Rob was very prompt in responding to our request for a consultation. We has a number of repairs/reinforcements that we wanted to proactively address. Rob explained what he would do, how much it would cost, and gave us a timeframe for completion. When it looked like things might get pushed out a day, he contacted us immediately to ensure that would still be acceptable. As a bonus, he even took away some unusable construction materials from a previous project, at no additional charge. We are very satisfied with Rob’s work, and would recommend Anytime Property Solutions.

Really good experiance - had some mold in basement that I needed a solution for and was really happy with the quality of work. He was early and gave an initial quote based on pictures and revised to lower once he here. Would definitely recommend and use again!
