    Would recommend 11/10! Dalton was very informative and helpful. Wasnā€™t home at the time due to being at work but he explained to my wife what was going on with our water heater. He replaced our old one with a new one and brought it up to code. He was very fluid about the tasks at hand. If youā€™re thinking about using this company donā€™t hesitate and call! Would let them do anything around my residence no questions asked.

    My mother called On Time Service to remove a hardwired, 1970ā€™s era stove and install a range outlet for her new stove. Cameron and Adam came out to perform these services. They arrived on time and were very friendly and efficient. They even went the extra mile by moving the old stove out into the garage for us.I definitely recommend this company. My family plans on using them again for some electrical and plumbing needs in our future.

    OnTime is excellent. Techs just left my house and both issues resolved but itā€™s the small details that are noticeable. Not that they had to but they covered their shoes when entering due to the rain, they were extremely nice people and talked/laughed the whole time, and they were humble. First time using this crew and will absolutely go back. Already scheduled another job!Canā€™t say enough about the front office and customer service as well. Super easy to talk to and accommodating.Great company, great people, great work.See ya next time!

    Absolutely the best service Iā€™ve ever experienced! Dalton and Michael were the most precious, helpful, professional, and patient men!They were so friendly the moment they arrived to a house full of kids! The issue we were having is something weā€™ve had trouble with for years! Yes years. No one has ever been able to solve it fully. Weā€™ve had multiple people check the issue and assumed it was because the home was on septic tank. Recently we were changed over to sewer but are still experiencing the same issue. This weekend it got to the point that we couldnā€™t use the toilets AT ALL! We were desperate and Michael and Dalton solved our issue immediately! They came towards the end of the day but never seemed rushed or in a hurry to get off work. They took their time and even took care of a smaller separate issue while they were here. 10/10 recommend and while I hope we never have plumbing issues again, if we do I know exactly who we will call.

    On time, was able to deal with the small hyper dog, and answered all of our questions about our heating/cooling system. We were offered a price with OnTime going to buy the faucet or for us to buy it. It was less expensive for us to buy the hardware, so thatā€™s what we did. He came back a few days later and installed the faucet. OnTime always does a great job for us.

    OnTime Service was great to work with for a small electrical box replacement job that I needed. I contacted the company, they scheduled an appointment the following week, the electrician showed up (perfectly on time, too!), and was friendly and professional during the appointment. The company called me that morning to let me know the full name of the electrician who was on his way and what time he should arrive; they even texted me a professional photo so that I would know whoā€™s arriving and that they were legit.The electrician was at my house for an entirety of about two hours from start to finish. They listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. The electrician was also able to provide me with information and a quote for another small electrical job while they were here, which is great for planning purposes.I will have no issue contacting them again and requesting the same electrician for future needs. Highly recommend.

    Today I used Ontime Service for the first time for a plumbing issue. In this day and age its hard to get real service. Typically everything is done at the convenience of the company, not the customer. Not this time. The schedulers were pleasant, provided multiple options clearly and accommodated my schedule. They put the meaning of service back into service. Great job, and the work was done quickly, with the technician providing important, helpful tips.

    I had an issue where my old stove was wired directly into an electric line rather than your traditional outlet. Trent was very knowledgeable about the situation at hand, and was able to get it done pretty quickly. They were in and out of the house in an hour, and my new stove works!I also want to take a second to brag about the customer service. Their staff were all very polite and friendly. They were well versed in the problem I had and managed to squeeze me into their schedule pretty immediately, which was such a relief for my family and I. The staff provided a detailed video of what to expect when their electrician arrived, along with a picture and brief synopsis of the person that would be doing work in your home. I felt that they went above and beyond to guarantee satisfaction and a sense of security! I will absolutely be recommending them in the future!

    5 STARS WITHOUT A DOUBT!! Ethan and Kevin saved the day for my family and I. They were knowledgeable and professional which as a previous HVAC tech I really appreciated. Ethan came prepared with his linemanā€™s, 11 n 1, and a multimeter and brought my family from the dark ages into the light saving the day. Kevin (Electrical Division Supervisor) took my panicked phone call at 7 am and was personally on site with Ethan in tow sporting fashionable cowboy boots and skinny jeans at 9am the same day as promised.     I would rate this at a 10! They came out in the evening and could not order the part till the next day. The part was under warranty and they called the next morning to say they were on the way.     Called on Sat and I was able to set up a appt time for Wednesday. They called about 45-60 min before they arrived and their office sent a text with a picture and short bio of the technician. Technician showed up during the window promised, troubleshot the problem and installed new hot water heater pretty quickly. Plumber was friendly, polite and explained what the problems were before the repair. Very happy with completed job. I will call them in future for other plumbing jobs

I and my neighbor had remarked that my system was noisy but I had no idea that I needed the fan replaced. He took care of it. Got a discount for previous service as well!04/08/24Hunter W. Performed my HVAC check-up following up on my Saturday call of gurgling HVAC even though it was Off. He found an unusual and costly problem of a frigerant leak and has arranged for repairs tomorrow AM. He was professional, courteous and pleasant.04/09/24Dillan repaired my HVAC refrigerant leak by installing completely new lines and filling with new refrigerant. He also found that another standard to code part was missing and took care of it. Hes a diligent, talented and courteous worker. It was a lengthy to repair, but he was undaunted.04/25/24Matt came to look closer into my recent HVAC problem. He was professional and courteous and helpful.10/30/24Hunter came to perform my bi-annual HVAC service. All good. Friendly &professional as usual!11/04/24Cameron is professional and personable. He replaced a faulty light switch, helped me get to the bottom of another light problem, and gave me estimates for two improvement projects. I always like dealing with him.11/13/24 Cameron and Miles were great as always. I love the undercabinet kitchen lighting they installed!

    July 3rd 20245 Starsā€¦.We called OnTime yesterday and Ethan, our service provider, arrived on time today. He evaluated our electrical needs and provided a solid plan that will fix our garage outlets.The work is scheduled for next week.July 9, 20245 Stars againā€¦.Ethan and Blade arrived this morning on time and started work right away. They had the parts and pieces that were to be installed with them. About 4 hours later the work was complete and fully tested. The open ground in my garage circuit was corrected. The electrical feeds for my 2 freezers in the garage have been relocated from the garage GFIC circuit to new dedicated circuits for each freezer. I expect the probability nuisance of trips that have affected my freezers are greatly reduced.I am pleased with the job. I was impressed with OnTime Service from the very first meeting to work completion.I do recommend OnTime Service for anyone that would like competent, punctual, and courteous service.

    I have worked with several companies in my life and not one is even close to the level of professionalism this company has. For starters booking my appointment window was very simple and the young lady on the phone was sweet. Immediately following the call I received a text confirming my appointment and they automatically sent me their contact to save in my phone which contained all numbers emails and info that Iā€™d usually have to program myself; this company just gets it! On the day of my appointment they called to confirm and the tech arrived shortly after. Prior to his arrival I received a text that gave me a picture of the tech, a short bio and a video from the company owner thanking me for using their service and my tech would be with me shortly. At this point Iā€™m blown away and the service hadnā€™t even been performed. Once hunter arrived he introduced himself and immediately got to work. He assessed my issues quickly and handled them skillfully. Most companies just have slogans but this one actually sticks to it! Hunter didnā€™t leave a mess and every area he worked, both inside and outside my home, he left it just as he had found it. Also, he was polite no swearing and no obnoxious smells of smoke. I canā€™t say enough good about this company but Iā€™ll definitely be using them in the future.

    When Landon arrived, he introduced himself and then got all the details of the AC condenser tripping the breaker. He explained that the breaker and wiring were sufficient size for the unit.     My AC upstairs in my office wasnā€™t cooling. Iā€™d heard great things about this company so I called. The lady that answered my call made me an appointment for the next morning. Hunter was amazing! He spent a long time diagnosing it and then explained what he needed to do. He said he would be back in two weeks to check and make sure it was cooling like it needed to. The price was very reasonable. Iā€™m so glad I called because I am a very satisfied customer. A week and a half later, it stopped cooling again before Hunter came to recheck it and they sent Johnathan and Josh. They worked on it and fixed the problem and also did my yearly AC tune up. If I could give this company 100 stars I would. I have used other companies and have been extremely disappointed and am so thankful that I have found OnTime!

    Everyone, from our original call, taken by the office staff, to the conclusion of the service was excellent.Our technician, DALTON, was outstanding! He was early, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He diagnosed and solved our problem in a short amount of time, but did not rush through his work. He was very thorough, and took the time to make sure the problem was solved before he left. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Dalton and OnTime Service for all your plumbing needs!UPDATE: We had a separate plumbing issue on 7/15/2024, and called On Time Service once again, because we knew we could depend on them to come in a timely manner and do good work. Our Technician, JEREMY SKIPPER, was excellent! He was professional and very knowledgeable. Jeremy guided us through the process of selecting new faucets, then installed them with great expertise.     Trent Deshazo was more than helpful, he was prompt, patient, and allowed me to walk my properties with him to develop a thorough plan for what services I needed.I received a quote in a timely manner, with exceptional communication during this process. Customer service and physical appearance was very professional, my properties are on the Gulf, and with that a lot of contractors assume showing up in flip flops and shorts to bid a job is acceptable.I appreciated his professionalism and advice.     Great service and very professional! We called for an A/C tune up and had a representative come out the next day. The gentleman cleaned the system and performed a thorough check on the parts. A/C is blowing cold and better than before. Highly recommend and only $59 for the tune up.

    He did a great job, was timely and polite and diagnosed my problem immediately and then arranged to adjust the schedule to get my problem fixed. This company might be a little bit more expensive, but they honor their warranty and send competent individuals to maintain and repair their work. it is definitely worth it in my opinion
