They replaced the well pump at my house when it went out and were able to come out and fix it the same day. They were professional and nice. 2 years later the well pump at my business went out on a holiday weekend when I was slammed. They rushed over the same day and within a few hours I had water for my costumers again. Definitely saved me from having to close on one of the busiest days of the year. I can’t praise them enough.

Immediate response to our urgent call. They were at our house two hours later; assessed and fixed the problem, and clearly explained what we will likely need in the near future as our well pump is old. Great service and fair prices. Highly recommend!

John of West Well pump came out today and saved me from a total disaster. earlier today, on Saturday, we lost all water. No toilet, faucet, no shower, no anything with water.I called all over but all the places were closed. I found one man who said he couldnt come over but warned me against the predatory practices of places like Len the plumber and others. He told me to keep on looking for someone.Finally, I called West Well Pump and John answered. He listened, told me he would come out in an hour. I couldnt believe it. After what i had experienced it seemed too good to be true.He showed up, spent 1.5 hours examining everything and found that the old well pump was literally hanging on by a single, almost severed wire. The pressure part indoors was also ready to quit.He repaired everything and when I got the bill I couldnt believe how low it was compared to what others had said. Total around $400. An honest, hardworking, very knowledgable man who never once tried to upsell me on anything. He has been doing this for most of his life. His father started the business years ago.He showed me how the indoor pump was failing, put air into it to up the pressure, and said that it would last a bit longer but should be replaced.This guy is the real deal.I will never use anyone else for my well pump needs.

Woke up to find I had extremely low water pressure. By the afternoon John had fixed the leak in the well line. But he did more than fix: he did a great job of explaining how my whole water system works, what I should do to maintain it, when I should call for service, adjusted my system to fit my usage and gave me a timeline of my next big repair. I really appreciate his time and attention to not only the job at hand, but in my education. I feel his price was reasonable and I will definitely call him again when needed.

John and company were superb! I had an emergency and he came out on a Saturday to replace my pump. He was very methodical and precise and explained everything to me as he was doing it. Im very happy I used his services and will be my go-to for all well services in the future!

Super honest people, gave me a break down of what I needed to replace and did not try to sell me anything extra I didn’t need, they also work very clean and do not leave a mess. Would recommend them without hesitation.
