My wife and I had been using the same company for years, but his prices have gone through the roof, so we decided to try a new company. After reading the reviews, we decided to try River City Electric. We were not disappointed! We purchased all of the components ourself from The Light House in Decatur. River City Electric sent Ben & Kevin to our house. They arrived on time, behaved professionally, and cleaned up as good as anyone can. They installed wafer lights and a ceiling fan. Prior to installing the wafer lights, they marked several placement options for my wife and I to choose from. They also installed the lights at different temperatures so we could choose which we liked best. They then changed all the lights to the same temp. Lastly, I recently had surgery on my shoulder. Ben and Kevin carefully moved our furniture around as I could not. We are very satisfied with their work.

The River City Electric crew showed up early and were done within an hour and a half resolving numerous problems at the distribution panel and electrical outlets throughout the house. They also checked wiring in the attic. When I saw the invoice amount for the work done, I was pleasantly surprised and paid the amount immediately before the present administration causes anymore inflation :0). Overall we are very satisfied with the work performed and the cost associated with it. River City Electric is now our GOTO electrical contractor.

Woman working phones in office was super nice and worked with my schedule to get someone out to see us. She had someone out within 2 business days of calling. I had been waiting for 2 months for another company our home warranty was using. I’m so glad they switched to this company.I forgot to get the workers names but they were awesome. They showed up on time. Talked me through everything they were doing so I knew what needed fixed. They took me through after and made sure I saw all outlets were working again. They even checked on things they didn’t have to. 10/10 will use them for all future electrical needs.

I submitted a work order through my home warranty and River City Electric called me the very next day to come out and perform the work. The team that showed up was absolutely amazing! The issue was an outside outlet with no voltage. I have tried to find the problem and never had any success. This team found it within an hour! No kidding! There was an outlet box inside the garage behind sheetrock hidden and incomplete. I honestly have no idea how they found it! I called him the Wire Whisperer! Amazing and really appreciated their positive attitude even when they were up in the attic at the hottest part of the day. Thank you for your service and excellent employee professionalism! I highly recommend these guys!

Ben and Luke with River City electric were trusting and professional at all times. They fix my problem and now I do not have trouble with the light fixture or ceiling fan. I now want the light fixture pack they have that connects to the Wi-Fi ask for Ben and Luke they will tell you about it. We just bought our home and had to use the warranty and I hope they send them again if I ever have issues. They also do additions so I will be inquiring in the future because we are thinking about a deck and perhaps a pool.

Ben and Luke drove from Decatur Alabama to Hendersonville, TN to put in an outlet for sump pump in crawl space and locate breaker in the outside breaker box. Very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and got to work getting it done in a short time. Good work ethics in such young men which was refreshing to see. Miss Mixie who coordinated this job was very customer service orientated and sweet to keep in touch till it was time to schedule them to come and put in the outlet. I lost power to an entire room, and the breaker wasn’t tripped. They methodically checked every outlet in the room and the neutrals in the box. Eventually realized that one of the neutrals didn’t have continuity. They traced the wires and found the issue in a junction box in my attic. Extremely happy with their professionalism and dedication to resolving my issues.
