From accepting our offer, timely attendance to punch out agreements, to assisting with landscaping replacements 6 months after the purchase, the group has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. We recently purchased a new construction home from Elliot Meadows. This is our first experience with a new construction purchase and were concerned with the whole after purchase process. Mr. Meadows made it a little easier for us.We faced a couple of day delay in our closing but after asking, Mr. Meadows accommodated our request to allow us to have our household goods delivered and placed inside the residence prior to our final closing. This was a tremendous relief for us after moving across the country.On the day our goods were being delivered Mr. Meadows visited the property and introduced himself. He walked the property with us and was attentive to our concerns. He provided us with his personal contact information and assured us any issues would be readily addressed. What a pleasure.After we moved in to our home we had some general concerns, mostly cosmetic and upon contacting Mr. Meadows he had crews respond in a timely manner to address the issues to our satisfaction. Again, what a pleasure and a relief as well.We have found Mr. Meadows responded to our calls and texts in a timely manner and followed through to ensure our issues were addressed. He even answered general questions for us about the area which is a great help as we are new to living in Florida and especially Edgewater and surrounding communities.We are very happy with our new home and would certainly recommend Mr. Meadows to anyone that is searching for a new construction home in the areas that he and his company provide service in.
