On a Thursday night I noticed our old water heater had been leaking, then quickly found Excel online and had a booking for the next morning. The technician LB was at our house exactly on time, diagnosed that we needed a new unit and started immediately on the work. We had a new unit installed in a few hours. Excel is very professional and got the job done, I highly recommend this company.

We have been using LB for our plumbing repair and installation for several years, and I can highly recommend both him and his company. The jobs he has done for us range from minor (garbage disposal repair) to major (replacement of the main drainpipe in our house). The work has been excellent, and he has been timely and thorough. As a bonus, LBs communication about scheduling is very good - he shows up when he says he will, which is important when you have a plumbing problem!
