    LOVED his professionalism. I’m a tough critic and being in the field myself and in the mid 60’s. I was not able to maneuver myself into a position where I could fix it myself. But Nick knocked out a repair of a 3” PVC radon coupling in the attic in 1/2 the time it would have taken me. He was absolutely amazing. I will tell everyone to get an estimate from them before anyone else.

    I was able to get an install of a new furnace and AC next day. Miguel did an excellent job with the furnace install and the other gentleman worked in the cold temps outside to install the AC - also an excellent job. Both answered any questions I had and walked us through how to operate the system. They were very patient, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable.

    Mike was a Godsend! After buying a faulty water heater at Lowes we were at our wits end and went without hot water for almost a month. Three different plumbers came out and could not assess the issue. Mike was able to show us the defective areas instantly. To our surprise he was able to install a beautiful new water heater in under three hours, same day! Mike was very amicable, professional , respectful, and kind. He explained everything to us in a way we could understand and related to us on an empathetic human level which is so rare these days. He was clean cut and looked very sharp to boot, you could tell he enjoys what he does. After two very depressing experiences with Schaal, in which they charged us money to tell us absolutely nothing, we felt that Mike was literally the divine intervention I prayed for. It will be so nice to take a hot shower or bath again! Gratitude to Service Legends and Mike is a diamond. 💎 Thank you!!

    Joel Pratt was great. He took the time to look over my furnace, figure out what was wrong, and taught me how to use the menu on my thermostat.     Grant and Jay were awesome to have out installing a whole new AC/furnace system. They were extremely nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and showed great care for my property. They did an above and beyond job of cleaning up after themselves, while making it look like they were never there. These two, I would recommend in a heartbeat for any type of replacement or repair.

    We are new Service Legends customers and signed up for a twice a year service program. Steven Buckley was great! He addressed all my questions — knowledgeably and politely.     Jason was awesome!! He went above and beyond on checking my thermostat because it wasn’t sending a signal to the furnace and Jason also made sure all the gas levels were safe before we really got it up and running! He really took the time to explain to me what was going on. I really appreciated him being so nice and kind!! I’ll be requesting him for all my service calls! Super great service.

    Called up Service Legends because we’ve heard them on the radio many times doing good things for our community.We had Matt Silzer out to take care of our maintenance call. He was polite, thorough, and arrived at the front end of his service window (which we didn’t expect).When we have another furnace issue (which, we expect, will be inevitable) we will be calling SL again.

    The salesman, Adam showed up promptly was very polite and insightful. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and concisely. The service technician, Grant was also very polite and knowledgeable in the process of replacing an entire HVAC system. They both put booties on their feet before entering. Grant and his assistant were sure to leave the house in, I would say, better condition than before they arrived. I would recommend using this company to anyone that wants straight forward answers and prompt results.

    Great team of installers. Had to replace heat pump and they were courteous, professional, knew their stuff and were able to work outside in dreadful heat and inside with very cramp spaces.On a follow up service call, Jared was very helpful and got our new heat pump operating properly. He figured out the issue right away and was helpful taking his time to explain what the issue was.Outstanding tech for HVAC

    I made an appointment online and was pleased with how quickly I could get a service call. It was next day and on a Saturday. Joel came out and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with our AC after the siding crew damaged the unit. He repaired it and explained to us what was wrong.     Josh was phenomenal. He showed me pictures of each item such as the fittings and pipes and explained what was going on good or bad, the life expectancy of certain parts, and what to watch for. I am pretty handy but I learned a lot from Josh. He also gave me fair quotes on items I may need to replace.I didnt think I needed a 2nd plumbing inspection after last years inspection but I sure am glad that I did. Highly recommend.

    Great experience! Spencer was great, took time to listen to the issue and then diagnosed the plumbing problem.     Our water leaks into the ceiling on the 4th of July and most to all the other places are closed. We looked online and saw that Service Legends operates 24/7. We give it a call and the person talking to us was very helpful. At first we were able to book an appointment for Monday, and we got a call today that they were able to come out today. We were very thankful. We had Alex for our plumber. Alex was very helpful and nice. We’re very short so it’s very hard for us to reach the ceiling, and Alex help us remove the light cover and help us replace the lightbulb. And we also wanted to apologize to Alex about the spider. 😂 We were all scared of the spider, but he helped us remove it. I Would 100% recommend Service Legends. It was our first time using the service and we will definitely use it in the future.

    Grant and his partner arrived within the scheduled block of time and got right to work installing our new central AC. They communicated with us very well and gave us options in regards to some of the details of the installation. The unit is working very well and they helped us get the app installed on our phones so that we can control the thermostat remotely. Grant and his partner were very cordial, professional, and took away all of the old unit. This is our first time working with Service Legends, and the interactions with Daniel, Grant and Grants partner, were outstanding and if their customer service continues at this level we are certain we will be long time customers and will recommend their company to our family and friends.

Turns out this was caused by a birds nest in the intake tube. Too a little doing to get it out because it was thick and in there deep. Problem solved.     Eric H. came out today to do a furnace maintenance service call and did an excellent job. He was right on time so I didnt have to wait, went right to work after putting on shoe covers, and performed some needed maintenance on the furnace. After he was done with that I asked if he could check out the A/C unit since he was here and he politely agreed to do that and found a capacitor that needed replacing and got that replaced as well.     I had service legends out in Jan 2014 when it was -20 and needed a new furnace. I was leaving for Afghanistan in 2 weeks they were there in 2 days and had my furnace in and running in 2 days. So now I needed to get ac installed on my house and service legends was the only ones I called. They got me scheduled 4 days out and install took half a day. It was a great experience.     Matt was pleasant and polite and he did a great job, very thorough, great advice checked all the furnace and AC systems in the house, I sure can recommend him!
