He is always on top of our requests and keeping us posted through out the project processes.     We recently milled and paved all the community streets and parking lot. I was pleasantly surprised with the diligence of the Supervisor, Tim, who communicated daily and didnt miss a phone call to or from us. The project went extremely smoothly and would recommend highly. Jeff and Josh were excellent in the preparation of the contract and informed the residents what to expect which eliminated many questions while the project went on. Details and communication helped this project be completed quickly and without any major issues.

    We bought the lot next to our business with the intent of expanding our parking. after what seemed like years of red tape and jumping through hoops for the city to get the permits Josh Marfleet and all county paving handled the job. it was done in a timely, professional manner. they were responsive and as helpful as possible when it came to dealing with the city. the lot looks beautiful. i would recommend them to anyone and would use them again!

    I serve on the HOA Board of Directors of Victoria Park Place, a community of 72 town homes in Fort Lauderdale. Because of poor construction, the curbs in a prominent part of our complex were literally crumbling. Rebuilding them was not a large scale project and so our property managers found it difficult to find construction companies to write proposals. Josh Marfleet from All County Paving met with board members and wrote a detailed proposal and estimate. The projected cost of the project was reasonable and fit into our budget. Josh was instrumental in working with the City Of Fort Lauderdale to get the required permits. He also personally oversaw the installation of the new curbs. Our homeowners’ association is very happy with the completed project. A major eyesore which detracted from the values of our homes has been eliminated. With the new curbs in place, we have been able to make significant additions to the landscape of our community.

    ACP just completed the seal coating project on a 4 parking lot property that I manage. The property also has asphalt pathways throughout. Despite having to work around COVID stay at home orders and a greater population of residents and vehicles being on property, they were still able to coordinate seamlessly and complete the project on time!
