    My mom recently passed and I needed someone to look through her home and provide estimates to perform kitchen remodel and numerous other home improvements. The company sent Jean who is an estimator and project manager. My husband and I were extremely impressed with Jean’s assessment of types of improvements that would help increase the value of the home and the estimates he provided were fair and reasonable. We are really glad we reached out to Sunshine and if our family decides to move forward with any of the suggested improvement I will definitely reach back out to Sunshine Construction.

    Excellent, excellent work; our home was severely damaged from hurricane Ian; total bathroom losses; most of our ceilings were soaked. Most places that could do all the work we needed (plumbing, painting, drywall) had 6 month waiting lists for restoration but I talked to Jean and he got a team assembled in 2 weeks. Gabor was absolutely amazing; his drywall installation and sculpting is a work of art. Because of this company, my wife and I have our home back. Thank you Sunshine Construction

    Rick and his crew really DID save the day!!! We had a terrible issue with our plumbing in an 1863 constructed home. Rick facilitated repairs, supervised them and provided valuable suggestions for moving forward, once the immediate needs were handled. Ive called for assistance since his part was completed and he immediately responded. I trust Ricks advice and I would definitely recommend this outfit. I WILL be a repeat customer. Thank you! The craftsmanship & timeliness of said work were both on point. Anthony was our project manager for our remodeling for our kitchen & living room, & if you want someone to bring your dream to reality without any questions, I would HIGHLY recommend to have Anthony by your side for whatever dream remodeling project you want to come to life!!!!     Our Project Manager (Rick Miller) and his boss (owner) Andy did us right .. we had water damage from a hot water line coming loose in our Master Bath .. After our Plumber (Mr. Rooter) and the Restoration Co. (United Water) did there thing it was up to Sunshine Builders Group Inc to get us back in order and they did just that ... Rick was very professional and got us looking better than ever .. they had our back all the way through the process and tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible ...     Ms. Chilly made it her all to be in my house while the people was working, checking everything was correct. Made sure she got it done the right way the first time. she is very honest and I like her very much. she very understanding and she knows what was right and what was wrong. She the only one who works after hour and that was the best part. I love my bathroom thanks to chilly for knowing what I wanted.

    My bathroom has been out of commission for almost 3 months.Sunshine builders were responsible for the closing effort of the installation of a new vanity and its activation.This work was a accomplished in a timely fashion by their technicians.Their estimate to do the work was smack on and accomplished as promised.
