They responded quickly during their busy season and had a tech named Carlos at my home within a few hours. Carlos knew exactly what he was doing and had the issue diagnosed and repaired in an hour. I would recommend them to anyone; they were prompt and professional.

I just had my mini split system installed by the talented crew from Coverall Services. I cant say enough good things about the team as well as the installed equipment. The crew was very competent, friendly, and professional. The Mitsubishi/Trane mini split is a game changer on so many levels. First of all, its ridiculously quiet, both inside and out. Both units are whisper quiet to the point that youll be left wondering if its actually running or not. The unit is very energy efficient, and the icing on the cake is that it literally transforms your garage into another room off your house. It makes the garage temperature the same as your house. You can now work comfortably in your garage without it feeling like a sauna in the summer, or a walk in freezer in the winter. Its truly a game changer. Best home upgrade Ive ever done. If youre on the fence, dont hesitate, just do it! The guys from Coverall are awesome! Thanks for everything!

They replaced my panel with no issues and I couldn’t be happier. Also had a couple cores leaking on my shut off valves they replaced them with quarter turns and they stopped leaking and the quarter turns they recommended and placed are easier to shut off! Will use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

My original purchase and install bid with another company fell through, so I went with Coverall. Kayla in the office was very responsive and friendly, and Carlos did an excellent job with the install. I was told theyd try to price match my original bid, which was for a unit with a wireless thermostat. Then I was told the part numbers were different because suppliers assign different my numbers. But really, what I got was a unit with no wireless thermostat for the same price. I dont understand why people cant say what is what. Give me all the info and let me choose what I want to pay for.So in short, clarify your deal. They do good work, and thats important, too. I would recommend them to a neighbor.

Our tech, Adrian, is always respectful, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. It is nice to see a familiar face every 6 months for our regular service check. Their rates are quite reasonable as well. So glad we found them when we did!

My A/C was not performing to standard so I called Coverall to come out. The owner, Carlos, was able to make it in the afternoon that same day (Saturday) and found the issue after inspecting the system. He got to work immediately on fixing it and gave me an honest price for the work done.2 hours after he arrived he was finished up and my Air Conditioner was back to blowing cool air.Carlos has a great work drive and is also great at customer service by taking the time to explain the issues and what needed to be done. He handed me a sheet with how much everything would cost and answered any questions I had before we moved forward which I always appreciate with any service like this.

I live in Florida and my ac was not working at all. It needed to be replaced. I called 5 companies and no one could come out for atleast a week! David who answered my desperate phone call was very knowledgeable. He took his time to listen to me, explain things to me and act accordingly and swiftly. The crew came out within a day. These guys are Great! I had a problem diagnosed from a different company (had to pay) then they sent me to their duct guy. He forgot, stood me up, and never came to do the job. Thank goodness! Coverall came in, diagnosed the problem differently (no charge), gave me two options and then fixed the problem in about a week! So grateful for a trust worthy company! Service was beyond great. Coverall sent Carlos the technician over at 9:50pm after hours. Im surprised they answered the phone. Most companies that claim 24 hours never pick up the phone. He came on time and was super informative and respectful. He did everything to get our unit running for the night and came by the next morning to replace a board. This is the most honest reliable helpful company I have dealt with in a long time. The original company came out to fix my air conditioner he lied to me and said they put a part in when they did not. Then told me that I needed to buy a new unit because this one was done, for $5,000. Which was also a lie. So I got a 2nd opinion from Coverall Heating and Air, who put the new part on and did a diagnostic test. Which showed with the new part on I could get another 2 to 3 years out of the machine. So instead of 5000.00, I paid 150.I highly recommend Coverall heating and air, honest people, honest company!!!!Thank you

I had a issue with my thermostat settings and it resulted in heating while on the cold setting. The manual mislead us to where there was no way to get it to work if the settings it suggested were followed. After calling over a dozen companies who couldnt or wouldnt come out till the next business day which was 3 days away. Carlos from Coverall returned my call within minutes and fixed my problem in under five minutes. I dont think customer service gets any better than that. Can you guess who will now forever get my AC/Heat money?!

The technicians, Jay Carlos & Adrian Luna worked through several difficult problems with the unit, courteously keeping us informed, every step of the way. Because of the failure of some new factory parts, it took three separate trips and a trip to Gainesville to pick up the problem controller. It’s easy for a company to just say; “sorry, not our fault”. But every one at Coverall refused to let us be left hanging, and when the new parts failed twice, David replaced the entire motor and controller at no cost. Scheduled appt over phone for 22 Oct 2020 at 5:30pm. They said someone would call me 30min before heading out. Thursday i called at 5:18pm because I hadnt heard anything. 5:36 they called and said the tech got a flat tire on the way and asked to reschedule for Friday at 6PM.Friday I still hadnt heard from anybody by 5:39 so i called again, no answer. Tech arrived after 6:30 did his diagnostic. Told me some parts to order on amazon and i paid $90. He said i would receive a quote for the repair tomorrow and i didnt receive anything. Monday i called, no answer. I also sent email letting them know the tech left something at the house, no response. Tuesday I called again, left message and phone number and still no call back. Now Im back to looking for a ac repair company after wasting $90 with them.The company is difficult to get ahold of and after you pay $90 for a quick diagnostic they are unavailable for the repair which defeats the purpose of paying for the diagnostic to begin with. Its as if they had no intention of doing the repair. This type of service makes the other reviews seem like fabricated reviews from review farms or post from friends and family.UPDATE 28 Oct 2020The company did reach out to me after I left a review. We are scheduled to proceed with the repairs 31 Oct 2020. Will update.UPDATE 2 Nov 2020Company came out on time as scheduled 31 October. Discovered another problem and had to wait for part before completing job 2 Nov 2020. From 28 Oct 2020 forward, they were responsive and communicated the way I would expect a 5 star AC company to communicate. They finished repairs today and did a great job.

Adrian services west Volusia and was phenomenal. We tried to work our schedules for next day service and it just didn’t pan out for either of us. He was very apologetic and committed to rescheduling our service. We didn’t have an emergency situation so I was totally cool (puns) with waiting for a more convenient time. What my “I’ll do it myself” father says he could’ve done took less than an hour, 40 minutes of that time being me asking questions. Worth every penny. We went from setting the stat to 73, it reading 78 all day with house fans on, and the unit running for 17 hours, to setting it to 72 and it reading 73 within minutes. As someone who naturally runs hot and is very heat intolerant, I can tell you as I type this I’m wearing flannel pj pants and a big shirt and my toes are COLD AF. Every fan in the house is off. I am confused. If only I could be that efficient myself I would be unstoppable. 🥴
