Adam and his team saved the day …again. We have been doing some maintenance on our AC unit since we purchased the house 6 months ago. A couple days ago our 20+ year AC unit finally died. Adam showed up same day! He gave us a quote and to be honest we did do some quotes with a few other companies a few weeks prior. Air I Am price for whole AC unit was very reasonable. In addition to that, I have read excellent reviews on the brand Adam recommended. Overall we are happy and glad our AC is working properly. No more late night maintenance concerns!! My husband and I highly recommend Air I Am and shout out to the gentleman from Adams team that did a wonderful job and worked hard to install the large unit!! Well done!

For years my Mother used another service and I was never really happy with both the service or the prices so I decided to call Air I Am. Michael came right out to check our poorly operating and badly leaking unit. He saw several problems with both the unit and the original installation and gave me prompt intelligent options. We agreed on replacing the unit with a new Trane high efficiency unit and he got me scheduled in for the very next day. He and his crew showed up on time and ready to go. By the end of the day we had cold air blowing throughout the house like never before in the 30 years Ive lived here. And this all in one day, despite replacing everything in a very tight attic and removing, not only the old A/C system but another previous system left there 15 years ago that I wasnt aware was still up there. Michael, and Mark and Danny worked very hard and I could not have been happier with the service, the equipment, the price or comfort of my home since.

Adam was referred to me by a trustworthy friend in an emergency I had a broken AC unit and had already been ripped off the day before I called for the very first time and he was out that same day to look at my unit and tell me what he thought I should do about it I could tell right off the bat that he was straight up and I could take him at his word. I dont know I just got this honesty feeling vibe from him so I went with him he installed my AC unit the very next day his workers quiet respectable clean up after themselves and now I have a brand new unit. My house is back to the temperature I like it just the most important part thank you so much. The only regret is I wish I found him sooner.

After having Lindstrom come out and tell me they couldnt find the main drain and telling me I would have to call the city to find it, they charged me and left while sewer was coming up all of the drains. My AC broke right before the covid-19 quarantine. As a woman calling anyone to fix anything ... Besides the fear of being taken advantage of , you know like by a used car salesman.. people selling you more than you need, charging you extra, etc.... I was also afraid of calling companies due to the social distancing and etc... Finally I could not take the heat anymore and I did some research. Besides very nice online reviews, Air I Am was recommended by a friend and I could not be more pleased!!! Not only did they follow all social distancing measures that made me very comfortable but Adam the owner was very sincere and honest with me about my ac problems... my unit was very old and obsolete and not cost efficient to fix it ... and we went with a new unit that fit my needs (no extras etc) at a very fair price. There was never a feeling of someone selling you what you don’t need , instead only a feeling of a caring expert professional helping me fix a problem for the minimal cost possible!!! Day of the install Mark was here punctually at 8am and did all the social distancing measures, drop cloths, cleaned everything afterwards and very professionally never stopped working from the moment he arrived until the job was done beautifully!! I’m extremely happy with the way Air I Am conducts its business, is fair and makes us feel like we are being taken care of!!! I recommend Air I Am to my family and friends and anyone without hesitation. I had a wonderful cool night of sleep last night!!! It feels fantastic!!! I have a rental in Boca and Adam and his company have been handling all of my AC and plumbing needs on it for years (because I keep going back to them because they do great work). Most recently this week they were planning to install a new tub in the upstairs bathroom. When they were in the process of preparing to install, they discovered that they did not need to replace it and could just fix the drain. This saved me $1900.00 and I never would have known otherwise. A dishonest business person would have simply replaced the tub but Adam stopped, only replaced the drain, and saved me $1900.00 in just the cost of the tub, there are additional savings to consider (we would have had to replace tile, re-grout, etc.).

I learned about Air I Am from Home Advisor. Well let’s talk about responsiveness and punctuality. Adam, the owner called me and he set up an appointment the same day. I was given a window of 1-3. At the beginning of my window, Adam called me to let me know it would be closer to 3. Jeremy was an expert at what he does, I didn’t have to wait til 3. I didn’t have hot water in one of my showers. Jeremy tests my sinks which I didn’t know there wasn’t hot water because it’s my daughter’s bathroom. Right off the bat he asked the right questions which tells me he knows what he’s doing and explained everything he was doing. Originally my call was just replacement of parts. In the end I have hot water in the sinks, shower and more pressure in my downstairs bathroom. I appreciated the fact he made sure everything was working like it should be. Adam, President of Air I Am, Inc. is a wonderful HVAC and plumbing systems technician. He installed a Broward County code required system in our condo about six months ago. The system has a two level redundant flood protection system. In the event of a line backup, the two level system shuts down our Nest controlled thermostat and HVAC, preventing leakage and flooding from a clogged drain. It worked perfectly! After twenty minutes of high pressure cleaning of the drain pipes, the system is working great; without any moisture or flood.

The technicians were determined to do a great job but had real difficulty correcting errors on install of a new system following a documented mold problem and industry protocols on removal. Following install moisture poured through vents running down walls. They returned twice . Fog blew our of vents. I lost confidence when the General manager as self described on their web page as lacking direct HVAC experience interjected. I had to call another service to correct their problems. $5k. They are unaware of mold remediation issues and the GM tried to suggest that mold inspectors report was overkill. Overall I would have given a lower review but for the two sincere yet failed attempts to correct the problems. Senior technician was in over his head and really wanted to help. Newest member of team is a liability.
