We recently had a generator installed by Action and couldnt be more pleased. Tyler did a great job of working hard in the rain to complete the job. The office was great at communicating and letting us know what to expect for maintenance. The cost of maintenance seems very reasonable considering they do come to your home and take away the old oil and filters.

We have an older home long overdue for upgrades. We are beyond happy with the work Sami and his young helper did for us. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Chad responded quickly to our request for an estimate and getting our job completed so quickly. We highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

Our electrician, Mike McAtee, was great. He installed a heater/air conditioner in our sunroom that works beautifully. The installation work required running a 220 line outside the house. Mike made sure the line is barely noticeable. Quality workmanship.

At the reccomendation of our pool company, I called to get some work done on the electric panel serving our pool pump and heater. The secretary at the office was very friendly, helpful and got someone out the following day. There was another issue that needed further work, and there was a communication issue that delayed resolving the issue completely. But after speaking with the owner they resolved the issue above and beyond what I though was necessary. I think the rates are very fair, service was prompt and professional, and they make things right when they go less than perfect. I would definitely use them again.

We contacted Chad at Action Electric to inquire about a Generac generator. Chad was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. So we ordered one. While it took a little longer for our new generator to arrive we were consistently updated as to the status of our order. Rob and Chase were the installers. They are both great professionals, courteous, knowledgeable and an asset to this company. We will be a return customer for all our electrical needs.
