    We had an issue with our grinder pump on Dec 23. It was Christmas and we had family coming over. We called other plumbing companies they could not come out until after Christmas. 5 Star plumbing had Luke on call, he had us going that Christmas morning.     Saturday evening is not the ideal time to find a plumbing company that can be at my door is about an hour! The company I used in the past pulled out their calendar to find a date, knowing I was hurting for a quick repair. 5 Star pulled out their watch, not a calendar. I will sing their praises to my local friends and relatives…. Can’t say enough about Brighton… He was very professional and he was also very good at communicating, as I knew exactly what he was going to do before he proceeded. 5 Star is a very appropriate name, and u can bet I’ll not be forgetting how quickly they pulled my fat out of the fire!     Great service and advice. More confident in the performance of our 3 systems than at any time previous to entering into a maintenance agreement for the HVAC and our plumbing, with 5-Star. Due to scheduled maintenance and plumbing service calls, uncertainties of reliability are “no longer,” a concern. Their technicians are knowledgeable and don’t pressure you into repairing things that are not broken, but teach customers what to look for as signs of when issues could become serious. Best team on the Eastern Shore.

    I highly recommend 5 Starr for any plumbing work you require. We thought we needed to replace our natural gas tankless hot water heater after about 10 years of service. We called 4 local companies for quotes. I explained to each company that we were experiencing periodic equipment failure requiring a reboot to correct problem. We have a Noritz and it shows a failure code 91. 5 Starr was the last company to come out to give us a quote. Matthew ask us about our experience and what was the failure code. 5 Starr (Matthew) was the first company to tell us that we may not need a new hot water heater just a correction in the natural gas volume coming to the hot water heater. They came out within days of the initial visit to make the natural gas correction. The service techs were great! I watched them work and they answered any question I raised. While the correction cost several hundred 5 Starr potentially saved me several thousand. The original installer failed to make this gas correction and 5 Starr was the only company that suggested a fix versus just giving me a quote for new equipment. They have earned a loyal new customer the next time I need plumbing work. 5 Starr is a 5 star company!

    Had a leak in the attic where I wasnt comfortable accessing and called 5 Starr based on reviews from neighbors in my subdivision. Matt came out and fixed the leak quickly and showed me a few other areas that might cause issues later. Matt gave me a quote to re-pipe the whole house, move a couple of hose bibs around on the outside and a new water shutoff valve in the garage. Very reasonable price and very pleased with the work done. Matt and his crew not only ran new lines but insulated them and now I have neat access panels for any future maintenance of key connections. Scheduling was quick and done in 2 days and a 10 year warranty. Great job.

    I was pleased with the 2 Young Men that came out! Although My Husband had dug the hole and located the leak himself and would have repaired it but he did not have the proper tools ! The Young men did repair the leak but my Husband told them not to worry about filling the hole because he wanted to make sure that the leak was taken care of.     5 Starr sent Tristan on Sunday afternoon before Memorial Day to inspect an odd outside leak at my home in Foley since Riviera wont come until after a plumber comes first. The leak ended up being on Rivieras line but Tristan was so professional he inspected everything to find the source and even texted me Monday with suggestions he and his boss tried to think of such as an irrigation contractor in the event it wasnt Riviera. I was so impressed that I had 5 Starr return to handle a toilet replacement and a tub drain replacement which again Tristan was dispatched and did an extraordinary job. 5 Starr will be my go to plumber for any issue I may have in the future.     This morning my kitchen sink started leaking like crazy. Researched plumbers on google and 5 Starr had great reviews so I called. The lovely lady who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. Within 1 hour I received a call from the tech, Vance Edwards and he arrives 20 minutes later! He was very nice and efficient and took care of my problem in a short time. I highly recommend them and they are now in my contacts. I won’t call anyone else for my place plumbing issues!!!!!

    We had an outdoor faucet leaking. They were able to get us in promptly and got us all fixed up! Bryton was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be fixed.     Vance came out to look at what we thought was a main sewer line clog, but ended up being a major breakage. He suspected that it was the fault of the local internet provider, and advised us through the process of getting a reimbursement claim started with them. He was very responsive, checking in every few days to see how the claim was progressing. When the time came, he and his team were able to quickly complete the repair (for less than what they originally estimated) and get some good photo evidence of the cable penetrating the line.

    5 Starr Plumbing was on site on a Saturday evening 10 minutes after I called them. The weren’t able to fix the issue that evening, so they pumped out the grinder pump basin and offered to come by on Sunday to pump it out if need be. Monday morning they were back on site to diagnose the issue, a burnt up pump motor. The had the new pump, electrical box, and floats installed by 5 pm. Very happy with their service and will definitely use them again. On a side note, I called 5 Starr after another company I had used twice before wouldn’t respond immediately because I didn’t pay for their “membership.” I don’t pay a membership fee to 5 Starr either, but like I said earlier, they were on site in less than 10 minutes.

Throughout the process of calling for an estimate, which included four options, prompt service, and making sure everything needed to begin the job was great. Wanda was very amazing to talk to with my questions. The job performance was to re-route all of my 25 year old slab plumbing to an attic rerouting everything to an overhead plumbing system.     Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our technician, Robert, came within 15 minutes of calling for help. I called about a water leak in our house but didn’t know where it was coming from. He was able to identify the problem, fix the water leak coming from a pipe in our tub shower, and refer us to a company to help us with water damage. He was very knowledgeable and able to fix our problem in an hour. Not to mention he saved us so much money. Thank you thank you thank you!

    Our grinding pump station was having a problem, as the red warning light had come on. I called an individual who had been recommended to us, but he never showed up when he told me he would, nor the next day, so I realized he must not need the work. Then I Googled 5-Starr Plumbing. I called & was told they were booked for that day, but they would come out the following day between 8:00-12:00. Matt was the tech who came... he was on time & explained the problem & told us everything he needed to do in order to fix the problem. He was very professional & and was steadily working on the job.     Whole home re-pipe! When you hear this most people like myself think the worst as far as mess, cost, time etc.... NOT WITH 5 STAR!!! This is one of the most professional companies I have ever done business with, they are quick to respond and up front with cost and work that needed to be done. From the moment they arrived the guys were respectful, punctual, and always made sure they kept us informed.The damage to sheetrock was kept to a minimum as best as possible and Matt, Rain, Brighton, and Garrett did an amazing job!!!     In Nov 2018 they replumbed my entire house in Elberta, AL and went above and beyond by also replacing my shower fixtures for just the cost of material. In Nov 2019, one of the valves above the hot water heater separated and flooded the kitchen. They responded promptly, replaced the valve and told me they and/or their supplier would cover the damages. They did so with no hassle. In March 2020, I hired them to replace the pipes in my yard. Again, they were punctual, did a great job, and their price was lower than the other quote I received. I highly recommend this company!

Besides being very reasonably priced, they worked within our schedule, cleaned up the work area every day and made sure water was available at the end of each work day.     5 stars for 5 Starr. We had a grinder pump problem and called 5 Starr. That began a sort of long story which involved a stalemate between 5 Starr and the city, each saying it was the others problem. 5 Starr didnt just say not our problem and leave. They stuck with it for a week, going way above and beyond and using a very logical process of elimination to locate the problem. They proved that the problem really was in fact on the citys side and got it fixed. It was great that they were doing the not-fun job of arguing with the city. Dealing with them in general was very smooth and pleasant (for us), including both the office staff and the guys on the job. We were very appreciative and will definitely call them again.
