Colby and his team are wonderful. They are perfectionists, professional, and wonderful to work with. We have a condo in DelRay beach that desperately needed a redo in the master bath. Colby helped us with suggestions on how to redesign the space. He and his team got this done without our needing to be there. Colby is an awesome communicator. We can’t wait to use North2South Renovations for the next facelift in the condo. We have no reservations to recommend him to anyone needing a renovation done. A definite 5 star rating!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I live in an attached villa in Delray Beach built in 1990. I wanted to improve my whole kitchen and the outer area in my master bath. Having never done this before I set out to find a company to do the job. After a few calls to friend’s referrals, it felt as if it was too small a job to warrant much attention from them, basically they ignored me because business is booming now. Before giving up, (I’m a bachelor I don’t have to answer to any authority) I googled “bath/kitchen renovation” and N2S was the first result. I looked at their photos and called Colby.He came that day and discussed his ideas, I liked them, I liked him. He gave me a time frame, price and showed me what he was going to do, we agreed. He and his team are like a very polite army squad. They showed exactly on time, did massive amounts of work and cleaned-up everyday with very little inconvenience to me and my 2 cats.As a result I have a great new Kitchen, MB sink area, flooring and I am a happy camper! I urge you to give him a call, look at his work and be assured no job is too small!

Colby and his team at North 2 South Renovations gutted and rebuilt my entire house floor to ceiling. Colby quoted me thousands of dollars less than his competitors, he started 2 weeks earlier than estimated and finished an entire month early. In the contractor/renovation world, this is virtually unheard of. The entire experience from start to finish was extremely smooth. Any issue or problem that came up, Colby brainstormed a resolution before the end of the day. My entire house looks like it belongs on palm beach island next to Oprahs mansion. Whenever somebody new comes over I feel like I’m hosting an episode of MTV Cribs. Call Colby, you will not regret it.

We would recommend N2S without reservation. They recently replaced all of our flooring, and the results were beyond our expectations. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and were able to answer all our questions to our complete satisfaction. We would recommend this company to anyone who needs remodeling. They started every day on time and did not interfere with our daily routine. They moved all of our furniture left our house, clean at the end of each workday. It is truly a five star company.

I say this as somone who has worked construction, has dealt with contractors and has tried to do “fixes” myself…Colby and his team came into myhome, respectfully, professional and with precision…As a new home owner, I had a lot to do, a lot of little things I wanted that would have taken me months to even get started…A friend recommended him so I knew they were legit, but I was always weary of the, I can do this and that during the estimation, as one always is..When they showed up on time, I was like, Scoreee!!!The team treated my house like it was their own…They moved like hyenas in a pack honing in on a task and working together to finish it…I was going to leave and let them work all day but the crew was so cool I stayed around and chatted with them and did some little work I wanted to get done on my own…I felt like I was a part of the team…I don’t often write reviews, and if I do it is usually bad service but these guys are the best in South Florida…Hoping to win the lotto so we can start on a mansion from the dirt up with this team…My 2 year old now points to trucks outside in the neighborhood and says, Colbyyyy?
