Chad Lippincott from Farmstead Built is the consummate professional. From inception to completion Chad was very transparent, communicative, and responsive throughout the building process. He and his team build gorgeous homes with top notch quality. They cut no corners. It is very evident they leave no stones unturned when it comes to details. If you are looking to build a luxury home in the Baldwin County, Alabama or Mobile County, Alabama then please do yourself a favor and consider Farmstead Built.

There are few times in life you meet folks that are genuinely good businessmen but more importantly ones you can trust. Chad built our house and pool house and I am happy with how our project turned out. There were of course bumps along the way with subcontractors work as in EVERY job and house build. But what separates builders is the initiative to fix any issues and to stand behind their work. Chad went above and beyond fixing stuff and truly trying to do the right thing. I am the definition of a perfectionist and he has tried to please me the entire way where most folks would get tired of dealing with me. You will not be disappointed in having Chad build your house. He comes from a family of framers and family is full of pastors. When you can deal with someone and know they will never try to shortchange you and someone you can trust, it is refreshing. I have trusted Chad with our forever home build and have trusted him to fix some issues while I was out of town for a week after we moved in. I never once questioned if he was going to handle the issue or that my house wasnt being looked after. Do your research before just hiring any builder. He saved me money in so many areas and always passed on the savings to me, willing to provide all invoices. I promise you that if you meet with Chad you will feel comforted and realize exactly what I have written. There is just something about him that really puts you at ease with the whole process. The love of God emanates from him.

Highly, highly recommend Farmstead Built LLC for your custom home needs. I had heard horror stories about the construction process but Chad and his team made everything so easy from start to finish. Communication was excellent and the quality is unmatched. I am in love with the finished product and have had so many wonderful compliments on the craftsmanship! In addition, a final appraisal revealed the homes value to be $40/square foot higher than any other home has appraised in the neighborhood. Really couldnt be any happier!
