Our technician was very professional, courteous and explained the process fully. His work was prompt and I really appreciated his homeowners tips for awareness to keep our system running smoothly. Our new system is saving us approximately $220 per month on our electric bills! Highly recommend.

I looked on the Bridgeport Tx facebook site for Air conditioning services and Ary HVAC came up as a favorite. I called after 5p and the phone was answered promptly. A service tech was at my home within an hour. Ray was very nice and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and took pictures. I was very pleased with his courteous manner and very appreciative of the service provided.

Called AryCo HVAC back out when our air conditioning system wasn’t cooling as well as it was for the past month. Josh arrived the same day and after a bit of troubleshooting, an extremely small leak was found in the coolant line. The leak was repaired and the system was recharged and a few adjustments made to properly balance the system. AryCo decided that since they had worked on the system a month ago, the work today would be covered under warranty. It’s been a few weeks since the recent work was done and everything is working great. Thank you to AryCo for standing behind your work and to Josh for a job well done. Still a customer for life.

I am a DIY person all the way. I decided on a Mitsubishi 4 zone mini-split system after doing some research. I did all the design work and installation work myself, purchased the equipment from another dealer before Ary was listed on the Mitsubishi web site. The only thing I couldnt do was the start up which requires some expensive test equipment and R410a refrigerant which I cant purchase without a license. Joe from Ary came out to do the start up. I was very impressed with his professionalism. His truck was fairly new, clean and neat. He used the best test equipment on the market which I know because I researched it when I was contemplating doing the start up myself. This was the first time Joe had seen a system exactly like this one but he didnt have any trouble getting it up and running. This was probably the first time that Ary did a start up on a system they didnt install, but they were glad to do it which helped me out a lot. If I ever need service on this equipment, Ary will get the call. I also highly recommend Mitsubishi mini-split equipment. It is more efficient and more comfortable to live with than a ducted system. The indoor ceiling cassettes and the outdoor condensing unit are extremely quiet. The Kumo Cloud app is easy to use and we control everything with our phones. No need for wall mount thermostats or handheld remotes, saved $$$. And it works with Alexa voice control as well. Alexa, set the temperature in the Kitchen to 72 degrees.

I had previously been a long time customer of the original Bart’s Heating and Air but after hearing questionable reviews and changes from the new owners I felt it was time to shop again. Some folks in our neighborhood recommend Ary so we gave them a call the other day when our AC stopped working (very intermittently). We got a call back on a Sunday within 20 mins and we decided to pay the extra ~$100 fee for the Sunday visit and our tech Brandon called shortly when he was 1hr away. He didn’t arrive early, nor late, like Gandalf the Gray he arrived precisely when he meant to! He did a great job and I made a small request from him which he did no problem at all but we were all back and cooling within about 30 mins. He also verified the temperature with a gauge so I have confidence that not only has our issue been resolved but that our system is running as expected and will be ready for the summer heat. Our AC went out in our home days before this last heatwave and we were told by the first company we had come out that it would be more than a week before the part we needed would come in. Well after a few days of trying to get by with no AC, following up with the this company and not feeling any sort of urgency on their end, we decided to reach out to Ary Co. I filled them in on the situation and they told me they will find the part we need or will have a temporary solution to get us taken care of in the meantime. We had Ary do the A/C work, install and ductwork in both homes when we built the new home. Really happy with the whole experience these last 4 years.Darby came by today 12/21/2022 after there was an issue with the thermostat and my wife had called the day before and left message with the answering service. Got the problem resolved, simple switch failure. He even scheduled the winter part of yearly contract for next week. Really great service from Darby and the company. Darby lives east of us in small town so he can get it done early heading out or later on the way home, flexible and very professional man.August 16 2023 had one system fail, but they came out the next morning and diagnosed it to be a leak in the evaporator coil on inside unit. They ordered the part and came out the next day with the part and replaced it in the mid-morning. Work was very professional by all the staff and they were very courteous and mindful of the surroundings in the house. Happy with the company and the work they have done for us. The 10 yr P&L is well worth it by keeping a yearly maintenance contract. We do not worry about breakdowns since it is checked in fall and spring.08-20-2023A/C on main house was not cooling when we woke up. The Texas heat is really pushing the A/C units. Called to have them come out on Sunday. They came out and Joe McGinn was on the spot and found the issue, a bad contacter. He replaced it and we were cooling again. Only the After Hours diagnostic fee, everything else under the 10yr P&L so if you have the opportunity to get on one when you replace your old system take it. If you do not have a yearly service plan it is worth it as well, peace of mind knowing that the professionals checked things out and it looks ok makes all the difference. We made the right choice with Ary five years ago!Had our Fall 2023 checkup this week and they were prompt and took care of both our units. Kept us informed of any issues and changed out filters for us as well. Great service.Had the spring 2024 A/C maintenance done on both units. Brandon was professional and thorough with the units. All was well and no major issues, just some bush trimming and bug spray for ants in unit. Glad to have the units looked at so we can run through the long summer ahead. Great company.
