We’re here the day after the hurricane!!!These guys got here, went to work and got this place cleaned up in a jiffy.Highly recommend them they were here the day after the hurricane left their machines running for 24 hours and got the office dried up extremely quickly and prevent the mold and mildew from growing in our carpet and our walls. Everyone was polite and courteous would definitely recommend them to other businesses.

We were replacing a vanity and a pipe suddenly burst, and even a secondary pipe bursted as well. Mr. Rooter responded quickly and sent out someone to help us almost immediately in our emergency. James was not only very knowledgeable and handy, he was also extremely kind, and down to earth. He put as at ease as we could easily feel weird because we do not share the same expertise. Was having problems with my kitchen sink for about 2 months off and on…..wasn’t draining like it’s supposed to be!!! I had 3 different friends come over to see if they help me out ……nothing worked……then the last straw……came home after a long cold day at work and my whole kitchen was flooded ……not something I want to come home to …..anyway I called Mr Rooter and they came over the following day ……like prompt!!!! Warren the young man from Mr Rooter was right on it!!! I think he had it working correctly in about an hour ……I like the fact if I have problems within 30 days they will come fix it for free!!!! Palmetto House is a very old building with very old plumbing. and it is a very confusing system and Lord knows you never know what some of these people put down the drains so we’re constantly getting clogs! Super professional and I highly recommend them!

We discovered water pooling around a post that was drilled into the ground to support a solar system. Turns out the solar install company hit the sewer drain pipe. Called Mr Rooter on a Friday afternoon, they had someone there within an hour. Two more guys showed up a few hours later. This was a complex repair as the pipe was four feet underground under a solar system. They were there until midnight when the job was done. A few weeks later the sewer backed up into the home. Again they were there in an hour. This problem was not related to the prior repair but they fixed the issue anyway at no charge. We wont use anyone else going forward.

I cant thank Chris, Cory,and Jim, enough.Even the Phone Lady whos name I forgot was kind when I was in tears from muddy water backing up and mopping all weekend.All my pipes started backing up I was almost in tears after dealing with toilets sinks showers of muddy water.Long story longer my main pipe was eaten by a huge tree root crushing the pipe. They dug chopped sawed dug a hole that seemed 4 feet deep so careful. Chris, and Jim found the problem fast. Explaining everything in detail.Chris and Cory worked all day on the hottest heat index of 110 degrees like Olympic athletes, and yet were the most polite patient mannered, hard working young men.They didnt mind my questions. This was not a easy job in the sweltering heat.They didnt mind my questions and werent bother when I asked if I could get a few photos to send my friends.

I had a leaking toilet and called on Saturday. I was able to get an appointment between 2 & 5 on Sunday. I received a call Sunday morning and was informed that they had a technician free up sooner than expected and would I like them to come over now. I jumped on the offer and shortly after that Chris A. was here. I told him about the problem and he went to work. We discussed a few scenarios and he showed me the pricing associated with each. He proceeded to find the problem (wax ring) and correct it. Chris was neat, courteous and I could not have asked for a better outcome. He needed to find and clear out the area for my main water shutoff in the front yard and when he was done, he replaced everything as he found it. My bathroom was protected while he worked and left in great shape. I would recommend Mr. Rooter (and Chris A.) and will definitely use again, if needed.

I was having issues with water backing under my toilet into the bathroom. Now I am on septic so it could have been that or something plumbing related. I reached out to Mr. Rooter Plumbing. From the get go - the person who answered the phone (I cant remember her name - Amber, maybe) was incredibly friendly and ready to help. She stated she would have someone to us in the hour - it ended up being about a half hour! - Great first start! - We met Tracy (Tracey, Traci, Tracie?). She arrived with a ready to help - can do attitude. She was incredibly thorough and gave us information on what to look for when looking inside the cleanout pipe. She ran the snake and everything down the drain to see if she could clear the issue. Unfortunately, there was nothing that was stopping her snake - so the issue is ultimately Septic related. However - she was still wonderful and gave us a lot of knowledge we wouldnt have had otherwise. She did do a lot of work - especially helping us find the drain cleanout pipe (or whatever its called!). She did let us know that there would be a price regardless but at the end of the day, it was a very fair price in comparison to what I was expecting. Although she couldnt complete the issue - since she doesnt handle septic, we were still very pleased with the service and would use them again! :)

My wife and I are so relieved to have our excess water use problem fixed.Port Orange utilities had sent us notifications about high water usage (no less than 30 gallons per hour). When youre not using any water but half a gallon is going *somewhere* every minute, its cause for concern.With no leaks inside the house and no evidence of leaks outside, it seemed likely we had a slab leak. That would have been extremely costly to repair. Thats why Im so thankful for the thorough job Chris did. He found a leak near the water meter, fixed it up, and confirmed a 0 GPM rate on the meter.Were happy to have water running again and not to have to worry about financing expensive repiping services.I also appreciate that Chris arrived within the 30 minute window we were given.

We called Mr. Rooter after having issues with our plumbing for months. We got a free estimate and on the same day the work was done. Our technician was Jason A. I recommend him and this company to anyone who need work done and doesnt want to get shafted by someone whos not willing to fix the issue. He was here for hours until the job was completed and left us with advice and product to be able to maintain the plumbing. Thank you again Jason A. You are a life saver.

I could not shut my spicket off in the shower, it was a steady stream. After calling warranty company and being told Monday was the soonest, I called Mr. Rooter, they were at my house in under 30 minutes, had me fixed and out the door in no time. I feel the price was very fair as it was an emergency call and was giving an estimate for about the same amount but waiting til monday for the repair. Thank you to the Mr. Rooter for sending an very competent plumber. I will definitely will use them again. Hope not for an emergency.
