    I have only good things to describe the work preformed by Triton Services. Kyle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the furnace repair. He tested & retested to make sure that he pinpointed the part needed to be replaced. They arrived on or before the time promised with the part & got us up and running after throughly checking the system was working properly.I would highly recommend Triton Services for your heating & cooling needs.

    I had a new sink and faucet installed which required adding shut off values and drain trap (not previously there). Ryan was great, very professional and cleaned up. Work was done is a timely matter and he made sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend!!

    We had the unfortunate circumstance to have our water heater die at 9 PM at night. I reached out immediately to Triton Services and left a voicemail as we wanted to get it fixed ASAP. I had a call back within 30 minutes and luckily scheduled for the first appointment the next morning. Ryan came out promptly during the timeslot we were given. He was courteous and took the time to walk through all of the symptoms of our issues and answer any question I threw at him. We ended up agreeing on a replacement water heater after reviewing all potential options and within the next 5 hours, the job was done and was done well. You can tell Ryan and Dylan take pride in their work and made sure to leave the area cleaner than they found it, setting up tarps where necessary and cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend Triton Services and would use them again in a heartbeat.

    Wade was great to work with, he came out to do a regular check on our heater before the winter. He was very thorough and explained every part of the process and went over his findings after looking at our unit. Their customer service is top notch and he was even great with our dog. Highly recommend them for your hvac needs.

    Called Triton Services Tuesday morning when my furnace was blowing out cold air. Kyle arrived within the promised time frame that same day, was polite and explained what the issue was with my furnace with in few minutes. He fixed the problem and did a long needed maintenance check. He didn’t try to sell me a new system even though mine is old. It runs well and I was so happy not to have a large expense! Very reasonable charge for the service repair. Highly recommend Kyle with Triton Services. Honest and knowledgeable.

    Triton services is now my go to company for hvac. My technician Kyle was great. I could tell he knew what he was doing as soon as he walked in. Him and his apprentice Dylan ( hope I spelled it correctly) were very respectful and that’s a big deal for me. I was so happy when they put on boot cover before entering my home cause we don’t wear shoes in the house. Honestly I will probably call them for all of my needs that they offer.     I had an initial HW heater replacement scheduled (semi emergency) and the day the crew arrived, I had had a secondary emergency to an outside hose bib. When it rains, it pours, literally.     Outstanding Service after the sale! I cant say enough positive things about Triton Services and its awesome staff. I called about some water leaking around my furnace (non emergent).     There are not enough good things to say about Ryan and his team! From the initial service call to the final walk through after installing the AC, everyone and everything was top notch. Arrived within hours of realizing we had an issue, diagnosed it in minutes, and set us up with multiple options for repair/replacement. Ryan and his partner even drove all the way back to answer more questions and provide another walk through the day before install just to make sure all was good and us as homeowners understood everything. On day of install, his techs kyle and Lincoln were on time, polite, and explained everything every step of the way. Alan then helped me understand my new hi tech thermostat without any issue. During the final walk through we were super impressed at how much more efficient our whole basement HVAC unit is and how clean everything was left. His techs and son in laws knowledge and patience was far above any other company I reached out to. When done they re-explained everything from the thermostat and outdoor unit and left us with a way more efficient AC to save us from this high humidity, and left me with the confidence that I wont be thinking about this system for a long time. Bonus they even moved the unit so we could enjoy our dining room and backyard more - its so much more quiet! Cant sing their praises loud enough! Thank you guys again!!

    Usually when a company gives you a time frame, theres no way to know when theyll be arriving.I received a text at 1030 am, for my 10 to 2 slot, that Ryan Q was on his way.Shortly after, Ryan arrived and was professional, funny, and knew exactly what needed to be done.As a first time home owner dealing with my first plumbing issue, he gave me an understanding of the cause and even saved me a couple of hundred dollars by opting to not using his drain machine, when his hand tool was capable of the job.I was also given a one year warranty in case I ever need him again!

    This is the second time we have used Triton and wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We came home on a Sunday to find our ac was not working, we called Triton first thing Monday morning and there was someone out to look at it the same day. They went over our options and were not pushy at all, we chose to have our system replaced. They were able to schedule the install the following day. They were on time, professional and even left the space cleaner than it was when they started. I cannot recommend them enough!!

    I called 10 at night when my pilot light went out on the water heater. They answered the phone and scheduled me for the following day, no charge to diagnose. Replaced the thermocouple and cleaned up the burner and my hot water was back that night.Allan replaced my capacitor. Everything else was fine. A/C WORKED PERFECTLY IMMEDIATELY! Highly recommend. The overall experience was exceptional, even more so during a major holiday and the extreme cold. I am so impressed that I even signed up for an ongoing maintenance plan with Triton Services.     Woke to heater not running in morning. Called Triton and Wade the owner himself took the call. Agreed to come out within 2 hours. He showed up on time and thru process of elimination quickly diagnosed a problem with a part. After a simple trick to get it working again the system was back up and running. He then performed a complete system safety and function check and recommended that part be replaced soon as the problem is prone to return at some point. He’ll be getting back to me with a price to replace the part in a few days. In the meantime at least we have heat again. His price for the visit considering it was a Saturday was very reasonable and fair. Look forward to doing business again with Triton and Wade in the future when a need arises.

    Wade and staff did a full system install (AC & Heat) to replace my old system that was constantly failing. Triton wasnt the cheapest but they were the best value out of all the research I did for 2 years. They did a phenomenal job! They were at my house for over 12 hours; it was a big job. But they didnt leave until EVERYTHING written in the contract was complete and then some. They were professional and paid attention to detail. I wish I found Triton 2 yrs earlier. When I asked him about a replacement thermometer he answered sincerely and never tried to push a sale on me, which I always appreciate.
