Had to correct a double tapped wire on an electrical panel. I contacted Emerald Isle after being stranded by initial electrician. I spoke to Padraic who was extremely helpful and polite. In fact, everyone whom I had contact with were helpful, courteous and professional. Laurie was great and a real pleasure to deal with. Nakia and his crew were efficient and excellent at their job; they cleaned up and disposed of the old pieces of equipment. All in all, the repairs were made accurately and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

Liz for setting us up with Mario C for electrician was the first easy button. Many folks like me may live in an HOA and thus having a licensed person is critical. I had a simple issue to resolve, but being in the middle of a move, I had no tools to do it myself. However, Liz assigned Mario to me and he quickly took care of my problem and did an inspection. While the items he found were not major items, they could have cost me if the buyer noticed it. So, the extra cost to get my electric up to code, wont work against me in selling my place.Thanks Mario and Emerald Isle.

I hired Emerald Isle to replace an old subpanel in my house that was no longer up to code. I also had them install an inlet and interlock switch so I can safely connect a portable generator to my house in case of a power outage. Emerald Isle had the most competitive bid, and they sent two installers to do both jobs at the same time. They arrived on time and finished the work quickly, and walked me through everything afterwards to make sure I received exactly what I ordered. I highly recommend them and I will call them first the next time I need electrical work done on my home.

Except, I called Mr. Patrick of Emerald Isle and got a call back. He related that they were very busy and might not be able to do the job within the time frame I wanted. I explained the urgency and he agreed to have an electrician at my home on that Friday (i called on Wednesday). I told him the work I needed done and he gave me a ballpark estimate. The guys showed up two days later, explained to me in detail what was required and how much it would cost. Eddie and the other young man did a fantastic job. I was very pleased. Its nice to deal with a business who does the job right and at a reasonable price. I will be using them in the future for any electrical work I need. Emerald Isle Electric is the best experience I have had with a vendor for home repair in South Florida. Patrick and Eddie dealt with me personally and provided a professional explanation of the services I required in order to update my panels and electrical needs. I had three bids and Emerald Isle was the only company in the ballpark for parts and labor. The price is fair and a good value for the exceptional service that Eddie provided. The work was done in 4 hours for two panels, 3 electrical outlets and a irrigation timer. Upon completion, Eddie and his assistant were meticulous in labeling the panel and providing me with an education. I never write reviews...until now. I HIGHLY recommend this company and recommend they buy a plumbing company!

I currently live in a house that was built in the 1960s. In 1990 two additional bedrooms were added, as well as a deck outside the kitchen patio doors. Outside lighting was also added to the deck, but the deck lights could only be turned on in one of the bedrooms?????
