were extremely friendly and professional and the deck looks great! Pleasantly surprised this final bill also was less than quoted. Very professional between coordinating the job through the office operations personnel to communicating with the contractors. Good pricing, excellent work, and honest!
