I had an issue with one of my windows in my new build. Tom Remington went above and beyond to replace my window. He was friendly, timely and generous. He understood my frustration and made sure I was happy. I have a new home so I hope to not be replacing more windows anytime soon but if I needed to buy windows, I would strongly recommend this company for the customer service I received!

I had a great experience with Prime Window Systems today. Both sashes on my sliding glass door assembly were replaced and I am very satisfied. Andy and Ivan were very knowledgeable and professional. After the installation, they instructed me on how to properly maintain the doors so I would get the most life out of them. I would recommend Prime Window Systems to anyone needing repairs and/or a brand new installation. Thank you again, Andy and Ivan for the great service.

They were very helpful in getting me my glass size to get a replacement. The only thing that kept them from 5 stars, they wouldnt sell me the glass. I had to go through one of their super expensive partners.

Finally got someone on the phone and they are replacing the window with the grids that fell! Aidyl was great and helped me get this issue solved under warranty. Initially I left a 1 star but putting 5 because they are fixing the issue! Thanks!

Great news Prime and Lennar went above and beyond to fix my window!! I highly recommend Lennar Homes and Prime window systems.We purchased a new home in Erie Colorado that was built by Lennar. After 1 year and 4 months the mullion in our bathroom window fell down in the window (see photo), good news is they have offered to send us out a new window however the bad news is that they will not install it. So that is why I am giving them a 1 star review.

Customer service rep very knowledgeable and helpful, had the right referral company on address pages. Allowed me to get right with the correct repair store and I really liked that, they did not have a retail/wholesale platform within the manufacturing division, but got me connected to a retail glass repair and installer who really got me the part I needed to repair my patio door built by their company, that customer service guy was really great to work with

I needed a replacement part for my sliding patio door and was having a hard time finding out who and how to order it. Carrie with Prime replied quickly and provided me with what I needed and where to get it. When the dealer she referred me to didnt respond, she went the extra mile to work with the original builder of my home to get me the part through them at a local construction office near me. She came up with a solution that was more convenient and one I wouldnt have even known to ask for. Big thanks for their customer service!!

If anyone has anything bad to say about these guys there 100% wrong! Prime has the BEST windows in town not to mention there doors Are just as good! Had an awesome experience purchasing a house pack from them. From the frame to the glass to the customer service absolutely amazing! High recommend them if youre looking for top of the line windows and doors, prices are affordable as well!

We have our new build with Richmond who btw are horrible with everything they have done so far and we have prime window systems to come in to do a window repair and Mr JB came to fix it and I asked him to take a look at our sliding door since we’re having issues with it and no matter how many times we raised a request richmond never bothered about it . Mr JB saw that the sliding doors were not installed properly and took his time to do our sliding doors on 2 floors and explained how to take care of them if we ever encounter any other issues. He was kind and sweet and mainly he cared for our family’s safety and did the job even though it wasn’t scheduled for him .. I read the reviews on this page and I want to tell everyone this .. prime windows systems company is a wonderful company and they really take care of their customers .. the issues you have are supposed to be taken care by your builders .. Thank you Mr JB for coming to our house and doing the work which our builder was supposed to do… I can’t thank you enough !!!

Just had a great experience taking with Denise at customer service. She was very helpful and responsive in setting up an appointment for a window under warranty and getting me numbers for companies that handle repair. She was pleasant and courteous.

I just had JB come to my home for warranty work. He was polite and honest. He cleaned the door track while the door was off, and replaced broken parts. He also taught me some monthly maintenance and tips/tricks I could do to help keep my door operational.Very pleased with results and interaction.
