I recommend!!! Great service, very polite, friendly, and skilled electricians. I explained to them the problem I was having with my outlets tripping in the garage and they had a solid solution for me. They gave me a good quote and was done in a little over a hour. With the work that was done, wiring and additional outlet, they didnt leave a mess, spare parts, or any visible holes in drywall. They left everything the way they found it. These guys were great. Chuck the manger even called me later to make sure I was happy with the work.

Shawn and his team work very hard to make sure the job is done right. We had a stubborn LG refrigerator that the ice maker went out. No one services LG appliances around here and he took care of the issue and even reached out to LG for a warranty part to solve the problem. We can’t say enough about how polite and helpful all of his team were anytime they were at our home. He is a professional and it reflects on them and his service. We highly recommend them!

I have been so pleased with MetroPower. This company and my technician Wade went above and beyond my expectations. First of all the scheduling was flexible for me and he arrived on time. He did exactly what was needed to fix my refrigerator. He was friendly and knowledgeable. When I asked a question he researched it for me and got back to me. Unbelievable customer service. Thank you so much. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I was referred to Metropower through our home warranty company for dryer repair. The tech Wade came out the next day which in my book was great. He was so nice and professional. Parts were immediately ordered and the repair process started. Due to no fault of the company, the parts were delayed. UGH! Chuck and Shawn were very helpful and Shawn personally showed up to help with install of part. Chuck was very apologic for the delay (even though not companys fault). The company will go on my speed dial for future use.

This repair company is one of the best I’ve ever used!!!! Extremely transparent about pricing and the customer service was amazing!!! Even when they had a technician that had a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital they reached out to explain the situation and sent another technician out immediately. I won’t use anyone else if I need repairs etc!!!
