We had a new radiator installed and some leaky valves and vents on our steam heat system. Super responsive and easy to communicate with. Someone came to the house and gave me an estimate before the work started. Folks came on time every time. They did the work exactly at they said and charged exactly what they said they would charge. Folks cleaned up after themselves and were kind and courteous the whole time they were at my house. For a new radiator, 3 new valves, and a new vent it was $2,512. I really can’t tell you if that’s a fair price or not since I know nothing about being a steam heat repair service but I think it’s good to talk about money whenever money is involved. I’ll definitely call them again when I need more work done.

I saw water leaking from my hot water heater at 9:00 am today. Called the Plumber Co and they sent someone right away. It is 3:00pm the same day and they have installed a new heater removed my old one cleaned up perfectly. Angel was very helpful answering all my questions and making me very comfortable with a new plumber. I would recommend them

The Plumber Company did an excellent job at every level of replacing my ancient beast oil burner with a high-efficiency gas furnace. They answered promptly, scheduled quickly, and gave an immediate bid...which was slightly more than HALF of two other bids.Alexis in the office was so accommodating in rescheduling the job more than once, so I could use up the oil I had already purchased. She is super-efficient and friendly, too.Jason and the whole crew were fabulous! Knowledgeable, respectful, hard-working, careful, and willing to go above and beyond to provide superior customer service.I will definitely use this company for any service they provide and highly recommend them.

This company is our go to plumbing/heating company. They replaced a couple of water heaters for us in the past and today they installed a new furnace. We own a multi family home and emergencies come up. Anytime Ive needed them to come on short notice they were able to accomodate me. I will always use them from now on. The guys are hard working and honest. Angel was here most of the day and he did a phenomenal job. He was very personable and on time. Thier prices are reasonable as well. I cant say enough good things about them.

I highly recommend “The Plumber Company“!!! Brandon explained everything to us and told us what the other two plumbers I asked for quotes, never mentioned to us. The other plumbers were just going to bandaid the job and take our money! Then later we’d have to have the pipe replaced down the road. We had a back up and the two other plumbers never suggested putting a camera in the pipe line to see what was happening in the first place. When we saw all the roots in the pipe and the standing water in the pipe 15 feet from the house, we knew we had to go with Brandon (The Plumber Company)!!!! He is very knowledgeable and spelled everything out to us. The day of the repair Brandon and Lee did an awesome job of replacing our sewer pipe from the house to the street! There was an existing broken wire and they fixes it and also grabbed filters that were in the basement and changed them out proactively. Walked through both units and was very polite to my tenants. I sought the services of this firm to evaluate and carry out major repairs on an old residential steam heating system. Because Im a strong DIY type, I looked very hard to find competent experts whose analysis I could trust. Though I had consulted with several companies that were purportedly experts in steam heating systems, Doug stood out for his deep knowledge, incisive analysis of likely past and future causes of problems in the system, and his very practical suggestions for addressing these issues both comprehensively, and in order of relative importance. I doubt that you will find a more knowledgeable expert in the Providence area.

I just had Kyle E. and Kyle S. come out to replace an extremely old cast iron sewer pipe that was leaking in the basement. - The pipe was so fragile and it broke right at the basement foundation. They called the Owner Ron who came right away to take a look to see the best way to handle my situation. They carefully dug out and carefully cut what was left of the pipe on a fitting and replaced the leaking pipe saving me so much!! It looked like it would be a nightmare for me, but they were so careful and helped me so much! I could not be any happier with these guys and this company!! Would highly recommend!!

On Friday, Jan.17, Luigy came to our house to give us an estimate and he was ready to go to work right away. I delayed making a decision until too late in the day on Friday. We highly recommend the Plumber Co. of Newport. We required emergency service. The sewer pipe to the street was plugged and the basement had an unpleasant back flow. They came immediately and cleared the drain. Using a camera on a snake, Brandon gave us the bad news that there were dips in the line which could result in a recurrence of blockages. He gave us a quote for excavating the sewer line from the house to the street. It was amazing to watch them dig up the old line which was indeed not built to code. Brandon was a work horse and the sewer line was reconnected by the end of the day, something we thought would not be possible. Kyle also replaced a 25-year-old garbage disposal very efficiently.

Woke up last Friday to discover we had no hot water. My husband called at 7:30 am and was told someone would get back to him. Within 10 minutes he had a return call and an appointment for a plumber to arrive by lunch time. A second call from Omar (who performed our work) a short time later, let us know that he be there shortly; a full 3 hours earlier than promised. Omar diagnosed the problem and provided options for repair vs. replace. After deciding what to do, Omar was able to order the replacement tank and completed the work by noon on Saturday. He was quick to respond to texts from my husband, and we couldnt be happier with the work. We will hire this company again.

This company is amazing. Brandon came to our house when our pipes froze. It was really bad. We had to replace 9 pipes because our boiler broke while we were on vacation. We came home and it was 11 degrees in our house. Brandon stayed until 1am in the morning to fix our pipes so we could get the boiler back on before the big storm that was coming the next day. When we were about to lose hope, he came up with a creative closed circuit solution that was nothing short of genius. This company (and Brandon) really helped us and we are very grateful!
