    Jim is an amazing plumber and really cares about his customers. Had him come out and replace 2 outdoor spigots. He ended up replacing one because the other would entail opening up a wall and much more work. His pricing was affordable compared to other quotes I had received. He really goes the extra mile he sent me a video on how the new shut off valve works and kept me updated on all the work he was doing. I would recommend him to anybody that’s looking for a honest plumber specially new home owners who don’t know how much things really cost. He is very straightforward with everything.

    Addessi Plumbing is now our go to for any plumbing issues. Jim came out about a mth ago, we had some leaking from the hot water tank and we knew it needed to be replaced, it was 10 yrs old. He got back to me right away, we sent some pics, he gave us a reasonable quote and stuck to that quote, and was on time for the install. Havent had one issue with the tank since the install. We cant thank you enough! Will recommend to any and all we talk with that need a plumber!

    I hate dealing with contractors, you either never get called back or they just hit you with all sorts of charges. Never got this with them, they were clear with me on the price, and very communicative. They let me send pictures and he basically kept an open line with me. Huge. I had to go with someone else due to it needing to be addressed faster than I had my appointment, BUT i have him saved as my plumber because I am impressed with how he talks to people...just look at the rest of his responses to other customers.

    I hired them in the past to do a few jobs here on plumbing for my new home and they didn’t excellent job and I called today because my hot water ran out and he took the car right away and walked me through how to reset my pilot light on my water tank thank you so much for helping me out in such a pinch. definitely recommend them highly and very reasonably priced

    Jim and Troy were fantastic! They came in and replaced a problematic part of our piping back in February and they were fast, friendly and incredibly thorough! The cost was very affordable for top tier work. As a new home owner, having them in the area is very reassuring. Great guys, great work and great pricing. I highly recommend!!

    Would absolutely use Addessi again! Had a few issues fixed in our kitchen and bathroom. Some of the issues we had put off for a little while and it was finally time to address them, and others were fixed by another plumber a few years ago but wasnt done correctly; Jim came to the rescue. Jim was friendly and personable, got all the jobs done thoroughly and efficiently, and the price was right.

    These guys were professional, quick and had all the supplies needed in their van. I had a 3 bay sink in my clay studio that needed a clay trap installed. They made it very easy to clean and they recycled all the old pvc pipe. The place looked cleaner after they left than it was when they came in. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

    Jim and his son Troy stopped by to replace some PVC drain pipe in my crawl space. They were professional, throughout and affordable. They respond via text in a timely manner and completed the work quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumbing repair.

    Jim and Troy came to set up a water line for a new refrigerator with icemaker. Quickly assessed the situation, found a solution, and completed the task at hand. Came exactly when they said they would and even brought a treat for my pup, who might be his new best friend. Came right in on quote, great price.     Finally a affordable plumbing company. The price was very fair. it was a really difficult dirty job the two plumbers had to do. I will continue using this company I would have given 5 stars if the older plumber would have been more cheerful but besides that, they were great and saved the day( 3 other plumbing companies estimate $1900-$3200Addessi Plumbing did the job for $1200 Disposed of the old cast-iron pipes in the job looks really neatly done. My cousin is a retired plumbing inspector look at the job and said it’s perfect you can’t go wrong with this guy)I found Addessi Plumbing on Google

    Had one of those late night leaks that came out of nowhere with my shower and needed someone ASAP. Called Addessi Plumbing the next morning to have a look at the leak and Jim was able to see me that morning. He was very professional and discovered that my issue was being caused by a loose component in my shower valve. He tightened it and made sure everything was good and it’s been perfect since. There are so many horror stories with contractors, and it was refreshing to have one that was professional, honest, and fair with their pricing.

    Jim went out of his way to help with some repairs needed in my brothers home so that when he returns from a nursing home the house will be ready for him and his wife. He was reliable and professional. He had to deal with a difficult problem with the structure of the house and he did not give up until the problem was solved. The quality of his work is excellent and his hard work is much appreciated.

    Had to replace our water heater in our condo. He gave us by far the best price and a lot of useful knowledge about what he had to do to make it up to code.     Called Jim Addessi and he came by to look at a potential leak discovered by my handyman... He arrived in 3 hours, same day, looked things over in detail, investigating in the basement and in the bathroom...determined it was an issue with caulking and not plumbing, and did not charge me a cent.

    My pilot for my furnace went out and I tried to put it on, but it wouldn’t stay on. So after doing some research and reading a bunch of reviews for different plumbers, I decided to call Addessi Plumbing. Jim answered and was able to come out the same day. Explained exactly what was wrong even showed me. His son was great too! Jim replaced the thermocouple with a furnace thermocouple because apparently the last plumber that did maintenance on my furnace replaced it with the wrong one. And now my heat is working! Thank God because it’s freezing outside! Jim also made sure my thermostat was wired properly! All for a reasonable price!I would definitely recommend Addessi Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I still want to post a review because I have had work done by him and he is fast, clean, and very affordable.I had a cast-iron soil pipe that failed inspection removed and replaced as well as a slow drain serviced by Addessi Plumbing. I was impressed by Jims professional manner and how quickly he and Troy get their work done. The completed work looks clean and professional and even without any special discount, his prices were extremely fair.

    Highly recommend Addessi Plumbing. Called Jim at Addessi in the late afternoon on a Monday to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. Although he had a full days work scheduled for the next day, he squeezed me in at the end of his day on Tuesday. He showed up as promised and replaced a very old and corroded kitchen faucet and replaced 3 shutoff valves beneath the sink. Wasnt a complicated job, but the age of the faucet and associated connections didnt make an easy job either. Despite the obstacles, Jim and his crew got the work done in under an hour. Clean and thorough work that went beyond just simple installation and repair. Jim actually took the time to scrub the kitchen sink to remove the mineral/scale buildup that was revealed when the old faucet was removed. Truly professional and talented plumber. Ive got a list of plumbing jobs on my to-do list and I will be calling Adessi Plumbing again.

    Addessi Plumbing saved Christmas for me this year. Mr. Addessi came to take care of a leaking pipe which had flooded part of my basement, even though he originally said he wouldnt be able to come. He offered to advise me over the phone, but after I texted him a photo of the leak, he called back and said he would stop by. He arrived quickly, found the cause of the frozen pipe (a missing window pane) and patched it up, then he patched the pipe. He was finished with the job in about an hour. He was pleasant and friendly and charged me a reasonable price for the work. He was a real lifesaver! Ill be calling Addessi Plumbing from now on. Definitely recommended.
