    Mike was extremely professional and even early to our appointment. He was knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction when it came to selecting the appropriate charger for our new residential EV setup.     Very pleased with the work done by Bray.What appeared to be a simple wiring problem grew more complicated yet expertly diagnosed by Devin and fixed in quick time.Final cost was very much in line with Brays estimate despite the complications.Ive been pleased with their prior work (and recommendations) and will continue to use them in the future.

    Matt was extremely professional and prompt. I saw the positive reviews on Next Door and they couldnt have been more accurate. Even though I had a simple bathroom exhaust fan replacement, Matt took care to explain everything to me AND show me what he was doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bray Electrical.Side note- I reached out to 3 other competitors and Bray was the only one to respond back to me.

    Great experience with Bray Electrical. Josh arrived right on time to look at a busted bathroom fan and some attic outlets. Had everything fixed within an hour, and even took a quick look at some other miscellaneous things that came up during his visit.     We recently bought a Decatur townhouse built in 1973 that had the electrical panel located behind the refrigerator (yes, each time you needed to flip a breaker, you had to roll out the refrig). That was not good/nor code. I asked my neighbors and most said check w/Bray so I scheduled them to come out and give me an estimate.Mike Adams did the inspection and he impressed me. It was apparent he knew his stuff, was willing to answer my questions AND make suggestions on how to upgrade the panel and flip it so it opened into the hallway and thus keep the price down. He gave me a quote on the spot that contained a few options.I decided to follow his suggestion and go for the full install (surge protector, interconnected fire and CO2 alarms). I called Bray and asked if Mike would be the one to do the install and they said he did the inspection & hed be best suited to do the job.Mike showed up on time, did a really great job replacing a very old, outdated 1970s vintage panel and bringing the place up to code. Outstanding wiring work, traced all the circuits and answered all my questions.Ill definitely use Bray Electrical anytime I need electrical work!

    The service tech, Josh, arrived sharply at 8:00 a.m. and provided a quote that was less than a competitor, so I agreed to the price and he got to work. I found him to be courteous, professional and pleasant. He repaired an exterior outlet and installed a whole home surge protector. All in all, a great experience with this electrician.

    I’ve gone to Bray Electrical a number of times to have work done at my home. The past few occasions, the same electrician has been dispatched to my home and he has been awesome. His name is Devinn Guinyard, and I’ve been impressed by both his knowledge of what needs to be done and his friendly, positive approach to working with customers. During his recent visit, Devinn serviced our backup generator, which got a workout with Hurricane Helene. He was prompt, friendly and got right to work on the generator. When he was done, Devinn explained exactly what he had done as part of the service visit and why. If you live in their service area and are looking to purchase/install a generator, I’d recommend giving the folks at Bray a call and ask for Devinn!

    I contracted with Bray to install lights in my garage turned shop. My window was 8 to 10. Andi Trigueroz arrived at 8:10. Given Atlanta traffic, that is miraculous! He looked at the room and we agreed on placement of the lights. We had discussed it earlier, but the final confirmation was comforting and rare these days.Andi did a phenomenal job. The lights were installed quickly and looked like they had been there since the house was built. He also improved on the existing wiring by making sure it was properly secured to the joists in the attic.The check out process was quick and efficient after my final inspection. He offered to dispose of the existing lights which is one less thing cluttering my trash bin.Overall, Andi and Bray did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and at the price point quoted. I would gladly call Bray anytime I needed electrical work and recommend them most highly for any electrical job one might have.

    Last month (March 2024) I had an issue with an electrical outlet and I called Bray Electrical. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and the technician, Devinn Guinyard, even arrived earlier than expected. Devinn was extremely knowledgeable and solved my issue quickly and was able to troubleshoot additional issues I brought to his attention and provide reasonable and cost effective solutions.     I have been using Bray since buying my first house upon the recommendation of a neighbor. I really enjoy working with them! The office manager is super responsive and professional, and the technicians are a delight to have in my house. I get so excited to see my repeat technician, Devinn, whenever he is assigned my home. He has noticed the work I’ve been doing in my house over time, and it just feels like he truly cares. He has also spent extra time more than once troubleshooting some issues in my home and making sure things are resolved safely. What a gem!A job in my home was done incorrectly about a year ago, and Bray came back to make it right immediately. I was not even upset, as I have had so many positive experiences with the company and knew they would do right.Highly recommend if you want a company with trustworthy technicians, reliable service, and a quality guarantee!!

    Weve had three excellent experiences with Bray Electrical. They did a great job with upgrading the outlets and oddities of our 1935 home, most recently installing a much-needed, entirely new electrical panel in the basement. Scott Hartner was equal to the challenge and worked hard for an entire day to get us back in service. He was on time, smart, friendly, energetic, articulate, and upbeat, patiently answering my questions and very reassuring. We felt we were in good hands for this big job, and the price was reasonable and exactly as quoted. I would recommend Bray to anyone for jobs both big and small, including, as I say, the problems of an older home.

    We had a great experience last week working with Devinn Guinyard of Bray Electrical Services. We needed to switch out two old pendant lights with new fixtures. The ceilings in our loft are 11 feet high and made of concrete, so installations can be tricky, but Devinn knew what he was doing. He worked carefully and methodically, taking care to protect our floors and furniture. While he was there, we pointed out that some of our other light fixtures often flicker, so he took a look. He showed us that some of our old wall switches were not designed to handle the new LED bulbs weve installed.     From scheduling to appointment communication, installation and cleanup, Bray did a phenomenal job for us.We needed a new 240V outlet installed for an oven we ordered. A Bray scheduler made an appointment for a week out. He ran a little late from his previous appointment but called beforehand to let me know.When he arrived, he got right to work and was diligent until he left.     Devinn is an excellent electrician. He explained the risk with our older, original, electric panel box and the difference in those outdated, old style circuit breakers and how the safer, new style improved breakers effected the buss bar, leaving no chance of a short from a power surge or lightening strike, which was our issue to begin with. Prompt, reliable and still a lower bid after checking with other Electricians. They are our new Go-To electricians . Thank you !
