    Our heater went out the night of some of the coldest temperatures of the year. I called Baldwin Heating & Cooling the next morning. Got an appointment immediately, then our technician showed up earlier than expected & in less than an hour later our heater was working again! It did not take him long to find a bad contactor and a burned out fuse. He replaced the parts and all was well.     Would definitely recommend Baldwin Heating and Cooling if you are looking for a home generator. Salesperson does an exceptional job representing the Company and their capabilities which made us feel confident to purchase the generator. They are professional, knowledgeable, timely and we are very happy. Only negative is there isnt much homeowner training given and its an expensive piece of equipment. Generator will give us peace of mind going forward and we are happy with our purchase.

During the visit he also identified a potentiality serious safety issue with the 240v disconnect, which is also being addressed.     Service Technician, Nick, did a great job of servicing our sunroom a/c system. He identified, explained the problems and how he was repairing each. He then cleaned the unit from top to bottom, inside and out. Had our room cool again in no time. He knows his job and is so personable.     Clint Musgrove came to see what the weird noise our new heat pump was making during this very cold weather. What a great person! He tested the thermostat inside, listened to the inside unit, and then we went outside and he checked several different things. There was nothing wrong -- just the heat pump doing a defrost mode that does not happen during the summer. He was so kind and explained every step so that I would know what was going on. I so appreciate him and the service he provided.

    Baldwin Heating & Cooling installed and services our whole home generator system. Our area recently experienced an electrical service disruption and the generator did not perform as expected. Upon arrival, James, the service technician, performed detailed system diagnostic testing to identify the root cause(s) contributing to the failure. He articulately communicated his findings and described remedial steps required to prevent future reoccurrence. Following remedial actions, he thoroughly tested the system under load and it performed satisfactorily. James is a skilled tradesman, and left this homeowner with confidence that all outstanding issues had been corrected. We selected Baldwin Heating & Cooling for our generator supplier based on 12 years of outstanding prior experience with them servicing our HVAC systems. We are most pleased with the continued support from this organization!
