Jarod did a great job of analyzing the flickering problem on my chandelier. Another company wanted to go to a dedicated circuit for $2000. Jarod said it was the cheap Amazon LED bulbs. I highly recommend Perfect Connection Electrical Service. My electrical system stopped working. My house temporary was up to 90⁰. I could not live in it. Jarod was quick to send his crew to check out the problem. Everton and Wilner showed up on time and worked diligently in 90⁰ heat, digging trenches and laying new pipes/wiring. They kept the area as clean as possible. By the end of the day they had my electrical system repaired and my air-conditioning was up and running smoothly. They were always polite, friendly yet professional. I am so happy that I decided to use this company to make my electrical repair.

We had a great overall experience with Jarod and Perfect Connection. I’ve worked with them on a couple of occasions. We needed new feeder cables installed and we got several quotes. Perfect connection was the most reasonably priced and based on other reviews I decided to have them do the work. They did a great job. They’ve also been responsive when an electrical issue wasn’t resolved after the work they did. They have been willing to talk to me to try and find a resolution and have come out very quickly to do a diagnosis to correct the problem. My entire house was without electricity due to an electrical problem on my meter. FP&L said it was my responsibility to fix and informed me about it on a Friday at 5:30pm. I thought for sure Id be without electricity for at least the entire weekend. I went on Thumbtack and within minutes received a response from this vendor. Someone once told me that everyone needs to have three connections in whom they can trust: an attorney, a doctor, and an electrician. Perfect Connection Electrical Service (PCES) is my electrician!I am so grateful that I found Jarrod and PCES. I cannot say enough about the amazing work that these folks perform. Recently, they finished their second project at my house and they will be back in two weeks to do job number three! I wont be surprised if I come up with a fourth project because, having access to these professionals has put me in a position to do anything and everything that pops into my head; at least as it applies to electrical.For quite some time, I had been trying everything to light up the great room in my house. The home is a bit dated and this room was lit by four wall sconces that contained a total of eight bulbs. All four sconces were operated by a single switch. In order to zone the room, I had resorted to WiFi bulbs and Alexa.Im a bit old school in that when I turn on the lights I want to see things. Conservatively, I have probably spent $300 on various bulbs trying to improve the lighting in that room. The last investment was about a month ago when I bought Daylight/Colored WiFi bulbs. They definitely made a difference, but they werent the solution. Then, to use an electrical metaphor, a light bulb went off in my head! I needed to get in touch with Jarrod and have recessed lighting installed. Yeah, Im a smart guy, but the obvious often alludes me.Jarrod was at my house within a couple of days and I explained my predicament. I communicated that I needed two dimmable zones in the room and that when I turned the lights on full I wanted it to light up like a stadium. The next day, I had an estimate and a few days later, his crew was on site completing the work. In less than a day, they had installed fifteen, 6-inch dimmable LED lights on two separate WiFi switches. The change is dramatic. Until after the work was completed, I hadnt realized just how dim and depressing that room has been!The two men who did the work were masters at their craft ... and patient with me. I really appreciate that it didnt phase them to have me hovering around periodically. I found it fascinating to watch how skillfully they plotted the lights and then completed the work. They didnt miss a beat. It was artistry in motion.Additionally, I am thankful that they minimized the amount of cutting that needed to be performed in order to run the new wiring.Ill attach a before an after picture of the job site.If you need any electrical work, you are well-advised to reach out to PCES. I can pretty much guarantee that you will not be disappointed. They are very reasonably priced, conscientious, and dependable.
