As the property manager at Jackson Crossing, I wanted to share how great it was working with Luke, the technician who came out today. He was a pleasure to work with—patient while we coordinated with the resident and handled both work orders quickly and efficiently. Luke’s friendly attitude and sense of humor made the experience even better. It’s always refreshing to have a positive interaction with a vendor! Highly recommend!

Job was to replace a rotted utility pole, install a new 200 amp meter disconnect, and bring two 50 amp circuits to the outbuildings with a new meter disconnect for each outbuilding.Jon N. the service estimator did an excellent job throughout the entire process and was always willing to answer any questions I had. Jon went the extra mile and checked with the city inspector to see exactly what needed to be done to bring the outbuildings up to code before submitting his bid. In essence the bid was fair but more importantly accurate. While Jon was on vacation, although not expected but appreciated he stopped by our place the day the work was to begin and explained to the electricians what needed to be done and answer any questions they might have.The project took approximately 2.5 days during very hot weather. All the work was outdoors and unfortunately one day the heat index went up to 113 degrees. Ryan and Edgar the two electricians who did the work were men of character and extremely competent. It was not an easy job although they made it look easy. Ryan and Edgar worked very well together and in an efficient manner. They were pleasant the entire time and had a can do attitude. Not once did they mention the extreme warm conditions they were working under and they were always were positive. They went above and beyond!!!John P. bored the hole for the utility pole. John was very cordial and did a great job of setting the pole so that it was perfectly straight.Thank you for all your hard work! I highly recommend Klein Electric for any electrical services you might have.

Ive had Kline out a number of times to my house. Ive been lucky to have Darcy as our electrician for most of those visits. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Klines prices are fair and honest. I wont use another electrician after all the great experiences weve had with Kline and Darcy.

Have hired Kline Electric a couple of times and each time have been more than impressed. Cody has replaced an exhaust fan, installed electrical dedicated line, and even recently hung an item along with installing a switch. Each time they have been on time, professional, clean and great attention to detail. They were originally recommended to me by my uncle and I would highly recommend them as well. Keep up the great work!

I called at 8am requested if technician Luke could come out for an outlet/switch repair. He came at 8:45am. Located the problem and fixed it we even had him install 2 gfi’s in two plug ins . He was quick and cleaned up all the mess . He is very patient and listens and throughly goes over all the options for the best repair . This is the 2nd time we have used Klines and we have had great service each time and their prices are fair .

I put in a request with Kline Electric last night at 8pm about some outlet problems I was having in my kitchen. I wasnt expecting to see them for a week at least--however they responded early this morning we able to show up in 30 minutes and fix all my outlet problems! The best part it was wayyyy cheaper than I thought it would be! 10/10 super impressed and will call them again if I ever need help.

They were fast, communicated well and provided a service that was above and beyond what I was expecting. Kline electric is employee owned and it shows!

We had an issue with a GFI that was tied to our hot water heater, cable and internet. Kline did the original wiring when our house was built so I called them. They had someone to our home within 30 minutes. Michael was very polite, thorough and conscientious. I highly recommend Kline Electric!

Greetings:Recently my wife called several electric companies to come to my step son’s house because the electricity in the home was not working. With him being autistic, it constitutes an emergency in our world. Kline Electric recognized that and sent someone right out.Once we found out the house had power and it was an internal issue, my wife began calling to find that many companies could not come out for several days or even weeks. Thank you to Kline electric for coming right out and sending Cody. He was kind, caring and took care of the problem immediately and my wife was very pleased with his attitude and kindness. Being a business owner herself, customer service and cost are two things she is always conscious of and we saw that with Kline Electric.We will recommend and use you in the future!

My apartment management hired them to look at my baseboard heater. I was highly impressed with their electrician. To my utter dismay he assured me that there was nothing wrong with heater. (Of course it worked for him) he did however do it a very refreshingly polite way. Going so far as explain it to me step-by-step in simple language, without being condescending what do ever.He also assured me that although it was electrically fine there could be other defects. That if it stopped working againreported to my management team again telling them that he personally said theres absolutely nothing electrically wrong with it try replacing it.I havent had customer service like that in I dont know how long! Kudos!
