I recently had Cataneo handle some plumbing work at my home, including replacing a hot water heater and two bathtub spouts, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their pricing was very reasonable and competitive, which was a pleasant surprise. The professionalism he exhibited was top-notch—every aspect of his work was handled with great care and expertise. Not only did he complete the job efficiently, but he also made sure everything was in perfect working order before leaving. We had Charles come for an emergency visit on Saturday, why do these kinda things ALWAYS happen on weekends!!!! After calling all the big box plumbers and not getting through Charles assurance he’d be out shortly did not disappoint. He fixed our main issue so fast and then other small issues I had around my home! So professional, kind , quick! Charles- I hope you see this and continue to take thanks! May 2023 We just recently had to replace one of out toilets and we called Charles with Cataneo Plumbing because he is so AWESOME. He came out the same day, told us what to buy and was back within the week to replace the toilet.We called Charles with Cataneo Plumbing on the advice of Clog Dog. He did a great job unclogging our laundry drain. He was very polite, professional and definitely knows his craft. We would definitely recommend him to take care of all your plumbing needs.

Amazing service. Great communication. This is the first time I have worked with him and the job was demanding. I had a ridiculous quote from a branded company, then called about 11 other companies in search of someone that sounded like they wanted to work and had availability to at least take a look within a day or two. Charles is incredible! Replumbed my whole house in copper. Some sewer work. Doing total shower remodels and he ran all the complex lines. Very courteous, on time, professional. Wont have anyone else work on my house but him. So pleased. I never knew plumbing could be pretty, my new pipes are!! And he used thick copper I know this will last at least 100 yrs, it replaced super thin pipes that have been in my house for almost 70 yrs. I dont think we only gained a plumber hiring Charles, we gained a friend.

Though he keeps a full schedule and works long hours, he still finds time, to quickly make himself available. Hes meticulous about his craftsmanship. Charles has done All of my plumbing for years. I honestly only trust him to do it right the first time. He constantly goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with his work. I’ve recommended him to many of my friends and I always hear back really positive feedback. Charles Cataneo worked on multiple rental properties, including our home over the last 8 years. He is the most honest and hard working master plumber you will find if you want the job done right the first time. Someof the types of work hes done for us; well pump installation, multiple pipe and drain repairs, hose bibs, supply lines, shower cartridge rebulids, hot water heaters, bathroom vanity/piping/faucet installs, dishwasher installs, house shut offs, toilet rebuilds, etc.. He will offer the best and most cost effective approach. If I could give him a 10+ l would. We dont cheap out when it comes to plumbing because water damage can cost thousands. He cares and takes pride in his work.

Charles Cataneo is a master plumber and the owner of Cataneo Plumbing. Charles did a great job repairing a leaking cast iron waste pipe in my older home recently working efficiently and tirelessly to fix the leak in an hard to access area in my basement. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it the way he was which helped me as the homeowner to understand the process and possible future plumbing needs down the road as the home ages and plumbing materials and needs evolve.When the job was completed Charles made sure to test the completed repair, then cleaned up the area of all solder, debris and the old pipe he replaced.The level of experience and knowledge Charles brings to plumbing jobs is impressive. I was at my wits end with a leak that I needed help in fixing near my meter. After I found the leak, I asked Google assist to find a plumber nearby. It pulled up Cataneo Plumbing, very friendly, answered my call right away, sent him a picture and he called back saying he could squeeze me in and was here in a couple hours, done in a couple hours. Much to my relief to everything, rain coming in, and it being Good Friday, I panicked, thinking Ill have to wait till Monday and not have any access to water because since I found the leak, the pipe was exposed and it left me without having to be able to turn the main valve back on without it possibly causing a bigger problem. I cant believe what QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. After Mr. Cantaneo handed me the bill, I really thought I must be dreaming or divine intervention! I could weep how happy I was to have the problem fixed, because all I could do for the last several weeks is turn on the main... hurry...fill buckets and jump in the shower super quick, and laundry done. I feel super blessed, and the least I can do is expound on my gratitude towards this guy, Mr. Charles is great, professional and goes beyond. I personally think if 5 stars is the best, I would double that to make it a 10. Thanks Mr. Charles, and Cataneo Plumbing, youre the Best! 🙆‍♀️✝️💜🌷

I am in the property management business and we can handle the plumbing basics, fluid masters, replacing a faucet, etc. When we have a serious issue I call Charles Cataneo, a true master plumber. He is a VERY professional, honest, reliable and interesting person. I feel lucky our paths crossed. Quick story: I had a serious sewer line clog and a local company sent out a guy to unclog it. I knew from being in the business that it needed a snake run thru the roof vent to unclog, however, the tech wanted to sell me extensive rebuilding of my entire main line to the sewer. It was a Saturday, my tenant was unable to use the bathroom and I was in a spot. I saw his truck across the street at another property. I walked over and I told him my situation. I sent the tech away . Charles went back to his shop got the equipment he needed for this job and helped me out Thats good character!!!
