    We had APEX come out to take a look at our issue. They diagnosed, gave a game plan and issued a very not specific or itemized quote with a price that was quite shocking. When pressed about which part of the service was going to create the requested budget, they basically treated us like we were dumb to ask and even encouraged us to get a second opinion from ā€œany other name brand service.ā€ Tyler with Amanda came out and diagnosed our problem shortly after APEX left us frankly perturbed and offered almost exactly the same solution at a considerably less and far more reasonable price. Tyler and Collin arrived yesterday on 9/17, patiently answered all questions, and finished the job in a professional, prompt and polite manner. Thereā€™s not much more we could ask for. Our problem is fixed and we didnā€™t have to auction vital organs on the black market to do so. Since yesterdays great service, Amanda Plumbing has truly impressed us. Their excellent reputation is well-known and has spread throughout our neighborhood, my workplace, and my wifes workplace. Highly recommend! For reference; we had a crack in/around our sanistack. We have aging copper pipes, and a section had to be replaced.

    We have been customers of Amanda Plumbing for over 20 years and as always they have been great rescuing us from another plumbing issue.Our hot water heater went out and kept going out after restarting it repeatedly. We called Amanda Plumbing and were able to have a new one installed the next day.Aiden was very thorough and professional. After he assessed our situation he explained to me the best course of installation.He was able to muscle out the old tank - up from the basement and carefully manage the new tank downstairs.He was also very careful to install the new gas line and shutoff valves so they are more safe.We are very impressed with the quality and efficiency of Aidens work.

    In July of this year we had a plumbing issue in one our rental properties and our maintenance team could not figure out, so we called Amanda Plumbing; I worked with Mandi and she was absolutely wonderful. She was able to get us on the schedule for the next day. It happened to be a Thursday so I was very appreciative.Once on site I worked with Caleb and he was awesome with our tenants (the issue spanned multiple units) and explained everything to me every step of the way and followed up once the job was complete.I highly recommend Amanda and specifically Mandi and Caleb!

    I recently used Amanda to repair a pipe that had a seal go bad. They were able to send Alex out the next day and make the repair.     Amanda plumbing is now our go to plumber. We have had several plumbing repairs taken care of by their team. The schedulers are very friendly and efficient. The plumbers are always absolutely professional; prompt, consistently friendly, explain exactly what needs to be done, and then explain exactly what they did to fix the issue afterward. They even include photos with the receipt. These days plumbing jobs are just pricy in general. But, we know that when Amanda plumbers take care of something it will be done correctly and worth the cost. Their pricing is fair.

    We were experiencing a persistent issue after a couple visits, and they came back out and did a thorough job diagnosing the problem at no extra cost. Afterwards, we had them out again to dig up a main sewer and make the repair, and they followed all proper safety regulations and they got the job done in a quick and timely manner. They also keep a good record of work done for us to help talk us through next steps. Highly recommend!

    Jimmy from Amanda plumbing did a great job replacing several drains and fixtures throughout our house. In the past I had been inclined to call one of the large central Ohio plumbing companies but wanted to see if there were other folks in Delaware County that had any recommendations and there were quite a few for Amanda Plumbing. I can see why. Very efficient and couldnt be happier with the job. I will give them a call if the need ever arrises.

The employees were professional and kind when delivering bad news and went above and beyond with trying to assist me. Their pride in their work and their company is evident.     I bought an old house during the summer drought and after the first heavy rain fall, I had water come into the basement (nice surprise). Amanda came out, assessed the issue and found other issues with my old house that were not up to code. They installed a new sump pump and diverted all the water out and away from the house with the excavation team.Amanda employees were professional, courteous, and I have had 0 issues with rain water after months have passed. I know who Iā€™m calling when I am ready for a new tankless water heater.

    After getting an extremely high quote (including a discount for signing up for a plumbing subscription) from a competitor for what I considered a couple of minor issues I decided to try Amanda Plumbing. They sent Nate, who was awesome! He explained what was happening and what he was going to do and had everything done and squared away in about 2 hours and for a fraction of the price I was quoted by the competitor. I wont hesitate to reach out to Amanda Plumbing for any future issues and I would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

    This is the 3rd time using Amanda Plumbing; this time to replace the 2 outdoor faucets on our home. In the past we used Amanda Plumbing to replace our underground water & sump pump lines and hot water heater. Each time was a great experience from the start to finish. Everyone has always been very professional & they (unlike other plumbing companies) will gladly give you an approximate price quote over the phone instead of having to wait for a sales person to come out and haggle with. We highly recommend them & plan on using them for additional projects in the future.

    The plumber we previously used gave us a 3 1/2 week wait for an appointment for a kitchen sink leak and backed up drain. Aidan from Amanda Plumbing came out the next morning. Unfortunately we lost our electricity and he couldnā€™t snake the drain but diagnosed the leak. He came back out and handled both problems quickly and professionally, explaining the issues and options. I was extremely satisfied and will not hesitate to contact them if I have another plumbing issue.

    This is a very professional yet friendly operation. I thought I would stay with a local plumber rather than the bigger groups I have used before and I was not disappointed. Nick was great in his competence and enthusiasm and the office was very efficient is scheduling service.     My buyers needed assurance that the sewer line was clear to the citys main sewer, as the seller had noted they had it cleaned by another company in the fall. Amanda Plumbing did an amazing job cleaning the roots out. It took some work to make it happen. They showed me via camera how full it was toward the latter part. There is no way the previous company went this far in the sewer line. Amanda Plumbing also gave follow up suggestions for the buyers to keep it running clear.     Amanda Plumbing performed a replacement of a leaking outdoor spigot. They provided a good verbal estimate over the phone and set up a service visit within a couple working days. (Entirely suitable for this non-emergency work). I was sent an appointment reminder text and received a call-ahead from the technician once he was en route. The technician arrived at the beginning of the promised time window, confirmed the validity of the estimate, and executed the repair. The technician was neat and efficient.     The Amanda team were amazing and responded quickly during our crisis. We needed the services of a water mitigation company and were unsuccessful in getting someone out to our home. Well, Amanda Plumbing reached out to a firm on our behalf and they were able to come out and get the water out and start mitigation as soon as they could. Amanda was able to get a plumber out later that day to replace our sump pump and the next day to replace our water heater. They remained accessible, responsive, consultative and professional. I will also add that in times of crisis, some companies can try to take advantage of consumers, but not Amanda Plumbing. They reduced our out of pocket costs by $1,000+, because they believed an alternative resolution wouldnt be cost effective for us and our needs.     Christian with Amanda Plumbing did great with unclogging my shower drain. A deep clog 15-20ā€™ down the pipe was unreachable by me, so I called Amanda Plumbing. Christian listened to my issue to gain context and went right to work crawling into the crawl space to get to the drain line. He was there for less than an hour and removed the obstruction successfully, afterwards he informed me that my cast iron pipes may be the cause of my trouble as they slowly corrode over time. He never tried to push or sell any services on me, but was very informative about what he saw, questions I had about general plumbing related issues, and what to expect in the future with all sorts of things that came to mind. After asking if there was any other drains that may need the auger snake, he tidied up and went on his way. Price was affordable and competitive with other plumbing services I called that day, but Amanda was the only one who had someone free same day.

    Wow - what a breath of fresh air. After dealing with another company for the last three weeks (the approved local installer for insinkerator warranty work), Insinkerator finally threw in the towel and connected me with Amanda Plumbing at 12:40 yesterday. Amazingly, they were able to get to my house by 4pm and complete the install. Their scheduler was friendly, informed, and communicative. Their technician was skilled and efficient, and their price was fair. I even got a text to let me know when he was on the way, complete with a photo and his profile.     While working from home, I heard a sudden gush of water and quickly found a pipe that had burst in my basement. Not knowing who to call, I asked a friend of mine if she could recommend a plumbing service and without hesitation, she told me about Amanda Plumbing. She said they had helped her, her father, her neighbor, and another friend of hers, and highly recommended them. So, I called AP and they were at my house within 3 hours!!! They fixed the problem within an hour and a half, were so professional, and the cost came in UNDER their initial estimate! It was a great first experience. What a relief to what could have been a major damage/problem! Months later, I noticed a water stain on the ceiling of my downstairs bathroom and realized water must be leaking somewhere from my bathroom upstairs. I found the leak....it was from the back tank of the toilet whose bolts had rusted through. I was able to shut off the water to the toilet and stop the drip. I called AP again, and they were able to schedule a plumber to come out the very next day. He too, was professional and fixed it quickly without issue, for a very affordable price. Im so grateful for Amanda Plumbing! They are now my go-to for any plumbing issues, and I too, now highly recommend them to others in need of any plumbing service.

Even late on a Friday night they had someone available to set up an appointment early Saturday so that our situation didnt get too much worse.     Ive now used Amanda Plumbing a few times, and they are fantastic. I originally included them in my round of quotes I got for a tankless water heater to replace an again hot water tank, based on their online reviews and comments from friends. Their quote for the exact same product and installation was less than their main, large, local competitor - and so I gave them a shot for this fairly large job.They were amazing! Ive since used them for a couple other things - most recently a plumbing leak in the ceiling on a weekend.     Hands-down the best plumbing experience Ive ever had. Usually, when I call a plumber, I feel like Im rolling the dice whether Im going to get someone competent, and even when I do, they usually have some non-refundable, up front fee just for speaking with me, or some other policy that just makes me feel like Im at a used car dealership. The folks at Amanda Plumbing always feel like genuine people who are there to help. My last job was a little unusual: hooking up a natural gas refrigerator, but Dan Lindsley was not only willing to take on the job, he was excited by it. I had a similar experience earlier in the year with a natural gas tankless water heater install. Its refreshing to work with a company that doesnt see my jobs as some onerous task they have to suffer through just to get a paycheck. This company and its employees have earned my loyalty.     Updated Review:Since replacing our water heater, weve had Amanda Plumbing over to fix a running toilet. Daniel was our technician and he was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He went through all possible fixes to avoid spending more than necessary. Overall a great experience.-------------------------------------------------Amanda Plumbing removed a broken 75 gallon water tank and replaced it with a tankless water heater in our basement. Overall the process was easy and the company was very responsive, knowledgable and helpful. The technician seemed to be knowledgable about the installation process, although slightly less knowledgable about the tankless heater itself. They had a couple of issues with having the correct parts from their supplier, so it was a long day for them, but overall, the unit seems to be working well (only had it installed 2 days ago) and the installation was done fairly neatly.

    We had a bad leak in our bedroom after hours and needed an emergency visit. Amanda Plumbing was there within 30 minutes. The plumber checked everything out and made sure wed turned off the water, then told us we werent going to be charged since he felt he didnt do anything. The repairs were non-emergency and the cleanup was going to take some time, so he suggested we schedule something the next day so we didnt pay emergency rates.Highly recommend for this professional behavior. We were frantic and could have been taken advantage of, but instead we were told no charge for the visit.

    Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. We needed a quote for installation of a external natural gas hookup for our grill. Hayden gave me an estimate over the phone, was super nice and talked me through what he would need to do to complete the project. He estimated the cost to be $375. The three other plumbing companies in the area quoted a range of $500 to $700. In the end, we paid less than expected at $350. Not only did they get the job done well, but they did it at a fair and affordable price. Next time I need a plumbing project done, I wonā€™t waste my time getting quotes from other companies when Amanda Plumbing provides quality work at the lowest pricing.

    Weā€™ve called Amanda plumbing several times, and the reason we keep coming back is that the technicians are always professional, straight forward and perform quality work. Iā€™ve never felt cheated or questioned work performed after a service call. I also appreciate the respect... sometimes with plumbers/electricians/etc they make you feel stupid for the problem, but not Amanda Plumbing.     I called Amanda plumbing for some septic issues I was having. It was awful. I imagined the absolute worst scenario, so now that it is all resolved in less than 12 hours from my call (I believe Connie would have sent someone over that afternoon if I had only asked) and the most reasonable cost imaginable (!!) I am over the moon happy. I have used many plumbers, and never have I been treated so fairly.Hayden and Brian were only here for an hour and managed to listen to the issues I was having, dig out my septic lid, lift it off, use a camera to locate the inlet, do diagnostic work to determine where the problem was, and then snake the inlet pipe. After removing many roots from my line, they determined the problem was resolved, so they put all their equipment away, put my lid back, spread the soil over it, and wrote out my bill. They did all that in about an hour!! Wow! Haydenā€™s diagnostic mind and listening ability definitely helped to resolve my issues. They were all business, and their business is getting the job done!!Connie, Hayden and Brian are first class professionals. I could not be more grateful to Amanda Plumbing!!!!

    Great Job! Happy with their service and their repairman! Have already called back out a couple of times and getting ready to call them out again for one of our clients. Honest trustworthy and most important quality seems to be very good - probably the most important trade you want with any plumber. Just ask anyone that has had to call another out when the first one didnt do it right and it ended up costing them with a major leak.     Ive used a lot of plumbers, but this place is the best. Professional technicians, punctual, and they get the job done. What I REALLY like is that theyll actually tell you what most things cost on the phone. For example, I once called 4 other plumbers trying to get an estimate to have a new kitchen faucet installed. I have a relatively new house, standard under-mount stainless sink with unobstructed access from below. The first 4 refused to even give me a ballpark cost. They all wanted to send a technician who would give me a price onsite presumably under the mistaken assumption that I would feel too uncomfortable to say no and send them away if the quoted price was a ripoff. By stark contrast, Amanda told me an exact number on the phone and that was what I paid. I appreciate that they dont play games like that.

    We are so happy to have our kitchen renovation complete. We had a leak that led us to get new cabinets and a new counter, we needed a profession to reinstall the kitchen sink and garbage disposal pipes and replace a bad valve that was leaking.
