I could not ask for a better company. I went through a major family emergency while also having a bathroom leak that caused a ton of damage. It is hard to describe how much of a relief and a blessing finding B&G was. Multiple neighbors recommend them and Im glad they did.B&G helped walk me through the insurance claim process. They worked with the adjuster to quickly get a quote approved and the work ready. They sent over DETAILED work order of exactly what would be done and how much it would cost. Ive been burned by informal and disorganized contractors before, this was the total opposite. B&G replaced a faulty shower liner, moldy drywall, rusted and wet vanity, and the flooring which had buckled due to hidden moisture and flooding. We needed a total bathroom mitigation which continued through the main living space. It was a big job with several technical skills (plumbing, drywall, and carpentry).All of the guys were also great to speak with and they really went above and beyond. From the first plumbing crew who came out to fix a clogged drain who ended up discovering the moldy drywall, to DJ and the office staff who were so kind and explained everything, even the job site work crew who went the extra mile to reinstall finishings with so much attention to detail. Everyone was so kind.It was a profound relief to see the work done right by honest folks. The bathroom and flooring look amazing. I would highly recommend B&G.

They did a great job on a house water main line replacement. It was a big job and they were prompt, polite and reasonably priced. They also were pretty straight shooters which we appreciated, other companies we felt gave us the run around and had all sorts of “add ons” and over complicated approaches. Would use them again.

B&G Excavation and Plumbing fixed our home water pressure problem. We had 3 other plumbers attempt and fail to figure it out. B&G tested the water pressure on both sides of our water line (at the meter, and at the house), flushed the water line to clear any sediment, searched for a buried PRV, found it, and adjusted it. Problem solved. They came prepared to replace things (PRV, shut-off valve, or water line) if needed but proceeded methodically to avoid unnecessary work. I highly recommend contacting B&G Excavation and Plumbing.

B&G helped with my kitchen remodel. They came out multiple times. First, they moved my plumbing pipes, then they adjusted it when my cabinet guy had an issue, and lastly, they connected my sink. Also installed a new tub in my bathroom which was good quality and doesn’t flex like cheap Home Depot tubs.Company is professional, comes prepared and ready to work. Had a double pipe burst & flood during the storm this week. Was unable to get on anyone’s schedule for up to 2 weeks out. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I highly recommend them to everyone.Called B&G plumbing after contacting multiple plumbers who advertised 24 hour emergency services. They were the only company who were willing to help and made it to our home in record time. They even picked up the correct parts, replaced and fixed the faucet in our bath tub and made sure to not have the water off in our complex for longer than a couple of minutes.Thank you again!

I have used this company twice. Both times they have been very responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The first experience was for emergency plumbing which they arrived like a swat team and handled swiftly. The most recent was what ultimately was a clogged sewer line. Also, handled swiftly and professionally. They are very easy to work with and I could not be more impressed with their crews. I highly recommend these plumbers.

I am extremely happy with B&G Plumbing! Kenney and Chris were on time, very professional, and even informative. After quickly dismantling the current faucet, they showed me exactly why it had been leaking and had no water pressure. They installed the new faucet I had already purchased, and replaced all the old and worn valves and hoses from stock in their truck. Total fix was under 90 minutes. No waiting on parts, or hard upsell of any kind. B&G will be my only choice from now on. Thanks guys!!

We had tile installed in some bathrooms which required us to remove and disconnect two Toto toilets. We called (George Morlan plumbing recommended them) on B&G to reinstall the toilets and to look at another toilet that was in need of repair. Both Kenny and Asher are journeyman plumbers. They both showed up on time and were very professional. They explained everything they were doing. They seem to really know the Toto toilet brand, which was helpful in the reinstall. We also then replaced a 35 year old toilet with a new Toto that they were able to get to us promptly and were able to get it installed at the same time. Not only would we use them again but would not hesitate to recommend them.

This outfit is amazing. Setting up an appointment for plumbing work at our new home was easy and timely. They arrived right at the scheduled time and they did a great job on the installation. The price was very reasonable. The installers were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and cleaned up spotlessly when finished. No surly attitudes here; these guys were a real pleasure to deal with. Weve had a lot of work done over the years by various contractors but I cant remember the last time we had such an all-around perfect experience. This business is a well-oiled machine and clearly puts a priority on quality service and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.

We used B&G recently to fix a clogged bathroom sink. Every part of the process exceeded expectations. When I called to schedule, it was over the holidays so I expected to have to wait weeks before they could come out, but they were able to come within a couple days. The two people who came, Kenney and Chris, were great. They called when they were on their way and arrived right when they said they would (even though there was a fair amount of snow on the ground). They not only fixed the clog, but also fixed the underlying problems from a previous plumber we had used (not B&G) which caused this clog. After they finished, they cleaned everything up like they were never there and gave me some helpful preventative maintenance tips. Great experience all around and a very reasonable price. B&G are our go to plumbers now.

Having previously hired B&G for a toilet repair and sink faucet installation, we called them again for a leaky outside hose spigot and interior faulty shutoff valve. After an initial mix-up on scheduling, they arrived Monday afternoon ahead of schedule. Asher and Joe couldnt have been nicer. Asher explained what he thought would be the best fix for the problem vs. a more extensive (and likely more expensive) option. Thanks B&G!

This is the third time Ive used B&G Plumbing and have been happy with them everytime! Unlike the previous smaller jobs, this particular time was a bit of an emergency.I found our basement flooded and hot water heater leaking profusely. I called B&G around noon and Kenny was at my house by 4pm to assess the situation and found that we needed a new hot water heater, which wasnt a surprise since wed known for a few years that we should get the old one replaced. He wasnt able to get a new hot water heater out and installed the same day, so routed the water around the hot water heater so I could turn the water back on to the house and at least have running cold water for the evening. He returned early the following morning with our new hot water heater.I asked if they could also remove an oversized decommissioned solar water tank from the basement which was still half full of water (the plumber wed originally had out to decommission it had flaked in the middle of the job and never returned to finish). It was a particularly ornery job as the drain spigot was rusted shut and they had to remove both the upper and lower basement doors to get it through. But they did the whole job with smiles and joking.Five out of five stars to B&G, and to Kenny in particular, for fast, quick, and professional service. B&G is definitely my go-to from here on out.

B&G has done a number of things for me over the years, from re-piping an old 1925 house to cutting concrete and putting drain lines in the floor of a basement. Sewer repairs and everything in-between. Most recently Kenney came out and fixed a drain issue under a kitchen sink that has been fixed wrong a half dozen times before by others, re-did it from top to bottom and I think we finally have it right this time. Also switched out a couple of shut-off valves and a hose bib just to make sure. When he asked for a review I realized how much the entire team has done over the years that I had never done so and felt I must give them all a thumbs up. Thanks to the entire B&G organization.

Amazing! I called inquiring about a water heater repair and felt he thoroughly explained my options. He even offered to come by just to take a look. My husband and I decided to purchase a new one and have it installed, and he and his son showed up within the hour. They were really friendly; installed the new heater and hauled the old one away. The bonus is that he recommended re-configuring the pipes under the sink because supposedly the earlier home owner installed them wrong. Ugh! It happened... That dreaded day when you see the leak springing beneath the water heater! Where do you go?! Who do you turn to?With a gas water heater, & a hubby trucker on the road, I was afraid of not getting the correct help this situation required.Thankfully, I was referred to B&G Exc. & Plumbing llc. Daniel and Craig showed up on time, dressed professionally, & had all the supplies needed for drainage, detachment, & removal of the worn out machine. This was on a weekend, too! They installed the new, bigger tank I wanted, & had excellent rapport with me & my family. The two plumbers who came over were friendly, efficient and went the extra mile.While they were waiting for the water heater to drain down, they actually helped me move some of my furniture. Well, the good thing about being me is that there is a lot I do not have to do - and there are things I get to do. Have NG water heater that the pilot light keeps going out. Called and they came out that evening. The 2 gentlemen was very nice, checked everything out and figured it was just not getting enough air in the room. I added a new vent in the wall and it has helped. Since they didnt do any work and they knew I had 3 other companies out already (all with different explanations that cost me over $1000) I think they took pity on me and didnt charge me. Really appreciated and will be calling on them when it is time to repair or replace it.

B&G re-piped my entire house, replacing 63-year-old galvanized pipes with modern piping in just two days for a very reasonable price (cheaper than anyone else that bid the job) and they were professional, clean and responsive. The result is that hot water comes to my facets in seconds rather than minutes. I cant imagine asking for more than B&G provided.

Kenny was doing work at my neighbors house when he noticed that my meter was flooded out. He very respectfully wanted to make sure that I knew there was a leak that really needed to be found and fixed (I was starting to achieve Shrek level swampage in my front yard!) He had me call his office and see if they had time to do the work after they were finished with my neighbors job. Thankfully, they did and were able to locate and fix the leak with great quickness. Both gentlemen were very kind and I sincerely appreciate that Kenny came and told us what was up or we would have continued to think we was just the recent rain downpour since we live in the PNW. We had a gas range delivered by Costco and they refused to install it citing bogus reasons like, your flooring needs to be completed under the range when a previous range was in that spot for over 20 years. Kenney came, assessed the situation, and helped install a new gas supply line and install our new slide in range. He explained everything and helped to troubleshoot a height differential in our countertops. Seamless service and super friendly. We will definitely be referring Kenney and this company to all our friends and family. Thanks guys!!
