    Very satisfied with the work and the people! Only took them about 4-5 hours maybe, only thing I had to do was paint to match the house. The original lintel was starting to sag quite a bit and cracking the bricks on the side and the row of bricks over the long garage span were starting to drop as well. This repair spanned an 18 foot long by 7 foot tall garage opening. This new beam took care of the problem and the final product looks awesome. You may have to zoom into the before picture to see where the cracks had been. They are closed up now and only need to be touched up with some mortar repair just to hide the lines where the cracks closed up. I did add a bead of clear silicone at the base just because of how my foundation is contoured but its not noticeable in the pictures. The white garage door seal/ trim was something MDH recommended in place of the cheap material i had originally installed. I picked it up 4, nine foot pieces at Lowes for $12, roughly $50 total. You can prime it and paint, but i thought it trimmed out nicely with the windows. Repairs are good and solid, I shouldnt have to worry about the garage beam again in my lifetime!

    Great people to work with. The crew was delayed by a day but I was notified promptly of the situation. They arrived today and immediately got to work. The original plan had to be modified, and I was made aware of the decision and work resumed. All done in 4 hours with great results. The guys were all professional, respectful and friendly.     I chose MDH to repair my pool deck after seeing the quality job the did with my sons project. My repair was performed in in a professional manner and MDH was able to shift the job scheduling to meet the needs of my sons employer as I was over 1,200 miles away from Florida when the actual work was performed. MDH performs quality work in a professional manner.

    They were great. They came and checked everything out. Took measurements and photos. He said it wasnt anything to be concerned about. And I wasnt charged anything. Plus, I had mentioned I had just lost my husband when making the appointment, and a couple of days later I received a sweet sympathy card. A very nice company to do business with.

    Havent started job yet but great and responsive employees to deal with. I forsee no problems based on my experience prior to job. MDH finished the job. Mike the owner was on site the entire time. His staff knew their job and were pleasant to work with. Quality was top notch and I will use them again for any future piling repair. The process and end product is much better than any of their competitors.

    Did an excellent job encapsulating my home in a timely manner. They worked in tight quarters and in extremely hot weather with high humidity.     If you have an upcoming home renovation project, look no further than Mike Hayes with MDH Foundation Repair. He was the general contractor on our renovation project and we couldnt be happier. When our project spiralled out of control due to unforeseen termite issues, he did everything in his control to look out for ways to try and keep the repairs as economical as possible, while still maintaining the look and feel of what we envisioned at the beginning of the project.

    We purchased a home five years ago and knew there was some settling on the backside of the house but not aware of the extent of it. Fortunately, a friend recommended MDH Foundation and gave me Ray Werhan’s contact information. We scheduled an appointment the same week, and he came out to evaluate the home. He was very professional, and assured us that they would be able to secure the foundation and lift it as well. Three weeks later, a team showed up to complete the work, including the owner, Mike H! They all worked diligently and were able to lift the home with minimal structural damage. Thank you all so much. It gives us great peace of mind knowing the home is stable and that there is a lifetime warranty that is transferable! Highly recommend MDH!

    Our 17 year old pool deck was in need of repair after developing some unsightly and possible trip hazard sized cracks. The team at MDH came out and met with us to answer all the questions we had, which were quite a few.     Ray from MDH came to my home to offer a free evaluation for possible foundation issues. He was thorough, patient with questions, and educational with explanations. He even pointed out --unprompted-- what the other guys said about my concerns.     We had MDH come to our home to level it in Oct 2023. Mind yall, our home was built in 1939/40 and we have water damage from a bad roof job. They came out and gave us a quote, answered all of my questions and was communicative (which people and contractors dont do anymore but MDH does). The guys that came out were awesome! They told me everything they did and even called me to come home to check on a very loud noise. Which was later a window shifted, but we can open it now. I had a great experience with Hannah and Shannon. Please forgive me but I cant remember the guys names but the whole experience went great. Once we get the front of our home done they will be back out the make sure it is leveled with the rest of the home. I will keep MDH in my emails and phone just incase I might need them again, course, I also recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again for all yalls help!!

    Leveled concrete and supported it without having to make a mess by tearing out the concrete and re-pouring the concrete. This was done at a fraction of the cost of replacing it and they were finished within a few hours. Great job! I highly recommend these guys!

    I hired MDH Foundation Repair to do a crawlspace encapsulation at my home. Sean came out & checked everything out and gave me a quote. I have to say that I had no idea that a crawlspace could have issues like this. This procedure is expensive, but they were the most reasonably priced and everything was included in their price. Other companies gave quotes, but it didnt include things like electrical or they wanted me to hire a different company to do a mold remediation (very pricey), and MDH just made it so much easier. MDH was the company that I was most impressed with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Their entire crew was prompt, professional and courteous - and they always answered my many questions. They arrived early every day and even finished sooner than they had estimated. After the job was complete, and I still had questions, Shannon was always very courteous and quick to call me back. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish!

    Wow what these pros did is amazing! They were polite and efficient and happy to be on the site. It was wild to watch all the prep, install of the piers and co-ordination between the team members and then the results which were eye popping. Our 2 crack at the top was following the brick mortar zig zag and then it was back in place just like it was in the original brick laying. Ray was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions to include getting the sidewalk leveled. The whole team gets 5 stars each!

    MDH Construction responded quickly, professionally measured and estimated the needs to repair my carport, and gave me an estimate with several solutions and prices so I could choose the repairs that I could afford. Their crew arrived just as planned and quickly and very efficiently made the repairs. When minor adjustments needed to be made later, they came as soon as I contacted them. I have rarely seen a contractor and crew that was as honest and hard-working as MDH. I would recommend them for any construction need or foundation repair. By the way, their widely-advertised competition offered a one-time-only estimate that was nearly three times MDHs estimate, and they didnt even measure the carport or offer alternatives!

    We really enjoyed working with MDH. Ryan was great at coming out and identifying our problems and offering a solution that was very reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the fact that Mike, the owner, was so involved with this process. He was here everyday working and informing us of everything that was being done. We had horrible drain issues that were eating away at our home’s foundation and destroying our entire property. They fixed every bit of that!     What makes a great contractor I hired MDH Construction, Mike Hayes, contractor to lift a sunken garage floor that was nearly 8 inches below level. Due to the severity of the defective slab, it broke during the lifting process. Honesty and integrity is what separates greatness from average. Mike realized the lifting wasnt going as planned due to unforeseen circumstances. Instead of walking away, which most contractors would do, he instead wasnt willing to leave my situation in a worse condition than when he started the job.     I contacted this company to determine if my foundation had any problems. They responded quickly and were able to make an appointment for me in a timely manner. The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained how the foundation was checked, and I was able to observe. Fortunately there was no evidence to indicate a failing foundation just a need for repointing in a small area. I would recommend using this company.

    MDH got our poor buckling/sagging floors fixed in a day while we were at work.     Open Crawlspace Encapsulation.They have a technique to enclose an open crawlspace (i.e. pier and beam foundation) and install a dehumidifier. The underside of my house is drying out, and the moisture issues are fixed. I shopped around, and this procedure is expensive, but they seemed to be reasonably priced. They also quoted the best solution. Others wanted to install a dehumidifier under the house, but without encapsulating the underside. The dehumidifier would have been running constantly, trying to dehumidify all of Pascagoula. I have our termite people and our HVAC people come look at it, and both said that MDH did an excellent job.

    Kyle came out today to look at what I thought may be potential issues with our crawlspace. After a thorough inspection in the hot/humid weather he gave me my diagnosis. Although he found some things that we could make better he did not see anything of major concern with what I had seen. The honesty to not try and sell me on things or scare me into getting something not vital goes a long way. We will definitely be using Kyle and MDH to address some of the long term maintenance issues in the future.

    We live in a 110 yr craftsman bungalow with pier footing foundation. Due to her age and location on the lot, she needed a little reinforcement. I contacted 2 foundation repair folks and MDH had the best plan and price for the work. Kyle immediately quoted the job and Kim followed up to schedule work and confirm appointment time. Chris and the crew showed up on time and were very professional and performed quality work. Shannon did follow up after the job to ensure everything was satisfactory. I wish all contractors had this level of service. I would definitely recommend them for your foundation repair work. They are EXCELLENT! I hope I dont need them for another 100yrs. :>)

    We used MDH Foundation Repair for installing beam support and footings to our offset / crawl-space foundation. Whenever hearing foundation issues, you instantly fear extensive costs and issues. MDH came out and performed the free inspection and provided a solution and cost amount. They did not try to push unnecessary products and the cost was not what i had feared.     I am very impressed with how my front walkway was repaired. I had 7 slabs that were raised due to evasive roots from a birch tree which I removed earlier this year. The MDH crew leveled these slabs with the rest of my walkway. I know this project was tedious, since I wanted to maintain the color consistency by using the original concrete. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the professional services they have to offer.

    March of this year we hired MDH Construction to do a foundation repair job of one of our homes. With genuine sincerity we would rate this company, under the leadership of its owner, Mike Hayes, as Best in Class. The group is made up of dedicated professionals and highly skilled individual driven by high quality service comittment.The repair MDH was hired to do was one that had been previously attempted by another foundation repair company. This was our second time addressing the same problem. While the first company ensured us the fix we paid for was permanent. It was short number of years later that we began seeing signs indicating the repair was failing . We found ourselves back at square one.At the time we did not know MDH Foundation. We did reach out to the only other company we knew of thru advertisement only, and while we had someone come out assess and quote us a price, we chose to hold off. Very impressive sales presentation they did but we were just not convinced on their proposed corrective plan. Some time later we hear of MDH, and a lot of good things being said of the owner, Mike Hayes. Not only on their foundation repair work, but as a very highly respectable contractor too. Earlier this year we met with a member of the MDH team, and an assessment was made. Then before the job plan was finalized, the owner, Mike, came out to thoroughly go over the plan. It was the first time we felt really comfortable about the corrective plan. Mike has a great group of professionals and skill guys that communicate well together. They were very attentive to our concerns, explained and answered every question. They were punctual and respective of time. Always leaving area neat after each day. We only wish we would have found MDH Foundation Repair the first time around.
