This is the company to hire for your plumbing needs and there is no need to hesitate in hiring them.If we could give this company more than 5 stars, we would. The reason for the leaking shower (a 30+ year old mechanism) was explained to us in detail and the job was done skillfully. The attention to detail is what makes a company great, and that is what TV Plumbing delivered.Thank you Larry (company owner), Wayne (apprentice), and Jasmine (receptionist) for such great service!

I just moved to Damascus, and Im very pleased to get connected with a good plumber; decent contractors in general can be hard to find.I had some outside faucets that werent working in my new house, and Larry came by and helped me find the water shutoffs for each one, and also set me up with an appointment to replace a sink that has a hole in it.I had an appointment set for the troubleshooting, and Larry was well within his started arrival window, and gave me a call ahead of time to let me know when he would be here. Once here, he wasted no time getting to the root of the problem.Expectations were set and met, communication was clear and timely, and the price was competitive. I expect Tualatin Valley Plumbing to be my new go-to plumber.

My daughter & family recommended I call Tualatin Valley Plumbing when I discovered an outdoor hose bib/faucet needed fixing. Im so glad I did.My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner & I was anxious to get the problem resolved. Larry was on time (called ahead to be sure I was home) & assessed the problem before getting to work. He explained what he was doing along the way & why it needed to be replaced. He also informed me on how best to maintain the new hose big/faucet before next years freeze. I really appreciate that information & all his work. Im happy to now have a plumbing company that I can rely on & recommend to others.

There are some companies I do business with that I would be loyal to at just about any cost. Ive had my mechanic 30 years, my insurance company even longer but for my old house, I have used just about every plumber in the area...until now. I have found one I shall pledge my loyalty to. It started with an online request for a quote. Jasmine communicated with me via text at my request until we could agree on a time and date of service. Joel gave me a call ahead of time with an ETA. He was friendly and cheerful at eight in the morning! He arrived when expected, looked at the situation, and said it wasnt going to be complicated.and gave me a quote half of what I had expected (based on previous jobs with other companies) (I had horror visions of having to tear my entire kitchen apart). He had to leave to get the right part and was back within thirty minutes. He finished, tested everything, offered some advice on a more complicated but unrelated problem, completed the paperwork and was on his way. Im still in a bit of shock. As a cancer patient, and older woman Im not of a mindset to deal with home repairs. Im not accustomed to getting fast, simple, reasonably priced work. Tualatin Valley Plumbing delivered in every way. Companies with this kind of integrity give me hope for the world.

Had a broken sewer pipe under the house. We called Larry and his crew was out promptly to remedy the situation. Not the kind of mess I wanted to deal with. They cleaned things up, dried out the crawl space under the house, put down new plastic sheeting and replaced the sewer pipe. We were back in business in a reasonable amount of time! and for an affordable price. Very satisfied with Tualatin Valley Plumbing.Dave L.

The first time I spoke with Larry I had called from my voice-mail. As we were talking my voicemail came on in the back ground. I couldnt get it to stop so I hung up. Well he called me right back. I explained what I needed and that I needed it by Monday. His guys were booked out but said he would get it done for me. He asked for photos so he would know what needed to be done for my New Refrigerator install Tuesdsy. He called me to inform me of another guy was in my area and was going to be here first then he would. He showed up on time. Was very nice and explained everything to me also that Larry was on his way. Both had very good customer service skills. And was very efficient. . Im now ready for my new fridge. TVP repiped my whole house. Water pressure is amazing post the replacement of 90 year-old pipes!Had some issues during (and after) the repipe and TVP worked with me to make it right. That follow up says a lot about a company when so many others just walk away. The TVP team values their clients.The owner and the dispatcher (Jasmine) are fantastic and very customer-oriented.

Weston at Tualatin Valley Plumbing came by my home today to look for a water leak that an HVAC tech found under the house. I asked him to inspect the entire house underneath as well. He found the leak which turned out not to be the plumbing, and showed me where the water was coming in from the outside of the house. He did not find any other leaks. He was incredibly professional, polite, worked quickly, was on time, and showed me where the water meter was and showed me how to read it to see if we did have a water leak. He then didnt even charge me. Amazing service, and Ill definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future as well.

I wanted to switch my two wood-burning fireplaces to gas, so I called Tualatin Valley Plumbing to run a new gas line. Jasmine was very helpful in scheduling, and Reis came by to give me a quote the next day. I was able to schedule the install with him for 4 days later. It was a difficult install because of cramped conditions, but he was efficient and cheerful, and the quote was accurate.I discovered an issue a few days later, and Larry the owner and Joel came by the next day and spent nearly three hours working the problem until they were absolutely sure they fixed it. Despite it being the end of a long day for both of them, they were both friendly and helpful, explaining things along the way. I was really impressed with their dedication to solving the issue.I plan to call them for any future plumbing work. In fact Im already thinking about swapping my kitchen faucet. Highly recommended.

Race did a fantastic job!We had a problem with low water flow with the hot water for both the kitchen sink and bathroom. He worked with the kitchen sink supply line and freed of a lot of junk. His attitude gave us confidence in his knowledge and expertise. He was willing to do some correction a basic problem with no charge to us. He gave several options on the next step of solving the problem we are now facing. This included the cost estimates as best has he could.

But why does it require looking at your sign through a mirror, while doing a handstand, to comprehend the message you’re sending.Please fix or advise on this confounding phenomenon.

Just got off the phone with Larry and Im pretty sure he just saved me a ton of money. We had a leak that made its way down from our master bath to our dining room. He was extremely nice on the phone and gave me some amazing info that I think fixed the leak. Will confirm in a bit. You should definitely use this company.

Two young men installed a new faucet in the master bathroom, new insides to the toilet and tighten up the shower handle a month ago and then this morning the vessel sink started leaking. After calling the office, they sent a older gentleman out fix loose vessel sink fittings and reattached the shower handle. Within a hour of my asking for help. Amazing service and wonderful staff. We highly recommend these plumbers and service.

This company saved me. I bought a new dishwasher and when it was delivered the installers said they couldnt hook it up, so after they left I called Tualatin Valley Plumbing. After a free consultation with a very nice plumber I set up a time for th to replace basically everything under my sink. We had a few unavoidable hiccups on the way, but they really came through for me and the dishwasher went in perfectly with no problem afterwards. I felt comfortable asking them questions and they were kind and patient while explaining.
