Contacted initially through Thumbtack, a site like Angies List or Yelp, for assistance with shower issues, Scott diagnosed the issue right away without fail within minutes of arriving. Because of his fair and honest pricing, we decided to then go with him later on for toilet replacements at the new place. Upon arrival, Scott noticed right away that one of the shipped toilets had arrived damaged and could not be used. But after checking the other toilets and ensuring that theyre in great shape, he then proceeded to single-handedly and expediently replace each of the two toilets that were original to the house. The old toilets were disposed of, hassle-free, by Scott which we appreciated as were sorting out through trash and recycle options at the new place. Now, admirably, thanks to Scott, the two new toilets are running like champs and running efficiently without issues unlike the old toilets which took forever to flush and seemed bogged down by wear and tear. We couldnt get an exchange on the third toilet but will definitely contact Scott again for the third toilet replacement once a sale comes up again for new toilets. We cant thank Scott enough for his hard, admirable, efficient work and would highly recommend him also for his absolute honesty and fair prices. Wonderful expert in his field! 💯

I work locally and we found that the toilet was leaking and we could not figure out where from. I called and was scheduled immediately for the next day. Scott and his crew came out and identified the problem, gave me a quote, and had it fixed within an hour!!! and the price was extremely reasonable for what they ended up doing.
